Absolutely wonderfully charming home with many thoughtful inclusions. The outdoor space is perfect; we enjoyed it every day for relaxing and dinners under the lights. Easy access to beach and bike trail; location is 10/10!

Wonderful Property and Excellent Experience

My wife and I recently spent three nights at this property, and we loved every moment! The owner was incredibly helpful and communicated with us exceptionally well. The location, the property itself, and the overall experience were among the best we've had with VRBO. We highly recommend this property if you're visiting Falmouth or anywhere on the Cape.

We had an amazing week, beautiful property and views, and perfect location! We walked to the beach almost every morning, very easy with beach chairs and wagon provided for kids & gear shuttling. Then back to the house for lunch/nap, and spent most afternoons relaxing and playing in the yard. We lucked out with ideal weather and sunsets over salt pond every night. Easy trips to downtown and nearby restaurants (long walk or short drive). The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay for a young family. Wish we were still there!

Even More Happy Family Memories

We love staying at this house! It’s located across from a salt pond and near town and the beach; it has more than enough games as well as a sizable collection of both children and adult books. It’s a pet friendly house with a huge private back yard, coupled with a convenient patio, making outdoor dining quite enjoyable. Bedrooms are comfortable; the kitchen in this clean, cozy house has all necessities. Added benefit: the friendly host is responsive and attentive.

Wonderful family vacation on the Cape!!

Eva was very responsive and helpful! The location and the use of bikes and kayaks was perfect! Walking to the beach and biking to attractions made it an easy and relaxing trip for everyone! Highly recommend ☺️

Lovely weekend in Falmouth

Our group of 8 (family) had a great weekend in Falmouth. The location of the house was perfect, close enough to walk to Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops there. It was also a short walk to the beach which we really.enjoyed. We used the bikes and kayaks provided several times. The house was charming and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Fabulous Property

Walk to beach and close to Main Street shopping. Very quiet neighborhood for walking. Amazing backyard for entertaining and afternoon cocktails. Great layout of house and provisioned with everything needed for an amazing stay. Will definitely be back!

Perfect weekend at this charming well loved and cared for property. Beautiful outdoor space with large patio and yard, beautiful landscaping and view over salt pond. Perfect for drinking coffee, reading a book, chatting with friends, watching the many birds, and kids games. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and homey and full of character. Obviously the site of many fond memories through the years. Perfect location - short walk to beach and short bike ride to Woods Hole or downtown Falmouth . Eva responded quickly to all our questions Highly recommend

What a well set up property and wonderful location! The house itself is absolutely charming and could not be in a better location. The owner provides everything you need to enjoy your time, bike, kayak, and enjoy the beach. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

Salt Pond 2023

Beautiful property in a great part of town. Close to beach, Salt Pond, downtown Falmouth and the Shining Sea bike trail, as well as the Island Queen and Steamship Authority ferries. We love the house, yard, and quiet and friendly neighborhood.

July vacation

This is our second summer at this property. The close proximity to the beaches, bike path and the vineyard makes this an ideal location. This year we purchased a beach pass and discovered Wood End where you can go on long walks at low tide. This is now my favorite Falmouth beach. The house is clean, comfortable with access to bikes, kayaks and yard games. The host is responsive, I highly recommend at stay at this property.

Amazing Location

The house was beautiful, perfect location, immaculately organized. We enjoyed the bikes and easy access to the bike trail. We rode into Woods Hole multiple times. The kids discovered paddle boarding on the pond. We had a couple rainy days but it gave us the chance to browse the nearby shops of Falmouth. The patio and plantings in the yard are so peaceful and beautifully maintained. Amazing rental!

Since our experience at this home last summer (2022) was positive, there was no doubt about staying again! All things considered: its location is near the beach, near town and across form a salt pond; the house is equipped with both children and adult books and games, a huge private back yard, a convenient kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and is pet friendly. Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is beyond great. A couple of small things to keep in mind. No TV in living room or. Or in bedrooms. Only 1 shower so a little inconvenient for 5 or more people. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and prep! The house was very comfortable and although we didn’t use the fun activities available in the garage (kayaks/bikes) etc. they were there.

Wonderful stay!

We have never stayed in Falmouth as typically stay in the outer cape. It was a great experience where we could swim as there were no shark warmings! We arrived to a very clean house, with a fabulous patio and yard, a short walk to the beach. Woods hole is a short, easy bike ride away via the bike trail. There were four bikes for use so just bring your helmets. We used the paddle board and kayaks on salt pond. I walked and found a bird sanctuary just off mill road. We Walked into town; all in all, our family of three generations enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eva and family! We hope to be back.

Wonderful family home, close to beaches and town. Loved that it was across from the Salt pond.

We has a wonderful vacation in Falmouth after having to change plans due to Hurricane Florence. Eva’s place was perfect for our multigenerational family. She had everything we needed and even provided a packnplay when asked. The house is quaint Cape Cod and convenient to the beach, bike path and town. We took advantage and used the bikes as well as renting others. We used the SUP and the kayaks in the Salt Pond on one beautiful evening. We played cornhole and our granddaughters, aged 2 and 3, loved the swings in the yard. We also loved the fire pit, though didn’t clean out the ashes (not many) because we didn’t know where to put them. Thank you Eva and family, and thank you Rita!

Fun Week in Falmouth

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely Falmouth home. The location was great. It is across from the Salt Pond which makes for a beautiful view. It is walking distance to the beach and to town. Biking distance (short bike ride) to Woods Hole. We had fun kayaking and paddle boarding on the pond. The owner was kind to allow us to use the kayaks and paddle board, as well as two bikes. One of the bikes needed servicing so we ended up renting a bike. The house is charming, historical. It was very clean. It is an old house with nooks and crannies, and lots of great books, so difficult to keep dust free. A big plus for us was that the house allows dogs. Great place for dogs to romp and swim in the salt pond. The property manager was very friendly and readily available should we need something. Thank you for a great family vacation!
