Esta es la casa de verano / vacaciones de mis familias. Construido en 1940 y remodelado en 2013. Tiene líneas clásicas y un diseño y una sensación simples pero abiertos.

Justo al final de la estación de la Libertad. 6 cuadras hasta la colina con excelentes vistas de la bahía y la ciudad. Fácil acceso al aeropuerto. 5-10 minutos en automóvil / paseo en Uber a Pacific Beach, Coronado, Downtown, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Old Town, Sea World, Old Town, Centro de Convenciones y el aeropuerto.

Total privacidad y seguridad. Calle amplia. Fácil, estacionamiento gratuito y no HOA. Al final de la calle de una escuela, así monitoreado por la policía SD.
3 habitaciones grandes 1 rey y 2 reinas. 3 baños 2 duchas y una gran bañera. Enorme patio de cubierta con mesa de fuego, calentadores y luces de fiesta.
Roof Deck se acaba de agregar para vistas increíbles de la bahía de San Diego. Acceda por una nueva escalera de caracol y disfrute de las vistas durante el día o del impresionante entorno nocturno.

SIN EMBARGO, TOMAR NOTA:
Esto no es una casa de fiesta toda la noche. Por favor, no rente esta casa si planea tener fiestas ruidosas a altas horas de la noche con mucha gente. Si bien hay mucho espacio para una fiesta, debe moverse dentro de las 11 pm y menos de 10 personas. No se alienta ni se tolera el ruido excesivo, el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas, la basura y las noches nocturnas.
Además, la mayoría (si no todos) de Point Loma y Coronado se ven afectados por el ruido de los aeropuertos o aviones militares. Hay muy pocos lugares en estas áreas que no tienen un poco de ruido del aeropuerto. Esta casa recibe muy poco ruido de aviones militares. Sin embargo, sí recibe ruido de aviones comerciales desde las 6.30 hasta las 11.30 p. M. A veces, esos aviones pueden girar hacia el norte y luego la casa recibe poco ruido. El 95% del tiempo, la casa está en el área de despegues, no de aterrizajes, que es mucho más silenciosa. Algunos invitados han comentado en sus reseñas de 5 estrellas que disfrutaron de la nueva terraza de la azotea, de noche, para ver cómo despegan los aviones desde el aeropuerto.

Perfect Getaway

This house was amazing. You can tell from my experiences on VRBO that I have rented a LOT of short term rentals, but this has been, by far, one of the best. I literally cooked all day and had everything I needed at my disposal. The space is incredible, first. We hosted a total of 20 people for my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and it didn’t feel at all cramped. Additionally, the weekend included two toddler guests and a dog or two, and there was always something to play with or just have space to be.Eric is an amazing communicator and was amenable to every request. We will definitely be back!

Has potential

Family trip 2 couples and mom. Bedrooms were nice (but cluttered), bathrooms were okay, we missed one bathroom was tub only. Home has nice layout and we liked the patio options in the front & back. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Few issues we had, which would make us look for other places. There was so much clutter. There was not much work space on the kitchen counters because of all the small appliances on the counters. Cabinets and drawers need organization there were multiples of so many items. We were encouraged to use herbs/spice and other items but we couldn’t tell how fresh they were (again so much of it). The laundry shelves were completely full of product which made it confusing on what to actually use. The outdoor cushions need a good refresh, number of them with holes and had been used a lot. The thing that had us most concerned was the number of appliances and other items that were plugged in to every outlet (using an outlet multi plug). There was even an issue with a breaker flipping because of outside lights (that got wet) were plugged in, through the window, to a kitchen outlet. Anyone can also say what they want about it not being a big deal being in the flight pattern, but it is very disruptive. The flight pattern comes right up the street. This place has great potential, but needs good clean out. If that would happen we could deal with the flight pattern noise.

San Diego Getaway

We certainly enjoyed our 2 week San Diego vacation at this property. The location for us was great as we have relatives who live nearby and were able to spend time with us there. The house is clean, roomy and well appointed with kitchen, linen and bath supplies as well as an abundance of games. The check in process was easy and Eric communicated with us during the visit to make sure all was going well. While, as fully described in the VRBO writeup, there is definitely overhead plane noise it was easy to get used to and never really interfered with our stay. We were able to enjoy nice weather on the front decks and private backyard too and with breezes and open windows never even had to turn on the AC during our July time there. Definitely a fun time and a nice respite from the Arizona heat.

Amazing property!

This lovely home was a perfect location for our daughter’s college graduation celebration. It had a gorgeous view from the roof top deck and the other two outdoor spaces were comfortable and well-appointed for all our entertaining for family and friends. Our host provided excellent instructions for check-in, departure, and general house care. This home was spotless and had every imaginable kitchen tool and appliance, plus a ton of indoor and outdoor games. The Point Loma location couldn’t have been better for us, with easy access to the shops at Liberty Station and all the downtown attractions, plus the airport! Highly recommend!

Nice House for Family Vacation

We love San Diego and visit often. This house was perfect for our family. A few things to note, there are a lot of stairs to get into the house and street only parking was challenging on school days (High school kids parking on the street and walking to school as well as at pick up time for the elementary school). We couldn't park when we first arrived since it was carpool time. Weekends were not an issue. Beds were cozy as were the outside spaces. I know plane noise is mentioned in the description and it does effect hanging outside and chatting with your guests. You won't find a house better stocked then Eric's! He has signs explaining everything and you will not need to purchase any supplies for a short stay. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

All Around Amazing

I can’t recommend this location enough! It has plenty of space, close enough to downtown, but far enough away to where you don’t have to deal with the noise that comes with staying in a major city. The host was amazing and Eric made sure to feel us welcome, but also made himself available for any questions

Wonderful outside areas & close to everything

Loved the huge deck above the garage, the stargazing deck on the roof, and the beautiful backyard. Got used to plane noise after a few days. House is loaded with everything you'd need including lots of games. Location is close to everything. Don't miss the Sunday farmers market at point Loma high school which is just a few minutes walk!

Perfect location, great house and views

This house was close to everything; Liberty Station, Mission Beach, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, Sea World, Old, Town, Coronado, and much more. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and more. Eric was available when needed by text and was a great host. As others mentioned, the planes at 6:30am were a great alarm clock, but with so much to do, who can sleep in??

Wonderful House!

Loved our stay at this amazing house. All the space and amenities you need to make this your home away from home. Outside areas are amazing for everything from breakfast to evening get togethers. Location is also great. Easy to get anywhere in town in 15-20 minutes.

Perfect location!

This was absolutely perfect for our visit to San Diego. Just minutes away from the Zoo, Safari Park, Sea World, beaches and more. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Christmas Family vacation

Family getaway

Great First Visit to San Diego

Fantastic size for our family of 5 adults. Between well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, two patios, large living room it had all the amenities. We also appreciated how close it was to Liberty Square -- we walked there numerous time for shopping, dining or running. The airplane noise can be intense some evenings -- luckily for us that only happened the first night we were there. Eric was incredibly responsive to all our questions and very accommodating about early check-in. Overall very highly recommended and we will look for this property again on any return trips to San Diego. It's an amazing city!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

You won't want to leave one of the 3 patios/decks. San Diego is made for the outdoors and this property is made for that. The views are to die for, either from the patio deck or the newly added rooftop deck. The neighborhood is quite and private. (and need for you to be respectful in keeping it that way please). Yet, a 5-10 minute drive, you're in Liberty Station, the airport, downtown, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Coronado, Mission or Pacific Beach.
