Guests have access to two community pools, one on Chatham Street in the West Village and another on Parker Run in the East Village. There are also six tennis courts and six pickleball courts next to the Chatham Street pool. Traveling with kids? The community playground is also just a short walk away.

When you’re ready to explore, historic downtown Lewes and Second Street are only about 5 minutes away, where you’ll find charming local shops, restaurants, and coastal small-town charm.
