Relájate en el OCEAN BREEZE ... Nueva piscina lista para 2018

Tal vez uno de los entornos más tranquilos y relajantes al este de Rose Mary Beach, Fl en Phillips Inlet. Las amplias y espaciosas cubiertas en ambos niveles tienen muchos muebles cómodos para pasar sus días disfrutando del Ocean Breeze. El primer nivel contiene una parrilla grande para comidas al aire libre familiares. El segundo nivel tiene impresionantes vistas del golfo a través de las dunas naturales. Ocean Breeze se encuentra a solo 3 lotes al oeste del área de conservación del Parque Estatal Helen Camp. El acceso a la playa y el paseo de las dunas está aproximadamente a 100 yardas al este. Encontrará estas playas muy aisladas con mucho espacio para disfrutar.

Frente al Ocean Breeze, hay una gran área de arena con sillas Adirondack y un pozo de fuego para más tiempo en familia después de un día relajante alrededor del agua. Las casas están diseñadas para dormir 8-10. Cuenta con un dormitorio en el primer piso con una cama king y baño completo separado. Un baño de 1/2 también está en el primer nivel. El piso de arriba cuenta con 2 dormitorios más. Considerado como un maestro, es otra cama King con su propio baño con vistas al amanecer oriental y vistas directas al golfo. Muchos huéspedes adoran la ducha privada al aire libre justo al lado de la suite principal en este piso. También en el segundo piso hay otra habitación de invitados que contiene una cama queen y una cama doble que también es una cama nido (3 camas en total). Esta habitación también tiene una vista directa del golfo. Otro cuarto de baño en el segundo piso cuenta con una ducha y lavabo.

Este es un alquiler de sábado a sábado de mayo a agosto. 5-7 noches mínimo.

La ubicación de esta casa lo hace cerca de todos los restaurantes 30A, tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y diferentes atracciones. Pier Park está a solo unas pocas millas al este en PCB también. Gran casa para paseos en bicicleta o paseos a muchos establecimientos conocidos.

The house was very spacious with a nice, open floor plan — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pots and pans were much better quality than what you usually find in a rental home, which was a nice surprise!The pool area was fantastic, especially for our dog. It was completely fenced in and also had a good amount of green space with a wooded area where our dog could explore or go to the bathroom safely — all fenced in around the pool.The location was fantastic. We stayed in the same neighborhood two years ago and loved it. Unfortunately, this year there was quite a bit of nearby construction. Several new homes are going up, and we heard sawing, nail guns, and pounding almost every day — even on the weekends.Beach access, however, is excellent. The beach is still very private and quiet with very few people around, and the October weather was absolutely perfect.Overall, it’s a beautiful property in a great location — hopefully next time the construction will be finished so it’s as relaxing as it used to be!

Good House With Even Greater Potential

The best thing about this house is the location! We’ve been coming to the 30a area for a while now and this may have been our favorite location. The neighborhood is nice and secluded. There are two options of beach access. We chose using the boardwalk; slightly longer walk but there was almost literally no one on that portion of the beach. The house itself was pretty good. Nice layout with enough space for two families (we had 9 total; 4 adults and 5 kids). Really enjoyed the wrap around porch/deck. The beds were comfortable. Having beach chairs/umbrellas was nice. I do want to mention some things that could be improved to make this house a premium stay in 30a… I’ll start with storage in the kitchen. This kitchen was WELL stocked, but we didn’t have anywhere to put our groceries so everything stayed on the countertops. This kind of became a challenge when we needed to cook. The bathroom doors are pocket doors and a couple of them would not lock. The cold water handle on the upstairs tub was broken off and held together with painters tape. The pool was a nice plus! But the pool itself and the pool area could use more lighting for night swims. One more thing that would make the house better is to give shade/blind options in the bedrooms upstairs. Once the sun started rising around 6am, we were up. I can’t say enough nice things about the owner. She was very communicative. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location of the home was perfect, across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach. The private pool was amazing. Communication with the owner was the best that I have ever encountered! I highly recommend booking this beach home for your next stay! My family and I will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. Pool was very nice and the walk to the beach was very convenient. Very quiet area other than the construction across the street but they were only there 7:00-3:30. The house was very roomy for our group of 11 and we had all the essentials to cook our meals and relax. My one recommendation would be to bring fans for the front porch in the afternoon. We had a slight breeze most days but it did get a little warm in the afternoon.

Great week at a great location!

We stayed at Ocean Breeze over the week of July 4th. The property was clean and well appointed, the neighborhood felt safe and quite for being so close to 30a and West Panama City. Beach access is close, with two access points. One is a "flat walk" but busier access, and the other is over the dune bridge with lots of steps. The latter is the better beach in our opinion. The pool at the house was clean, although hot for our stay, as most are this time of year. Would recommend and would stay here again. Great property, management and owner!!!

We always take a trip for our family christmas. This year we decided to wait until June and go to PCB. This property could not have been any better. Beautiful house, large kitchen, plenty of space for everyone, and a gorgeous pool. It was a perfect week

Awesome beach house

This house is recently remodeled And has a new saltwater pool which we all enjoyed. My favorite spot was sitting on the veranda enjoying the everconstant ocean breeze.

Perfect Location!!

