Location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. House was perfect for our family’s needs. My boys loved the giant sofa in the living room. Very quick walk (less than a quarter mile) to the beach. Very comfortable home

This is about as perfect as a vacation rental can get! Brian and Elaine have created a wonderful vacation spot with all the room you need and anything you could ask for. Home is clean, beautiful, conveniently located, and well equipped. A gorgeous beach just a short walk away, great restaurants near by, and many points of interests close enough for day trips. Communication with the hosts is easy and they are so kind and attentive. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and dining areas are just right, and the views! It doesn’t get better than this! Highly recommend and will rent again if I’m in the area again.

A Magical Week At The Beach

Brian and Elaine are the hosts you always dreamed of and make you feel like family with their open lines of communication and overwhelming hospitality. The house was perfect for our 3 families and with a short walk to the beach making the back and forth with little kids very convenient. Best part was grilling dinner and enjoying a post beach cocktail on the deck with the most magical sunset views. Highly recommend this house if you are looking to add some magic to your next beach vacation!

Wonderful Family Beach Place

Stayed with two other couples and had a great time. Near the beach for long walks and a good place to head north for fall colors. Owners take great care of this rental, immaculately clean and stocked with cooking supplies.

We enjoyed our more stay. The weather was perfect and the seafood was top notch. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Beach was super close and it was beautiful. Would recommend this house and would come again. Plenty of space!

Seabrook Sunset was everything we'd hope & more!

This is a great place for family time! The large living/dining space, the big table with extra chairs provided, the great natural light throughout, more than enough sleeping spots = all of us having a great time, cooking together, playing games, walking the beach, taking photos, napping, chilling and watching all our fave Christmas movies too!

Our second stay and it continues to be great!

Great place

We stayed in the upper level on this property. It is a short drive away from Hampton Beach, and a 4 min walk to Seabrook Beach. A small convenience store is a short walk away.The property was clean and well-stocked. There were a plenty of kitchen utensils, coffee machine (kureg-type, and traditional coffee maker), toiletries, books, and even some beach chair!Rooms were large enough and beds comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. They have provided an AC in the hallway, which makes the upper level air-conditioned. Good sunset view from the balcony.

Friends weekend escape

Brian and Elaine have a beautiful home that lacked nothing. It was welcoming with special touches and they were very accommodating. Location was wonderful being just two blocks from the most beautiful ocean. We look forward to a future stay!

Well appointed home in a great location!

Our group of six, ranging in ages from 53-80, visited beautiful New England. This home is well located for those visiting Vermont in the north and Rhode Island in the south. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Our group loved the home and commend the hosts on their attention to details. The harbor view is beautiful.

Christmas at Seabrook Beach

Great property in a good location, excellent communication with the property owner prior to moving in. Owner responded right away to a request to have the ice on the walkway treated. While the owner was there, he even helped us unload our luggage and Christmas presents and bring them into the house. Also, since we were staying there over Christmas, they did a great job decorating the house for the holidays.

Family Vacation

My husband and I and our four children had a wonderful vacation in Seabrook, we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door, very warm and inviting. Elaine and Brian go out their way to make you feel comfortable they want you to enjoy yourself. The location is perfect shot walk to the beach and amenities. Hope to rent again

Family reunion

The hosts and property are simply outstanding. They go out of their way to insure you have a fabulous stay. Their home is not only spacious and lovely but appointed with absolutely EVERYTHING you can think of to make your stay seamlessly smooth. Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is truly wonderful!

Perfect Getaway for a Girls Weekend

This was one of the best properties we ever stayed at. Very well appointed kitchen with everything you could need to cook your meals. Super comfortable beds. Spacious house with lots of areas to retreat to if you want/need alone time. Lovely view of the bay out the window. Hosts were super awesome ensuring we had everything we needed prior to arrival. We are planning to return next year for our girls weekend. The area is great with so many choices of things to do and places to eat!

A Fantastic Experience

This home offers all the convenience and comfort of your own. It is roomy and offers many bedrooms and private spaces with a great open living/dining/kitchen area. There are many TVs for your viewing pleasure. It is a short walk to the beach or view the river directly from the second floor deck and living area. Portsmouth is only a short 25 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has anything you need and the location is great. I would highly recommend a stay at this home and we look forward to going back for our next adventure.

