Vacaciones comienza en el momento que poner los ojos en esta impresionante casa de tres pisos, con su sensación de lujo, pero tranquila. Con más de 3.000 s. F. hay espacio para los amigos y la familia para relajarse en el balcón, se reúnen alrededor de la gran isla en la cocina, o retirarse a una de las cuatro habitaciones que incluyen baño privado. Tres de las cuatro habitaciones cuentan con camas tamaño King, hay una cama Queen y una nueva adición de una cama doble con una cama nido doble para una capacidad máxima de once personas. ¡Esta casa es el santuario perfecto para unas vacaciones en la playa!

Pompano Palace se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida compartida con sólo unas pocas otras casas. En el primer piso hay una gran entrada, ascensor, lavadora y secadora, acceso al ascensor a pisos 2 y 3 y el primer dormitorio con baño privado en suite. El segundo piso incluye una hermosa y moderna cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama, rodeado por un magnífico centro de la isla. Extended family vacation

We loved our stay at Pompano Palace. The location was fantastic with easy road access to Hwy 98 and walking access to Rosemary Beach. The beach access was just steps away and convenient. The home was well stocked and everything we needed. Elevator access was a plus and must for us with elderly family members in attendance. The only complaint we had was that the garage was listed as an amenity so we assumed that allowed us access to park a vehicle or golf cart rental there and we ended up learning that we could not access the garage after we arrived. So we ended up having to shuffle 2 vehicles and a golf cart rental around the whole visit. Other than that, property management was quick to respond and handle requests and we would stay at this property again in the future, we are already planning our return!

Amazing house!

Great location! Easy access to the beach and quick drive into Rosemary. Very clean house, well equipped kitchen, all the rooms were very spacious and have their own bathrooms. Great house and rental management team

We had 2 families for Spring Break. Easy access to beach and walk/bike to square. Rental team was responsive and helped when needed. Beds were comfortable and had all the cooking tools that we needed. Would recommend additional seating for patios is the only thing. Thanks for your attentiveness! MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Kami! Awesome

From NC, four of us senior couples rented this house for 3 weeks in February to play golf and tour the sights and play golf in the panhandle for the first time. We have rented in the Orlando area the previous 4 years but decided to change our venue . Although the golf courses were very busy and difficult to obtain tee times, the area was beautiful. This house was set up perfectly for 4 couples and the elevator perfect for seniors. The only issue was parking for four vehicles. We would definitely recommend this home for a long term stay!. Paradise Properties was quick to respond as well! MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Robin! Thank you for taking a moment to let us know how your stay went at "Pompano Palace". Good experience @ Pompano Palace

The stay we had was excellent - our house was clean, new amenities, pool was nice as well. A suggestion our vacationers mentioned was more furniture on the 3rd floor. The 4 seated high top table was nice but another one or other similar furniture would be a nice added touch. Also, more seating furniture on the 2nd floor as well. Thank you and we would stay at this location again.

Pompano Place

Really enjoyed the house. Overall it had many positives including a good working AC unit! Liked the layout of all the rooms. Really only a couple complaints, parking is inadequate for house size and the tiny washer and dryer are not adequate for the size of the home. Also, the coffee table is hanging together by a thread, it needs to be replaced immediately. Those were very minor things! Great location to the beach.

Great house!

Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and short bike ride to town (walkable as well). The house was great for entertaining. We were with other families who rented other houses within walking distance to ours, and this house was definitely the best to accommodate families for dinner. Rooms were spacious with thick walls. Everyone slept peacefully and comfortably, and you could not hear other people in the house when trying to sleep. Would definitely return. Elevator was great for luggage. Everyone loved their stay here!

First of all, the rental agency is extremely professional and attentive to any question we had. The home was well cleaned for our arrival. The home is just a minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped (we did buy needed pot holders). Great stay and great location.

Pros: Clean Parking for 2 cars Bedrooms on each level Short walk to beach For the price, about what you would expect as far as location/amenities Not high end but adequate Kitchen as all the basic necessities Cons: Pervasive Old house/musty odor Only 1 block off 98 so lots traffic noise Advertised as "beach view" but that's a no Bathroom on top floor "master " small will Only one vanity Overall, I probably would not stay here again but that's because I usually rent right on the beach on Winston. We were only here for a couple of days so it was fine not to hear the waves or really see the ocean from the balcony's.

Convenient walk to beach and we were the only ones using the neighborhood pool. Parking is tight for more than 2 vehicles and if you cook know the knives need sharpening and they have a small, medium and giant pot so a large handled pot would be helpful. We had plenty of room for our multigenerational family of 11.

Relaxing Vacation at Inlet beach

I highly recommend Pompano Palace. We had such a great time. The house is a short walk to the beach access, and is very comfortable. We had plenty of room for several large family dinners and then we could do a 3D puzzle at the table. The house is nicely furnished and has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Just watch the trash pick up days the Garbage didn't run Friday morning. Excellent time!

Excellent, would highly recommend

Amazing property just a few minutes walk to beautiful 30A beach. Clean, comfortable, and with amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and sunrise. Close to the local hotspots of Rosemary and Seaside Beach shopping and restaurants or a short drive to the more tourist hotspots of Panama City Beach. Don't miss out on this home which is family friendly and has an elevator if walking up stairs is difficult.

Home away from home

The home was exactly like what was pictured. It was able to accommodate our entire family of 7 with enough beds and baths. When we had an issue we were able to contact management quickly.

Hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in! Perfect for our family of 10. The house was immaculate and such an easy walk to beach 🏖. We are already planning our beach trip 2024 and we’re hoping this house will be available.

Highly recommend this house

The house was clean and accommodated all of us. I would recommend the owner to get a gas grill. It’s hard grilling for 10-12 people on a charcoal grill. We like to grill and cook when at the beach. We would highly recommend this house. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Rosemary

Great Location

This property is in a great location! Our family loved this vacation rental! This house has large rooms and lots of space for families to gather and hang out. More outdoor furniture would have been a great addition, but overall a great vacation rental!

Great stay

We love this location. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Currently, there is construction in the cul de sac at Pompano Pl. it was not too distracting and we had the pool to ourselves. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture in the dining and living area was a bit worn and the w/d combo is small and there’s no trash can in the laundry. Overall, great vacation! The layout of the house is good for multiple families.

Family Vacation

This was a great house for us to stay at with our in-laws. The floor plan worked perfectly. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom and the king suite upstairs was an added bonus. Some of the bedding needed laundered upon arrival but the management company was quick to arrive with replacements. It would be great with the balconies could have a little extra furniture for the amount of people that the house holds. The pool and beach access were great. Overall, we would stay again!
