Great place for a Girls Week!! 4 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms…good dining area… Once in and settled, there is no need to leave!!Beach area is spectacular!!!Sitting area in the middle is great to unwind, & for evenings to sit by the fire pit….Would absolutely rent this place again!!

Beautiful Place!

This was an amazing property. Literally steps from the beach. We had 5 adults and three children and still had room in the house we were in. Loved the decor! Loved that their was a firepit and grill available right there. We loved everything about it!

We’ve stayed at other Salisbury Beach properties, and this has been the best yet. It’s awesome being right on the beach. This place was quaint, clean, and highly functional for our group of two couples, one with a 12-yr old. It was Great to have off-street parking. Dawn, the owner/host, was fantastic to work with and super accommodating. Would definitely rent again (and plan to)!!

A wonderful,comfortable place by the ocean.

We were 4 women family members traveling together. We loved this place with four bedrooms and two baths. At first I was disappointed, because it didn't have a direct view of the ocean (It was behind another house)/ But we quickly were settled and realized it was a few steps to a beautiful beach with lovely ocean beach walks in both directions. We had a fantastic time. This house is very clean and well situated for travel to New Hampshire and Maine. I'd go back in a flash.

Amazing week!

This was the first time I have used a site like this to rent a place for vacation. I was not disappointed! Beautiful location and exactly what we were looking for. Dawn is wonderful, super nice, and is on site if needed yet lets you have your privacy, which is perfect. I am hoping to come back next year!!

Great house with a good amount of room

The house was as expected, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, but it gave us an escape very close to the beach. Dawn was very responsive with answers to my questions.

Would be great in the summer

We rented this unit to get a change of scenery, but mot leave MA, due to covid-19. The location on the north end of Salisbury Beach was amazing with a gorgeous stretch of beach. The cottage is as pictured and well equipped. Dawn was great at communicating and quickly answered all questions. i imagine this is an ideal rental in the summer; however there are some challenges renting in the winter like we did. Renters should be aware that there are about 12-15 concrete steps that go from the driveway area to the landing where the unit is (the unit is above the garage), those steps and driveway are not shoveled or cleared, so can be slippery during a snow storm (which we had while there). An outside light is also needed at the top of those stairs for safety reasons. Lastly, there is no heat in either bathroom, so in cold weather the bathrooms are chilly. Again i imagine this unit is awesome in the summer.

Great House

We had a great time at this beach house. Close to the beach, all amenities as listed, dawn was available and very attentive. Highly recommended for families, short walk to the sand, outdoor rinse shower, clean beach.

Steps from the beach!!

It was wonderful to be within such easy walking distance to the beach, and with a great sitting area to just relax and watch the ocean! Place is roomy and all on one level, though the stairs to move everything IN from parking area is a challenge for us 'older folks'. Dawn was very nice. Thanks!

Perfect for our family function!

My niece was graduating from a high school nearby and we wanted to stay in a place that could accommodate our group for a small party on Saturday - at the beach! Dawn's rental was perfect for our needs and everyone had a great time. We would certainly consider returning. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was the right combination for our 8 family members!

Cute, clean cottage steps away from the beach!

I highly recommend a stay here! Dawn the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and provided our group plenty of space for a long weekend away. We were able to bring our dog which was a huge plus. The beach is beautiful and clean, a great place to relax! We will be coming back in the future.

This rental was very well equiped and very clean. and great.The owner takes personal pride in her rentals, and decoration. The only surprise came from a 75 $ cleaning fee that someone (VRBO or who?)added to the original advertised price of 539$ on the internet.VRBO site...a very tempting price. This cleaning fee plus a service fee of some 60 odd $ was not mentioned in the original VRBO price (539$ ). This is was misleading. Time was short on our part and we couldn't change plans so we paid up. Had we see on the VRBO advertised page as an addendum to the original price, we would have rented elsewhere as this brought up the price up to 603$!. The owner was charming and very helpful but for our part, we are not sure that we will use VRBO again. I have all the paper work on that if you need proof. VRBO...you don't have to print our review and if changes are not made to remedy misleading advertisment, well, we'll go elsewhere in the future.

Wish we could have stayed longer....

This place was amazing!!!! close to Hampton & Salisbury beaches. Walk out your front door and you are on the beach. Lots of room & doesn't feel cramped. The owner was very accommodating with a couple things extra that we asked for. Would go there again in a second!!!!!!
