Relaxing Stay

Terrasol is so chill compared to all the high rise resorts nearby. The small cafe has great staff and good reasonably priced food. The pool was never crowded. I loved having my coffee on the deck each morning with only the sound of birds, waves and the view of the ocean. So much to love. Thank you!

Peaceful and private

254 was comfortable, but needs a little face lift . The many steps up and down and down and up gave us lots of exercise right out the door. We walk anyway but it was comical .

bad bed pillows

good except for a small inexpensive fix that would help out so much. The bed pillows were awful, squishy with no support and since there is no headboard propping yourself up in bed was no existent. Please buy 4 firm bed pillows and the client's stay will be so much better.

Lovely property

The villa was very clean and located in a beautiful spot. If you don’t enjoy the downtown area though, don’t stay here. The restaurant on-site had good food and friendly staff. The beach is gorgeous and fun to walk! We were pleasantly surprised how secluded and quiet it was :)

Great location

We had a wonderful time. We stayed a week. We had a nice view. It community is very quite, thus not enough to keep kids busy at all. Close to downtown for easy dinning. Will be back!

The condo was nice but outdated in many aspects, such as plastic outdoor patio furniture, uncomfortable bed mattress, and was hard to control shower temperature.

Terra Sol -great little studio 2nd floor with Ocean view.

Highly recommended. We had a great stay at the Terra Sol. The studio we rented was just what we expected. For a healthy couple this place was big enough and had the amenities we were looking for. Be ready to walk up and down stairs and 1/8 mile or so to the beach. The beach is not recommended for swimming with a strong under tow. Great for beach fishing though. The place is older but well kept. Nice little kitchen, No oven, but they do have a little toaster oven. Full size stove and refrigerator w/ freezer. Washer/ dryer was nice to have available. Small deck with ocean view. The property is very low key and friendly. You are renting someone's home instead of a resort. We went shopping before we got there, but were pleased to find seasonings, paper products, even laundry soap available. Bath towels and beach towels even a 1/2 bottle of Tequila left by someone. Bed was a bit hard for us but we still slept well after our full days of adventures and walking. We loved the location, close but not in town. Very secure and private, We felt safe and like we could leave our stuff at the pool while we walked the beach without worrying about someone messing with it.

My partner and I spent a week at Terra Sol , Cabo San Lucas for a 75 th BDay surprise trip. He had never been there. I lived there for 2 yrs and my husband passed away so in hadn’t been back for 15 yrs . I was so pleased to see it had stayed as beautiful as it was. The staff was so friendly and caring and so relaxing. Easy to walk to downtown and see all the partners but nice to walk back to quiet. I’ll Be Back

Best relaxing stay in Cabo!

Our experience at this property was quite amazing. It is a beautiful condo and property, with an equally as beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen, TV and balcony made the stay even more comforting for nights in. The location was safe and secure in a gated community with a quiet atmosphere, enabling us to relax and enjoy our time. The access to two pools and the beach was perfect. It was also close to the marina, only a few minutes walk, as well as downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The only negative was the construction that took place on the property, which we were not notified about beforehand. It was on the surrounding properties of one of the pools and was loud so we were unable to use that one pool. However, the access to other pools and beach didn’t prevent us from enjoying our time.

Everything was excellent. Only one thing that could use improvement. Short staffed in the patio bar and grill. The staff that was there were excellent. Bring patience, your on holidays! Have fun!

BEST CONDO IN CABO!!

My fiancé and I spent 5 days here and it was the most relaxing place to be. Just a short walk from all the restaurants and activities at the marina but far enough away to enjoy some peace from the hustle of the town. Out of all the restaurants we went to, the best food we could find was right at the condo pool bar. The service was excellent there and the view was just icing on the cake. I'm looking forward to our trip next year!

Great property

We loved staying at Terra Sol Beach Resort. The property is beautiful and clean. All staff was very friendly. Enjoyed lounging at the pool and taking advantage of the swim up bar. The only negative for us was the unrelenting construction in the room below. It sounded as if jack hammers were being used in our unit due to the reverberation. Made it difficult to want to be anywhere near our room from 8a-5p. We would definitely stay here again but would call in advance regarding any heavy maintenance.

First timers to Terrasol...

My wife and I had another fine trip to Cabo. This was our first time to use VRBO and our first time to stay at Terrasol. Impressed with both! Went as smooth as anyone could wanted. Terrasol is located in a fabulous location. We could see the whales from our pool and could easily walk to the marina. These were two important items for us. Thanks to everyone!

We’ll be back!

Our unit had a beautiful view from the balcony & living room. It would be problematic to get to for anyone with mobility issues as there are several stairs & corners to navigate. The unit was clean, however we discovered the phone did not work, the patio screen needed repair, the dishwasher leaked all over the floor, and the bathroom sink did not drain on its own. When we alerted the Property Manager he immediately repaired the screen, dishwasher & replaced the phone. Nothing could be done to repair the poor plumbing. The grounds are meticulously cared for and the staff are super friendly. The pool was lovely. The palapa bar was ok for breakfast & lunch & reasonably priced. The exercise equipment was in horrible condition. It was our first trip to Cabo San Lucas. Terrasol is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place. The beach walk is excellent. Terrasol is very close to the town & we walked everywhere. It’s also very close to the mountain near Lands End & we loved climbing it. There is no way you can swim in the ocean off this beach but watching the huge waves was exciting. We would return to Terrasol.
