Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed 5 years of making this home our annual live in vacation home for our family of 11 which includes 5 grandsons. We have seen their “play room” go from being a Lego crazy place to gaming like a frat house!! The house itself has so many wonderful features for a large group including a bathroom suite in each of the bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and the beach our “backyard”. Down the private drive is our own private rec center with tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and a swimming pool. We made use of both the beach location and the rec center. Close by are tons of great stores and places to eat. The property managers have always been fabulous responding to any issues that come up immediately. This house will always be in our hearts when we think of our family’s best moments!

The house and location were fantastic. Our host made everything very easy. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children had individual and common spaces that made the vacation so much more enjoyable. Walks on the beach were amazing. Mahalo!

The best way to describe the experience was deliberate and thoughtful. From furnishings to beach toys to separate family areas, it was a wonderful experience. Alia was a wonderful and responsive property manager. Even with the rain and weather this house was the perfect mix of large areas and small intimate spots to gather. We will be back next year!

Great peaceful getaway

We rented the place for a 5 couple retreat to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It had everything we could have asked for and was perfect for us! We really enjoyed being away from the main Waikiki area and would visit again.

This is a great property, absolutely beautiful! It sits on a beautiful, quiet beach. The house is clean and in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed; beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers. It was perfect for our family to include our grandkids. Check in was easy and the management was accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would definitely rent this beach house again and highly recommend it to any family looking for a great get away that accommodates a large family and/or friends.

What a perfect location! On a peaceful, quiet street just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The house is laid out perfectly with plenty of common areas for gathering and dedicated bathrooms for each of the well-appointed bedrooms. All the cooking utensils you could ever need for the kitchen, and plenty of recreational beach equipment in the garage. Communication with property management was easy and accommodating, with any questions we had answered immediately. This property is a real gem!

Amazing location and true Hawaiian vibe

We enjoyed a wonderful family reunion here. The home is comfortable and so accommodating. Even though we had a few glitches, the manager resolved issues very quickly and was attentive to our needs.
