Perfect location

Minus the miscommunication on the cleaning day of check-in, everything else was superb! We loved the unit and neighborhood, and will likely stay there again.

Everything we expected

Great week with my daughter and granddaughters. We love the Villages of Five Points. Rental condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Enjoyed the screened porch. Easy access to route 1 and surroundings areas. Hope to return next week.

Fantastic!

We stayed here for a week in June 2022. The condo was absolutely immaculate. Everything was modern and well stocked, down to hand soap pumps at every sink. This is our fourth summer trip to Lewes and each time we have stayed in a different condo or townhouse within the Village of Five Points. You cannot beat this location - ten minutes from the beach, central to restaurants and shopping, many conveniences within walking distance. Thanks for a great week!

Family Trip

We stayed for 4 nights in Lewes. Lewes is a charming town and beach is nice. Remax handles the trip for this unit, which I didn't find to be very helpful. Upon arrival there was a dirty sponge left in the master bathroom. There were dirty dish towels and mats left in washer untouched. I notified right upon arrival and didn't hear back for another day or so once I emailed again. The rental is not user friendly when dealing with a realty company which I wouldn't book again. My family uses Vrbo often for vacations and this was least guest accommodating unit I have experienced. The complex was nice and pool was clean. We booked last minute so we didn't have a lot to choose from in terms of condos. The location is easy to get around to the beaches. The fact that you have to rent linens and make all of your beds then not be supplied a starter set of toliet paper, soap, etc. is crazy to me. Also the check-out instructions had conflicting times. 10:00 AM is check out, however we had cleaning staff knocking on our door at 9:15. As long as you are good with all of that then the condo will suit your needs. Like I said we didn't have a lot of options since booking late and this fit our family needs, but I would be inclined to rent from an actual owner not a realty company as there really is no customer service.

Perfect location, perfect size

I've stayed in the Village of Five Points several times before in a town home. This was my first time in a condo. This condo was adorable, clean, quiet and the perfect size for a mom and two children. Air conditioning was nice and cool. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and pots. The location is awesome being close to the grocery store and Lewes beach. A few restaurants are in walking distance which was awesome. Would stay again.

They made it very easy to rent, all the pictures and cleanliness we’re identical to what we walked into. Very pleased. It was very nice that they emailed me the code and we were able to drive right to the place and walk right in

Perfect Spot

We stayed for a week in June. The condo was very clean, fully stocked and easily accessible. It is near the grocery, restaurants and amenities. Inside of Rt 1 so easy to the beaches and downtown. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic condo for a week long trip

A very beautiful, well decorated, and clean property with a great floor plan. The property is only a short distance to the beaches and outdoor activities such as kayaking and tennis. The condo is conveniently located for access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everything that we required for our family stay was available in the condo. The check in and check out process was flawless. We could not have been any more happier with this rental. Fabulous property. If we visit this area again, we will be sure to inquire about this specific condo. 5 stars.

Cute little condo

We just checked out after our one-week stay at unit 5206, 17071 Brandt St. It was the perfect size for our family of four with two young teens. The two full baths were great after a long day at the beach. We walked to Greene Turtle and Fish On for dinner. The location is very convenient to the ocean (Cape Henlopen) and the bay (Lewes). We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Very nice condo and community

This was a perfect condo and location for our visit to Lewes, DE. We have stayed in the Five Points community previously in a larger townhouse. This visit, there were only 3 of us. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the condo was a perfect layout for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. We enjoyed having the small balcony to have our morning coffee and evening wine. We cooked some of our meals in and the kitchen was well appointed with all the items we needed. There is very little room to store groceries, so we only bought small orders at a time. The grocery store is within walking distance so frequent trips was not a problem. The pool and restaurants are also a short walk. Tips: You need to provide all of your paper products...this includes toilet paper! You need king size sheets for the master bedroom. There are bike racks on the main level, but these are primarily used by condo owners. We used bike racks in the adjacent parking lot. You can hop on the Lewes-Georgetown trail right down the road . Fish On is a great restaurant in the community. Try their fish stew. It's a favorite of ours. We would definitely book this condo again.

Very happy with this area. The village of five points was a good place to vacation. Their pool was excellent and area restaurants were near by The restaurants in the five points complex excellent also. We would stay there again
