Summary:
WOW! Come stay at this completely renovated, luxurious, and DAZZLING 4 bedroom, 2 bath home! Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Ocean Beach, this ultra-stylish place is perfect for groups who want to experience all the amazing things San Diego has to offer. Head 5 blocks west and you're at the beach, hop in the car for 5 minutes to visit SeaWorld, and travel a mere 15 minutes to the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Or just chill at the house, enjoy the ocean breeze, and play some putt putt golf!

The Space:
A gorgeous, completely stocked kitchen is the first thing that will catch your eye when you enter the open concept living space. Anything you need to cook a meal or enjoy a cup of coffee, we've got you covered! The living area has a large SmartTV, sleeper couch, and plenty of seating. Bedroom one has two queen beds and a TV, the master bedroom has a king bed + attached bathroom with shower, Bedroom Three has a queen bed, and Bedroom Four has a full-sized + twin trundle bed. There is another full bathroom, a washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and gorgeous front patio space complete with Cornhole and putt putt golf! No need to bring your own, there are towels, chairs, and bougie boards just waiting to hit the beach.

Guest Access:
Guest access is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 2 days prior to check-in, and if you need anything, Vacation Rentals By Aaron is available 24/7! The host also lives on-site in a studio behind the property, in case there is an emergency.

The Neighborhood:
OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. You are still removed enough to enjoy a more quiet, neighborhood experience, while still being close enough to enjoy the night life of OB. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!

Getting Around:
There is one parking spot off the alley in the back. Street parking is also free and unregulated in the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Pets welcome! There is a $200 pet fee. We don't allow cats in this property.
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beds were very comfortable, living room and kitchen nice and roomy. Front yard games were a nice, fun plus. On the not-so-good-side, the bedrooms had very little furniture and four of the five rooms had nothing to put your suitcase on nor any drawers or dressers for your clothes. They desperately need luggage racks. One room had no reading light for nighttime, and the inside dining room was a flimsy table for four in a house that sleeps eight. Overall, it was a mixed bag. Loved the house and its location, but hated having to put my clothes on the floor and nowhere to eat a group meal (the outside table seats eight, but w\ uncomfortable, semi-rusted metal chairs that are sometimes wet and/or cold this time of year).

Nice place

Perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. House was clean and every amenity needed from beach chairs, towels, kid toys, pack n play, high chair, putting green and Cornhole were supplied..Host was very communicative. Would definitely rent again.

Great Bachelor Trip

There was five of us guys staying for a bachelor trip. The house had tons of space and amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was full of everything you need to cook a meal. All appliances were very nice and clean. Our favorite part of the house had to be playing games out on the front lawn. Great view and nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property!

Hands down, perfect spot to post up when you are in San Diego.

House has a fantastic open layout, great for hosting a group of 10 or so. Cornhole and putting green absolutely clutch for entertaining. This place is a dime.

This place was clean and perfect location! Able to walk to the beach, shops, food. The neighborhood was nice, safe, clean. The place had enough cutlery for our large group of seven. Check in was seamless. The beds are comfortable and where warm!

Dream Getaway

There was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was excellent with games and large table where we could all eat. The walk to the beach took about 15 minutes which wasn’t bad unless you have a lot of gear, then you may want to drive. Plenty of food and coffee shops within a 10 minute walk. We love Ocean Beach and would definitely stay here again!

Marine Corps Graduation Trip

The spacious open floor concept was exactly what we needed to accommodate everyone. We were able to comfortably hang out in one area and not be on top of each other. Everything was in walking distance which was wonderful because I don't like driving in strange cities. There was plenty of sleeping room for multiple families. And the yard made a cozy outside getaway. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely rent this home. Thank y'all. Having a nice place to go to took some stress out of a very stressful trip.

Air conditioner did not work properly. House remained too hot and swampy. Couch had spiders. Electrical plug issues in second bathroom. Broken toilet seat in master bath. Advertised as blocks from beach = miles, not walking blocks. Issues brought up to owners upon departure, and was told in capital letters I should have notified them DURING the stay to have a handi man arrive at the house while we were awaiting the deployment of my son. No thank you, the issues should not have been there to begin with. Little to no parking on street & house is directly across the street from a loud pre school, not mentioned either. We will not stay again or recommend.

Stylish Home in Great Location with a Fantastic Kitchen, but Lacking Storage

We recently stayed at this stylish vacation rental and definitely appreciated the great location with an easy walk to central Ocean Beach and all of the activities and restaurants. We also had no issue parking multiple vehicles right by the house. The property itself is very nice and well-maintained, with the standout feature being the fantastic kitchen, which is well-equipped with high-quality utensils, dishes, pots and pans—a definite upgrade from many other short term rentals we've experienced and all you need to cook a proper family meal. The knives were even sharp! While the house is comfortable for a short visit, it lacks some essential features for extended stays. For instance, the master bathroom doesn’t have a mirror, and there is barely any shelving or storage available in the bathrooms or bedrooms. We found ourselves using the ironing board as a makeshift shelf for storage and without any dressers, all guests had to live out of their suitcases on the floor for the week. On the plus side, the front yard is a highlight, offering fun activities like a putting green and cornhole and a great picnic table for outside dining right next to the kitchen. Overall, the property is lovely, clean and well-located, and would be perfect with the addition of some furnishings and storage options.
