Casa C, tu propio pequeño hotel:
Este espacio puede ser tu propio pequeño hotel. Casa C es perfecta para un grupo de amigos, familia o compañeros de trabajo. El apartamento de 95m2 tiene 4 habitaciones dobles, cada una de ellas con lujosas camas de materiales 100% naturales y ¡4 baños en-suite! Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con una gran mesa, un comedor y un salón con galería (el típico balcón cerrado con ventanas de vidrio). Una de las habitaciones tiene un balcón y otra tiene un fresco de pared original del 1900. Bajo petición, podemos convertir las dos camas individuales en una cama king size. Es ideal para un grupo de hasta 8 personas.

El apartamento fue renovada en el 2014, siguiendo los principios del eco-diseño y respetando las características del modernismo catalán como los techos altos decorativos, los magníficos mosaicos, los hermosos vidrios grabados y las sorprendentes puertas correderas de madera del balcón.

Hemos puesto un gran esfuerzo en la re-utilización de los materiales y los nuevos son libres de COV y reciclable. Elegimos los productos y materiales locales siempre que sea posible, y nos aseguramos de restaurar todo el patrimonio modernista, original del 1900. También facilitamos el reciclaje y hemos instalado dispositivos inteligentes de ahorro de recursos sin sacrificar tu experiencia. Utilizamos productos de limpieza ecológicos y al granel y proporcionamos agua filtrada del grifo gratuitamente.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable apartment in Barcelona! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better — we were able to walk to most of the main sights and great restaurants. Our host was so kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Soup to nuts an absolutely lovely stay in the heart of Barcelona. Mari reached out way before our arrival to ensure everything would be just as we wished. The units are lovely, historic and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend her property to anyone. While I was unable to meet her in person, my guests who did would not stop talking about her kindness and professionalism. What a gem!

Fantastic Place

My husband and I, along with 6 friends stayed in this beautiful apartment. We were close to everything we needed to get to. We did not use the metro as the folks we were with wanted to take taxis. Sandro was a fabulous tour guide and I recommend booking a tour with him on your first night in Barcelona. He recommended a great restaurant called Tantarantana. We loved it so much we ate there twice. You only receive a big towel and a little towel for each person. I recommend asking for more for an extra fee. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the property and the communication was outstanding. It’s a roomy 4 bedroom flat with an elevator. There are restaurants and bars nearby. Taxi’s were easy to hail and many sites were walkable.

Honestly incredible place right in the heart of Barcelona

We were 2 families staying together across Spain, France and Portugal for 2 weeks. This was the nicest place we stayed at the whole time with the best combination of host, amenities, and location. The yök team really cares about your experience AND your impact on the environment, neighborhood and city. Each room has an en suite bathroom which is just unheard of. We were there during July which was HOT and most days we couldn’t wait to get back to the place for an air-conditioned siesta before heading back out for more sights and dinner. If we go back to Barcelona we will rent from yök again, without question.

The property was perfect for our group. Within walking of most of the attractions we needed to see. Many excellent dining options within walking distance. The host arranged our transportation to the train station at the end of our stay. Excellent experience in a fabulous location.

A Barcelona Treasure

We really enjoyed our stay at this historic Barcelona apartment. We were met by Sandro, our host and were warmly welcomed with cold drinks on the office terrace. Sandro also spent time familiarizing us with the area and the map of Barcelona/ He sent us restaurant recommendations, and at the end of our stay, arranged transport to the airport. The apartment was very clean and stocked with water, tea and coffee. the decor was interesting and used repurposed items in an innovative way. The location was in the heart of Barcelona, we could walk or take the metro to the whole city. The apartment was great, but Sandro is the real treasure. We would stay here again!

Perfect hospitality and property

We had a group of 8 and fully exercised this apartment. It was clean and perfect. Best yet is the owner/staff. Mari, Isabella and Sandro were very welcoming and had superb pre arrival coms.

I second every other 5 star review about this apartment, there should be a special 6 star option. Mari could not have been more helpful and accomodating with everything we needed to know about the apartment and local info. The interior is spectacular, spotless and very well equipped. Entry via a code rather than keys meant everyone could come and go as they pleased. Fantastic Barcelona architecture with engraved glass and beautiful moulded, carved and cast details. Truly a special place to stay. Despite being less than 100m from a major artery and metro station, the building is wonderfully calm and quiet. Could not recommend it more, thank you so much to the Yök team for a wonderful and memorable sejour.

This apartment has been lovingly restored with care and attention to detail including Spanish tiles throughout, along with other original features. Each room is a suite with its own bathroom, which allows privacy. The terrace provides a view of the neighborhood and the location couldn't be better for exploring Barcelona, with easy access to the Metro, El Born, and other spots. The focus on environmental sustainability was appreciated.Sandro was far and away the best host I've ever had. He was responsive to all of my questions in a timely manner, provided dozens of fabulous recommendations, and was attentive without being intrusive. He invited us up to the top floor office to refill our bottles with filtered water each day and offered coffee/breakfast on the patio with amazing views of the city. You will be lucky if this place is available during your stay...book it now!

I want to thank Mari and Sandro for their hospitality in Barcelona at Yök apartments on such short notice. This is a true experience everyone should have when checking in to an Airbnb. Both Mari and Sandro greeted my family and I on arrival, showed us the apartment, explain the history of the apartment and its unique place we called home for 3 wonderful days. The architecture details of the apartment are just amazing. Staying at Yök made my family feel safe and very comfortable. They made communication with them easy through WhatsApp. Mari and Sandro reached out and offered suggestions on activities , site seeing and even dinner recommendations. I highly recommend this unique location. I have never experience this type of service from an Airbnb apartment. Mari and Sandro really understand what true hospitality is for a customer.

From our first contact with Yok we were impressed with their service - they promptly answered questions and provided helpful advice and recommendations. We were welcomed by Sandro who was super helpful and helped us to settle really quickly and get on with our stay in Barcelona. Whilst there we celebrated our daughter's 18th and Yok / Sandro helped to make this a memorable occasion for us. We loved Casa C and would definitely return and recommend to others .

As a hotel consultant for many years, I realized it was crucial to create a tourism accommodation with as little impact on the planet and the environment as possible and promoting the local economy.

I am happy to welcome you at yök Casa + Cultura, a project 3 sustainable boutique apartments based on eco-design, sustainability, hospitality, good practices, and local culture. Located in the heart of Barcelona, in a modernist building from 1900,
with a wonderful façade, beautiful balconies, rooms with 3.5 m high, gorgeous mosaic floors, high decorative ceilings, amazing wood work and beautiful etched glass windows and a rooftop extension from the 70s where is located our Rooftop office with really nice views of Barcelona.