We loved this property! We have stayed in watersound previously and noticed it’s hard to find beach access as there is no parking in those areas. This was the best of everything! It was a 3 minute drive into Rosemary Beach and only 20 minutes to Seaside! We loved having the beach right across the street! If your traveling with children use the entrance to the beach that doesn’t have stairs it’s much easier! Having the pool was such a nice addition as well! Upon arrival I was greeted with such a cute 30A welcome gift bag with wine and goodies! There is construction across the street so not sure how much longer there will be a beach view but this location was still amazing! Inlet beach has such a cute shopping center that’s so pretty and lit up at night! The new paint and upgrades to furniture inside have such a nice 30A vibe! Would definitely book again!

Perfect Beach House

100% recommend! The pool was incredible, you can see the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. So much outdoor seating! House was clean, spacious, and communication with the property manager was very quick and easy! The boardwalk for beach access is about 3 houses down, and is exactly a 5 minute walk. The beach was not crowded at all because all that surrounds you are beach houses. Would definitely return!

Great stay

Property owner was very responsive to calls and texts, I didnt recieve fhe first email telling me about check in. As soon as I messaged her through VRBO she reaponded. We were able to get checked in with no issues. The house does have construction going on right in front of the house, but the noise was never an issue. The house itself needed more of a detailed clean, as we found handprints on mirrors, candy from previous guests under the couch and floors still had sand on them. The upstairs outdoor shower was not in working order, but wasnt a huge issue. The main floor toilet doesnt flush well and the shower upstairs has 2 heads but only one side gets warm water. The Dryer does not work well, so we hung our towels to dry. The house still has a good view of the ocean, not sure when they finish construction what it will look like, but we enjoyed the view. Pool was nice, just very warm. Kitchen was decently stocked and everything worked. We would have no issues staying here again because of how well the owners responded to everything and how amazing the proximity to the beach was! The walk to the beach was so close, but does have quite a lot of stairs on the access. My family had a wonderful time here!

Private pool in quiet neighborhood near lots of amenities

Stayed here for one week with my husband, 2 kids (4 and 7) and our in-laws and it was incredibly hard to leave. My kids love the beach but they also were more than happy to stay at home and play in the pool or build sandcastles in the front yard. We spent nearly every evening grilling and eating dinner on the front balcony with the ocean breeze keeping the bugs away. You have several different grocery stores less than 5 minutes away and a really nice fish market (Goatfeathers) and coffee shop (Aroma) close by. Now let's talk beach. The house has two access points, both with pros and cons. One has a boardwalk with lots of stairs so using a beach cart is pretty impossible. But the beach is secluded and has a lovely inlet that allows you to still swim even if double red flags are up. The other access has no stairs and is a easy walk but its public so lots of people set up camp there. The neighborhood is off the main road and away from the craziness of Panama City Beach. However there's lots of construction so the house may not have an ocean view (from 2nd story balcony) for long. I would highly recommend anyway. Host Jennifer was wondefully responsive and when the dryer stopped working, she had a new one installed 24 hours later.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The location was great on a quiet street. Plenty of room for all of us and the pool was an added bonus! The kids got good use out of the pool! We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at Ocean Breeze! Jennifer was a very attentive owner and checked in with us to make sure check in was easy and to make sure nothing was needed (there wasn’t). The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, there were a ton of pots and pans for cooking our meals, the beds were amazing, and the pool was great to come back to after our morning at the beach. We love Inlet Beach and have stayed at other properties before, but we would re-book at Ocean Breeze in a heartbeat! I can’t say enough great things about the house and Jennifer.

We will be back!

We have stayed at several properties on our trips to 30A but this has been our favorite and we will be staying again! We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 and it was perfect! It’s a short walk to the beach entrance, so nice to have a pool and to leave kids floaties and toys, indoor and outdoor space was just enough! Owner was responsive for quick questions!

Best location

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possible need. We loved having dinner on the front deck. The pool was perfect and surrounded by palm trees. The location was the best!! See you next summer if not sooner!

Family Vacation

We spent a week at this vacation home. We took our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. The house was a great size for us. Loved having the pool in the backyard, and the beach so close. The services in the area to rent baby equipment was impressive as well. The rental property staff was responsive to our needs. Small glitches, not even worth mentioning. Overall, we would go back!!

Great location for east access to a fairly private beach. The inlet to Lake Powell and access to Camp Helen were and added bonus. House is well furnished and updated.

Great location

Great experience! We loved the easy beach access and quiet feel of inlet beach. Rented bikes for our 5 teenage boys to safely ride to Rosemary for nightly concerts. After staying more in Seacrest / Rosemary this was our favorite so far off 30 A. Clean and spacious property. Pool was used on the cooler days. Jennifer was very responsive and highly recommend this property! Would definitely book again. Some minor construction, but didn’t deter our vacation at all!

Amazing Beach Experience

Once in a while you get lucky and that’s what we experienced at Ocean Breeze. We made a reservation at another place and wanted to extend our stay and Ocean Breeze had a few open days between guests. The home was warm and very well appointed. The sunsets views off the multiple balconies were unforgettable and I can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Great proximity to the beach walk-over! The heated pool was clutch for a cold front during spring break. Inlet Beach is so convenient for avoiding the traffic in Rosemary. Will def be back
