is part of a cluster of seaside self-catering holiday homes located less than a 5-minute walk from the stunning blue flag beaches in Ballybunion, County Kerry. This seaside resort is a very popular holiday destination located on the west coast along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. These semi-detached holiday cottages are bright and spacious making them the ideal base for a seaside family holiday or group holiday in County Kerry.



Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 21 – Sleeps 6

is located on a large lawned landscaped site on the edge of the town, a great space to enjoy with family and friends. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably:



Property layout – ground floor:

- Open plan kitchen

- Living area with TV

- Bathroom with overhead shower

- Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2

- Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2

- Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2

There are onsite tennis courts, and plenty of local amenities including a public playground, seaside amusements, indoor pool and leisure centre all within easy reach of Ballybunion Holiday Cottages.

Ample car parking is available.

Located just a short stroll from Ballybunion town on the Wild Atlantic Way, these semi-detached holiday cottages enjoy a tranquil location. Ballybunion boasts a selection of fine restaurants, quirky cafes, craft shops and great traditional pubs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.

If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:

-Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.

-Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorizing your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3. Internet Access:

WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages only from June 1st to August 31st.



4. Towels:

Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Wonderful stay

House was very clean, with two recently renovated bathrooms, both with electric showers and electric wall heaters. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi and smart TV in the sitting room, brilliant for the showery days. The orientation of the house meant that you had sunshine coming into the windows of the kitchen/sitting room all day so the house was warm and cosy. There were heaters in the rooms but we didn't have to use them. Lovely walk up and down to the beach every day. Would happily stay here again! A new frying pan and some additional forks would be great (there were only 3!)

The house next door was booked for 1 night by a group of 6 or 7. They partied from when they arrived early in the day to late at night - very loud music , singing etc. A bad night for myself and my family. Disappointing that this could happen - total lack of consideration for my family by who ever took the booking.

A great stay last august. Bernie the site manager was great. Anything I asked for was not a problem. WiFi. Bernie was great & sorted it out for me but the on site WiFi wasn’t great. I needed a dongle.

Fantastic Holiday Homes

Excellent location for strolling up and down to the beach and town. Safe for children to play outside plenty of space. Great facilities. Bernie was lovely to deal with very accommodating and friendly.
