The Neighborhood:

Beautiful Terrasol Beach Resort condominiums is located at breathtaking Land's End in Cabo San Lucas. Walk from the condo right onto the sand! Hear the waves lapping the shore at night! Enjoy whale watching, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and all water sports. It's only a ten minute walk to all Cabo San Lucas restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. On site bar/restaurant, two swimming pools.



Getting Around:

- A car is not really necessary as you can walk to most of the places like restaurants, clubs, marina, shopping, however it is always an option.

- Public transportation available across the street from terrasol.

-UBER

-Taxis are available right outside the gate



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly resort fee and tax for each condo which will need to be paid separately upon checkout.

The new rates for the Resort Fee effective April 1, 2024 are:

1-2 people 18.50 per night

3-4 people 23.50 per night

5-6 people 28.50 per night

7 or more people 33.50 per night

*Parking on premises $5 / Day

**Just one car per unit is allowed.

The host Marisol was excellent and was on top on anything we asked her.Great view of the ocean and easy walk to the marina.

When we landed, I received a text from Marisol, the property manager explaining that the AC was out and that they upgraded us to another, larger condo on the same property. She said that it would be for the first two nights of our 5 night stay. I asked if it would be possible to stay there for the whole trip, but she wasn't able to confirm that it was possible until after the 2nd night. Although we did not need a two bedroom, the second bathroom was nice to have. The apartment itself was great. The property was walking distance to the marina with the return trip being uphill. It had a pool next to the beach and a nice place to have breakfast and lunch which you could charge to your apartment. It did have an interesting mural of the Beatles in which the artists seemed to have a problem with Paul. Two of our friends go back to Terrasol at least once every year and I can see why.

Great Space!

This is a great space to stay, however, there was construction right next door to us. We talked with Marisol who immediately bumped us to another unit, which was even better! Marisol made sure we had great accommodations and were happy with the move. She took great care of us and we had a fantastic vacation in the unit. We come exclusively to Terrasol because of the property, staff, and quiet atmosphere. Thank you for always making this a great vacation destination for us!

Beautiful studio!

The Amber Casa was a beautiful and very clean unit. We enjoyed it a lot. This was our third time at Terrasol and are planning next years trip already! I prefer a unit closer to the pool but for an upper unit this one is nice and quiet.

This condo is underrated. I’m glad we took a chance we definitely stay there again.

Extremely quiet, safe great location we would definitely stay there again. Food at the pool was perfect and inexpensive compared to the city. Definitely would stay there again 100% safe. You can walk everywhere.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It's perfect for one or two people...beautiful view, and very clean. The staff was very helpful, as was the property manager. It was our first time to visit Cabo and we can't wait to go back!
