We had a corner unit that gave a nice mix of ocean and beach views as well as the city. The unit was well furnished with linens and kitchen items. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Everyone had a great stay!

Great Condo for a Great Price

Would definitely stay here again. The owner Linda is super nice and super informative. The property amenities are top notch and the tiki bar has the best prices of anything comparable in the area.

Very pleasant experience

The owner made check in and out such a breeze, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The place was in phenomenal condition when we arrived, it is a beautiful property.

It was a very nice place and fit my family perfectly. It could use a little more TLC on the cleaning side.Kitchen had everything you need to make meals and the family had a lot of room. Pools were great and the private beach was amazing. It is kid friendly but the community does have some stricter rules around the pool such as no balls or floats, but that really wasn’t a big deal.

Wonderful stay

Linda’s condo was very warm and cozy. Very comfortable. Very well stocked with cooking supplies and gadgets. We love to cook so this made it very easy!

Great location with amazing view of the beach from the balcony. Living and bedroom areas are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Convenient access to pools and beach.

We had a wonderful time. We were worried about the room being on the side instead of beachfront, but no worries at all. Great views that feel private. We had no issues with the room( my wife said the room was fine for us but Adrian Monk wouldn’t stay here, lol). The heated pool was one of the warmest pools I’ve ever swim in. Perfect. Hot tub, amazing. Perfect location. Would recommend.

Fun condo with nice view

We stayed a couple night while at a baseball tournament. I enjoyed the view since we had a nice beach view and some of the city as well. Communication with the host was easy as was check-in.

The best vacation rental in Panama City beach

Regency Towers 1304

The view is fantastic. Love Regency Towers and the surrounding area. Pools are great and the pool cabana has very affordable drinks and food. Unit was a little dirty when we arrived, however the the owner was very responsive and took care of the issue. We had a great time and would stay again.

Great place to stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. The third bedroom is very small. Only one bed per bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. We had 3 adults and 4 kids. It was a little tight, but we were not cramped. Would stay here again.

Love love love this place!

The condo was clean and Linda is great to work with! We loved this place! The pool was great, we loved Bob's Tiki Bar. The tiki bar had great food and drinks for a super reasonable price. The beaches we beautiful. This place is perfect for someone who is looking to relax and have a great time with family or friends. Its very family friendly and there is a lot to do within a short drive. I have told multiple people already if they are looking to go to Panama City Beach this place is wonderful!

Wonderful time!!

Loved the unit and working with Linda was great. By far one of the best hosts I have dealt with on a rental property. The unit was great. We love Regency Towers. Awesome view from the balcony and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! We will definitely be back!

Great spring break

We had a great time! This unit is equipped for a big family and is quite spacious. The view is quite incredible. Linda is super easy to deal with and communicated very well all through the trip to make sure we had what we needed and to ensure the condo was to our liking. Will definitely be back! Wonderful

Linda was amazing and always responded right away and even did some research for us on things to do in the area. The building and pools were wonderful. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the hot tub area. But this complaint is on Regency not on the condo itself.