An exceptional home for a vacation with family!

This was our third year renting and we cannot say enough about the meticulous attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners that make our stay so wonderful. This beautiful home is stocked with everything you need whether you are relaxing or dining in or spending time at the beach, just a short walk away. The furniture and bedding are extremely comfortable, the appliances are high end and there are more than enough dishes, serving pieces, cabinets, storage space, etc. Sunsets viewed from the deck are amazing and a perfect way to end a relaxing day at the beach. Thank you, Brian and Elaine, for all you do to help make this an exceptional "home away from home" experience for our family!!

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE FOR ALL

I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!! There is plenty of room and anything and everything you would need for your stay! Walking distance to the beach was great especially if you have little ones that need to go for a nap or use the restroom! The back deck and porch have amazing views of the Harborside Very homey, spacious and relaxing. I will look forward to renting this home again! Brian and Elaine take great pride in their home and it shows! Simply a wonderful stay, just wished the weather was a little better but that’s the chance you take renting in early June. Thank you Brian for answering all our questions in a timely manner Simply can’t thank you enough!!! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!

Graduation event

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was fully equipped. Great place to see sunsets over the water and watch people crabbing. The property looks exactly like the photos. The property just was updated with new windows and the air conditioning units were not yet put in and it got warm that weekend. Because we did not have the air the owners brought gift of wine and ice cream. So thoughtful when we didn’t even call to complain because not really an issue for us. When you are scrolling through please pick this property.

Awesome Vacation Home!

Anyone looking to vacation on the NH seacoast I would highly recommend staying here. Brian & Elaine are terrific hosts. Securing the reservation was very easy. Brian answered all my questions promptly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the booking process. When we arrived there was a lovely gift basket and a personalized noted waiting for us...what a pleasant surprise! The house was neatly, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything you could need. Our stay consisted of 8 adults, and we never felt cramped or in each other's way. We sat on the deck in the morning watching the moon set and the daylight break, it was breathtaking! The beach is just down the street. Several of us walked the beach and brought back shells and sand dollars. The stay at Seabrook Sunset was simply amazing...please consider booking here, you will not be sorry. Terry

It’s perfect and then some

We had eight 59-62 year old fraternity brothers in for a long weekend of golf, cards , beer tasting and football watching. The house is even better in person than it shows on line. Rooms are large. Slept 8 grown men comfortably. Kitchen is modern and has everything you could think of. Including all the items necessary for a New England lobster dinner. Utensils included. The Yankee Clipper across street sells fresh seafood and will steam it for you. The Living room has huge TV and plenty of seating which is great for watching movies or sports. Grill on deck makes it very convenient to cook out. The deck is also great for sunsets. We have rented places for several years and have never had an experience as good as this. Elaine and Brian are awesome hosts. They respond immediately to any inquiries. I could go on and on with how much we enjoyed this place. If they will have us next year we will be back.

Already looking forward to next year!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Seabrook Beach house, with our three grown children and their families, 12 of us total. Personally I have been coming to the area for over 45 years and this house ranks number one in cleanliness and comfort. With so large a group I was afraid that we would feel cramped with all of us staying in one place, not so. The pictures did not do justice to the size of the house. The open concept living area with the deck overlooking the harbor was spacious and we were all able to eat dinner at the table every night. The natural air flow from the front deck to the back deck kept the house cool with no need for fans. The bedrooms were all a good size, and we let the two older grandchildren (3 and 4) use the office off the master bedroom as their room. They called it the "beautiful room". All of our needs were anticipated with the amenities included with the house. The washer/dryer (which meant we could bring fewer clothes), the dishwasher, the beach chairs, and the keyless entry with no worrying about who had the key or of losing it in the sand. Also the parking was plentiful with four designated spots. Brian and Elaine were very welcoming and truly concerned that we enjoy our vacation. What we come for is the best beach in New England and now we have a place to stay that matches it. We are already looking forward to next year!
