frente al mar impresionante casa situada justo al norte de la localidad de Neskowin. Posado sobre el Pacífico con amplias vistas y puestas de sol perfectos, la perca de Pelican es uno de una especie. Diseñado para la máxima privacidad de los huéspedes con el dormitorio principal situado en la planta baja, y dormitorio de huéspedes ubicada en la planta principal. Al entrar por la puerta delantera, obtienes instantáneamente la sensación de calma y relajada de la vista frente a ti. Siga el pasillo hacia la sala principal donde encontrará el comedor, la cocina, la sala y el dormitorio de invitados. Cabeza abajo a su propia suite privada con ventanas de piso a techo que enmarcan el Pacífico. Arriba, en el tercer piso, se encuentra la sala familiar perfecta para ver películas con el grupo. Pelican's Perch también admite mascotas, con un pequeño patio cercado. El acceso a la playa es de 4 casas al norte de la casa; el camino está marcado con un cartel que muestra el acceso a la playa por un acantilado con una cuerda para escalar las rocas. No recomendamos acceder a la playa desde este barrio. Neskowin está a poca distancia en automóvil hacia el sur, donde puede encontrar un fácil acceso a la playa para todos los huéspedes.

Los propietarios han tomado gran orgullo en esta casa, y se nota. Clasificamos como esta casa de lujo y una vez que entras te entenderemos claramente por qué. Only complaint would be cleaning fee of 229 when check out instructions included us needing to clean properly and do laundry and dishes. (Isn’t that what the cleaning fee is for) Aside from that the property is great. Very comfortable. Great views. Very quiet area.

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed our 3 night stay as the home was very clean and well appointed. Layout is a bit choppy and lots of stairs, but the view was amazing and a nice quiet location made for a very relaxing stay.

Amazing views and access to beach

The house itself was ideal for our visit and we had a great time. The master bedroom (the one with the amazing shower) could use a nicer bed and mattress. The bed creaked whenever I got in it and I am not a heavy person.I do wish the community had paved roads. The gravel roads created a lot of dust so the car windows needed frequent cleaning.I am 77 years old and had no problem navigating the trail to the beach, although one did have to be careful.

we had a wonderful stay :) the moment we opened the front door, we were greeted with stunning ocean views. the views were definitely one of the highlights of our trip! the decks on each level were perfect for soaking it all in—we loved the fire pit and watching the sunset.there isn’t direct access to the beach, but the drive to the closest beach was just 4 minutes away! itit was beautiful, quiet, and we hardly saw anyone else there - our pup was able to run around off leash :)the kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking super easy and convenient. nice bathroom on the top level. the only thing we missed was having a TV in the main living room—it would've been nice, but I know that’s just a person preference.overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely love to come back!

AMAZING VIEW!

Nice and updated beach house in the interior! Love the view of the ocean and each section of the house. The three level of the home gave my kids so much room to roam around and play during their spring break. Downside: Our check in time was at 4pm, and we didn't get to check in until 6:30pm.

Oregon Beach house

Found this rental as quick weekend away for daughters 35 birthday and our 39th wedding anniversary. It was as described but the view from the living room was even more breath taking a picture could ever describe. The weather was gloomy and rainy, but we still enjoyed our stay. May I suggest that the owner's rental book be updated. The check out time does not match what is on the web site.

House is spacious, bright, and the view is incredible. The fancy shower in the upstairs bathroom is almost perfect...it needs a fancy water heater to go with it. Sharing the shower with someone will result in the hot water running out rather quickly. If you are alone, no problem

After looking into your reservation notes, we saw that you asked to have the maintenance lock box code. Unfortunately, this is not for guest use unless the guest keys in the first box are not available, so we could not provide you with the other set. We would have gladly helped you find beach access, as this home sits on a cliff, and the garbage can. Please don't hesitate to give us a call should you ever run into more issues after entering the unit. We hope to have you stay with us again in the future.

Furniture and beds are comfortable clean and new. Kitchen is well stocked but has a Keurig coffee maker we were unaware of so did not bring K-cups - not a good first morning find. In the main living area no TV or sound system so could not get morning or evening news and watch the ocean at the same time. TV room dark and is far from the beautiful view. Oven door does not close well but is usable. Path to the beach is treacherous and not usable so need to drive to the beach to go for a walk.
