This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. It appears to have been completely renovated very recently. The bathrooms are very modern and the showers are excellent. There is plenty of space. The AC was also modern and more than sufficient to cool the home in June. I would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as was described. It was in a perfect location for us. We were within a 15 to 30 minute walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We had a list of restaurants we wanted to eat at as well and most were just a 5 to 6 minute walk away. The area also seemed pretty safe. The communication was hands down some of the best I have ever received. The lift in the building was great to help out with our luggage. If we are back in Barcelona we will check and see if the property is available.

We had a wonderful stay at Paseo Colon. The apartment was located right across the street from the Marina. Everything was in walking distance but getting a cab was also fairly easy when needed. The view from the patio was so nice. The apartment also has an elevator that was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents. Communication was great and we would highly recommend as we were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad.

Amazing place in an absolute perfect location. Across from marina with tons of restaurants and the Gotic area behind has shopping and restaurants galore. No more than a 15min walk or cab ride to all of the major sites. Communications were great with lots of recommendations. Would stay again for sure.

We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. The owner and property manager were both quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We all had a spectacular time!

Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

HUTB-003341 El apartamento Mare Magnum está situado a sólo unos pasos a todos los lugares turísticos.
El "Paseo Colón", la línea de costa de Barcelona, está situada justa en el borde del "Barrio Gótico" el centro de la verdadera historia de Barcelona.
Todos los lugares de interés están a poca distancia, como "Las Ramblas" con el mercado de la Boquería y el Gran Teatre del Liceu, Santa María del Mar, el barrio del Borne, Port Vell, Maremágnum y las playas.
Cada atracción está a sólo unos pasos de distancia.
Detrás del apartamento puedes perderte por las estrechas calles de Ciutat Vella, llenas de encanto y de bares, restaurantes, colmados y comercios. Se puede llegar caminando hasta la Catedral o pasear hasta las famosas Ramblas que se encuentran a 10 minutos caminando.

Al otro lado de Via Laietana, se extiende el barrio del Born que cuenta con un gran valor histórico así como con una atmósfera especial. Puedes visitar el Mercado del Born, la conocida Iglesia de Santa Maria o ir de compras, ya que esta zona se ha convertido en un escaparate para las últimas tendencias en moda y diseño.

En dirección al mar encontrarás el barrio de la Barceloneta, con su animada playa llena de chiriguitos, bares y mucho ambiente. Puedes pasear, patinar o ir en bici por el paseo marítimo o simplemente relajarte en una de las múltiples terrazas al sol.

Otros puntos de interés cercanos, son el Parque de la Ciutadella, una bonita área verde o el Maremagnum, que cuenta con un centro comercial sobre el agua, el Acuario de Barcelona o el cine Imax 3D.
