Great location

The location was great for us! Parking in the back was very convenient. Some bedrooms were small but we made it work. Would recommend!!

Great location in Ocean City

Family of 5 and 1 dog stayed at this location for the second time. We love the close location to the boardwalk, quieter neighborhood, and well-appointed home. New king bed in master br is a plus. 1 garage and 1 parking spot in driveway is perfect. Thanks for another great stay!

OCNJ Stay

We had a wonderful week in OCNJ! John was very prompt in all of his responses and the house was very clean. We loved that we were so close to the beach which made our trips so easy. I would highly recommend this house and John!

We had a great week at this property. Property Manager was always responsive and helpful. Had a stove issue and was responsive quickly! Very close walk to the beach and boardwalk, highly recommended!

Enjoyable week!

We had a wonderful time in OCNJ. The house was a great size and good location. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The floors and bathrooms were pretty dirty. The oven wasn’t working, the owner was quick to respond but never had anyone out to fix it. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed our vacation!

Fantastic as always

Just another great time at this extremely convenient and lovely home. Can’t say enough about how well it works out the whole way around, from being just steps to the beach and boardwalk to kindly allowing the dog part of the family along.

Perfect location

We really enjoy the convenience of the location insofar as beach access and proximity to the boardwalk! The unit was very nice and the room sizes were great to accommodate a family and some visitors. We would note that the balconies/patios needed to be power washed and the kitchen was quite full of ants, so it was important not to leave anything out.

Location in the best beach town

Beautiful North end of Ocean city never disappoints. Steps away from the boardwalk is perfect but also quiet. Delicious nearby restaurants and a short ride to AC to catch a show. Always went to the southern end when I was younger. Now I am a Northern Girl! Close to shops on Asbury is perfect on a rainy day too.

Great place to get away

Really enjoyed our stay in OC. We stayed in the fall, but during a weekend of the crafts festival. The property was very clean and has a modern feel to it. During our stay, the street was quiet, and it was literally a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk with access right there. Awesome front porch for sitting and relaxing. On-street parking was hit or miss, but you get a garage/driveway spot with rental. Owner was very responsive and attentive to inquiries. Would definitely stay there again.

Slice of heaven, even in a hurricane!!

Although we could not have had worse weather, we had a wonderful time. This home was comfortable, functional, and had everything for us to spend a rainy weekend pretty much indoors. Although we would’ve loved to use porches the inside decor was cozy and simply wonderful. Are we highly recommend this VRBO not only because of its amenities but it’s location to the beach was wonderful.

Perfect location

This house is in the best location! We were able to park our cars and walk to the beach and boardwalk within minutes. We also enjoyed being able to walk to different shops and cafes. Overall Great house we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

The location can’t be beat. Owner was very responsive. No issue with stay. The property could use some sprucing up in some places, but overall is in great shape. Kitchen was well stocked. Note: listing amenities reference rooftop deck. This unit does not have access to the rooftop deck.

Unbelievably convenient

This was a true gem- the home is spacious and has everything we needed. The location was fantastic- quiet at night, and a 30 second walk to the boardwalk and beach. Couldn’t ask for more, it made for such a relaxing and fun week! We really appreciate places that are dog friendly, and this was another huge plus. We would love to come back for another visit.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here! Owner was very responsive. Very short walk to beach and boardwalk which was perfect for having a baby/toddler with us. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again!

SOUL FOOD! Location, Amenities, THE BEST HOST EVER, Traveler's Dream!

Just AMAZING! Paradise. The secret is out and though we would very much love to keep this under the radar and to ourselves, WE MUST GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE! What a beautiful, well-appointed home. The home is fabulous, location superior, 3 rd home from the beach. You walk out the front door and can see the beach/ boardwalk and calmed by the ocean. This truly is a well-cared for home, in which the host prides himself on communication and is not intrusive at all. He is extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. This is a piece of Heaven on earth for a family. From the moment we arrived, we were in Awe. The well-kept grand entrance in front of the home, with fantastic furniture to view the sunrise, listen to the waves while enjoying your morning coffee, birds serenading you. We were blessed to even see baby bunnies on our trip, daily. This home suits a large family easily with numerous bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, ceiling fans, gorgeous kitchen and seating for 8 at the table. Additional seating available at the kitchen island. Open concept with the kitchen, living room and eating space which makes family gatherings so easy and enjoyable. This unit is located on the main level with 2 separate outdoor spaces. The front porch and a rear deck- OCEAN VIEW! WHAT! We won the lotto here folks. Another outdoor space, beautifully appointed to soak it all in and decompress. The photos truly are great but the home in person- AMAZING! The decor in the rooms, bedding, it felt like home from the moment we walked in. This home is and will forever be -our go too. Views for days, the best host ever, location, away from the hustle bustle but in a short walk, 10 min. or less, you reach your first section of rides for the kids. We were here at the end of April, so we experienced soft openings of venues but did not lack entertainment or food options. The Acme grocery store, Dunkin, Pharmacy was all convenient and just a stone throws away. The Arcades were open daily as was Shriver's, for all your yummy goodness. Confession, we hit that more times than we should have- best saltwater taffy around! Not too sweet and addicting. You have so much available to you in beautiful Ocean City. Shops, parks, many food options to fill those bellies and satisfy your palate. Door dash delivers. You are able to see AC off in the distance when on the boardwalk. PARKING ON SITE- Park and forget it until you leave or want to venture out to explore more of the area. SUNSETS GALORE!

Great Home with Perfect Location

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is large, very comfortable and very homey. Parking was no problem it has a balcony/terrace that offered ocean breezes and serenity. It is perfectly just a couple of houses from the beach. We could not have picked a better house to fit our vacations needs.

Park Place is one of the best locations. An extra wide street and back alley allow children to run and play while in safe view of the parents on front or back decks. Steps away from the boards and beach make bath room runs convenient. This home is perfectly located! Come check it out.
