Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 is part of a cluster of seaside self-catering holiday homes located less than a 5-minute walk from the stunning blue flag beaches in Ballybunion, County Kerry. This seaside resort is a very popular holiday destination located on the west coast along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 is located on a large lawned landscaped site on the edge of the town, a great space to enjoy with family and friends. There are onsite tennis courts, and plenty of local amenities including a public playground, seaside amusements, indoor pool and leisure centre all within easy reach of Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7.
Located on the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen and living area which is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. There are comfortable furnishings and a TV in the living room area. After a day spent exploring the beautiful blue flag beaches relax by the warm open fire in this seaside holiday cottage.
Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 has 3 bedrooms and sleep 6 guests comfortably:

First Floor
-Double bedroom, sleeping 2

There are two bathrooms in this holiday cottage, the ground floor bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and the first floor bathroom has a shower unit.
From March 1st to August 31st, WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages.
Ample car parking is available.
There are plenty of outdoor activities on offer to those staying at Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 7 such as fishing, sea kayaking, sailing and surfing. Lessons for surfers of all levels as well as equipment hire are on offer at Ballybunion Surf School which operates from the local beach.
Enjoy a cliff walk along the Bromore Cliffs which is well fenced and suitable for all ages and take in the spectacular scenery along the way. The 180-foot cliffs have been sculpted by nature over thousands of years. One of the many walking trails on offer in the area.
Golfers are well catered for here with the excellent Ballybunion Golf Club and several other golf courses dotted along the coastline.
After a holiday in Ballybunion you and your guests will leave with lifelong memories and a longing to return again and again to experience its dramatic scenery and the vibrant seaside town of Ballybunion.

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
•Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
•Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3.Internet Access:
WIFI is available in Ballybunion Holiday Cottages only from June 1st to August 31st.
4. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
