Una casa soleada y alegre cerca de Natural Bridges State Park. ¡Bienvenido a Mitchell's Cove Beach House, ubicada en el soleado lado oeste de Santa Cruz! Ubicado a solo una cuadra corta y plana de la playa más cercana, (ver mapa), el Mitchell's Cove Beach House es una casa soleada familiar de un solo nivel con un acogedor plano de planta, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y un patio privado cercado. incluyendo patio y zona de hidromasaje. El patio delantero es completamente privado con asientos en el patio y un excelente lugar para el brunch de la mañana o las barbacoas al atardecer. La cocina está totalmente equipada y está ubicada en el centro para ofrecer un espacio de reunión relajado, ya sea en la sala de estar adyacente o en el área de comedor, e incluye una acogedora estufa de gas para descansar de una mañana fresca. Desde el área de comedor, puede bajar a la sala familiar extra grande y luminosa, donde puede acceder al patio trasero ajardinado y al área semi-privada de la bañera de hidromasaje. La chimenea de la sala de estar crea un ambiente nocturno encantador en las frescas noches de verano. Great for Family Visits

This was our second stay at the Mitchell Cove Beach House. We (myself, husband, adult son, wife and two children ages 10 and 8) visit Santa Cruz to spend Christmas week with other family. The house is a very nice layout for us with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, good size and pretty well equipped kitchen and dining area and a large family room that is on the other side of the house from the bedrooms and LR. Different folks can easily be doing different activities at different times. It is clean, well stocked and furnished, one block from the water and West Cliff Drive. It is less than a 15 min walk to Verve Coffee! Finally, it has a Hot Tub and nice back yard.

Mitchells Cove Beach House

Property was clean and well organized. Games were nice. Lots of clean towels. Two comments: Bathmats in the bathrooms would be nice. You need a banister for the front steps and an assist bar going into the television room. I am somewhat mobility limited. House was well worth the price and we would love to come back sometime.

Great stay!

Great location and comfortable house. Loved all the options of different spaces inside and outside. Short 1 block walk to ocean and cliff walk. Would stay at the house again.

Lovely Home and Location; Poor Management

This home is located in a lovely part of Santa Cruz on a very quiet block steps away from the beach. The bedrooms are nicely proportioned. The kitchen and living spaces are well suited for a small group. The bathroom in the master bedroom was outdated and a bit dirty (the bathmat was filthy) and they did not leave toilet paper in that bathroom, but otherwise the house was what was expected. All that being said, we did experience one major disappointment when we discovered that the hot tub was not functioning. The management team was aware of the hot tub issue as they had a team working on it when we arrived. However, it was never fixed, which we did not learn until we tried using it the next day only to discover that it had no water. The management company never bothered to inform us that the hot tub was not operational and only addressed the matter after we contacted them after departure. An apology for the hot tub not being in service did not come until three communications later (over 48 hours after checkout). And, the financial accommodation for the inconvenience was more of an insult than a recognition of the fact that they were unable to deliver on one of their key amenities. The house is nice and deserves better from its management team. So, while I do recommend the house itself, do not expect the management team to adequately address issues they are aware of.

Perect Locatio and great home

The home is located perfectly to easily get to everything in Santa Cruz. It also provides a very comfortable place to hang out. Quiet and well landscaped for hanging out in the back yard or entertaining inside. Hope to come back soon.

Amazing location and house

We loved our stay in this rental. The house has a great lay out with room to spread out. The front and back yards were a hit. We brought our bikes and it was so easy to access the West Cliff path. We were there on a very stormy day and the power had gone out all day. We had contacted the Property Management to see if there were any lanterns. Someone very nicely drove 3 lanterns to our house. That helped so much!

Lovely Time at Mitchells Cove Beach House

We throughly enjoyed our time at the Mitchell Cove House in Santa Cruz. We were grandparents, parents and two young children for a total of six. The house is well laid out for children (and adults) with a separate “living room” and “family room” areas. The kitchen and dining areas work well and seated us all comfortably with room for more. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The yard was lovely for gathering and, again, for children. The location was ideal for us; close to Santa Cruz family, a short one block walk to Mitchells Beach and West Cliff Drive. It was also in walking distance to a neat shopping area. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Great place! Excellent location!

We loved it. Hot tub is private. It’s one block from the ocean. Very dog friendly neighborhood. House had bikes available for roaming the area :)

Lovely get away

My three generation family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. Check-in and communication were flawless, everything was clean and comfortable, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We wholeheartedly recommend!

Fantastic Vacation Home

This is one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed at! The house is very well kept, and beds and furnishings were really comfortable and clean. We appreciated all the spaces to sit and spread out as a family of five plus one dog, and enjoyed to proximity of the home to many local attractions. Highly recommend!

Casual luxury in paradise

We really enjoyed the property and neighborhood. Mitchell's Cove is a short walk and is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the front and back yard are great. The kitchen was very well appointed, making it easy to cook at home. Also, the hot tub is a fantastic touch. We’d definitely come back when in SC.

Lovely beach rental

Our family had a great stay. We loved being close to the West Cliffs and beaches. The house was clean and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. The backyard was a mini oasis. The property management team was super helpful.

We love this house!

This is our third time staying at this property and we will come back again! Our son is attending UCSC and the house is a great place to stay when we visit. Finding accommodations that take dogs can be challenging. This house is perfect for dogs, since it has a fenced in front and backyard and is only one block from the beach. The house is comfortable and clean. We can't wait to stay again!

Haven on the Water

We came here with two kids to have a relaxing experience after Christmas. It was perfect. The house has a beautiful backyard and the key amenity - a hot tub - which helped us all relax. The location is two blocks from the coast (great for viewing, not for swimming), and there is a playground close by for my youngest. A large tv and playroom kept the kids occupied, and a separate tv-less living room meant I could read and relax in a separate space. I loved the large kitchen. My only complaint is that I messaged the owner twice about bringing a pet, but they never got back to me.

Cute beach home

We enjoyed our stay. House was comfortable. Yard spaces were wonderful, quiet and peaceful. I wished the property management was better with communications but overall it was an enjoyable birthday getaway with my children.

Comfortable family home
