Bienvenido a nuestra casa de playa ubicada en los jardines en Ocean City, NJ. La casa de 2500 pies cuadrados se encuentra en una calle tranquila cerca de la playa de North Street y no está lejos del paseo marítimo. Pizza Express y la heladería de TJ están a la vuelta de la esquina. Nuestra casa tiene 5 dormitorios en el 2 ° piso con una caminata hasta el 3 ° piso que tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y 1 cama nido con 1/2 baño. El patio trasero tiene estacionamiento para 2 autos y almacenamiento. ¡Comienza a planear tus recuerdos de verano en OC! Alquileres semanales de sábado a sábado de junio al Día del Trabajo. Hay una tarifa por mascota de $ 300. Por favor, hágamelo saber en su consulta. Gracias por considerar alquilar nuestra propiedad. No alquilamos para eventos de semana senior. Hemos restaurado los pisos de madera en el primer piso y pintado el comedor y el vestíbulo. Se agregaron un par de fotos antes de mover los muebles. Disponible para Acción de Gracias.

It's a lovely, well-appointed house in a charming area. The beach, deli/market, seafood restaurant, and ice cream place are all within an easy walk. The house had more than enough bedrooms for the six of us, plus another for the 14-month old and his travel crib. The dining room easily fit 8, and there was an enclosed front porch and a tv area with couches for lounging as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The two full bathrooms were spotless and the outside shower was great.

Ocean City getaway

We stayed for the Ocean City half marathon. The house was great! Very clean, very organized, close to everything but not on top of everything which was great! The beach was very close and the boardwalk no far. The kids had a blast and the adults loved the house. The first floor full bathroom was very nice and super convenient! The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable!

September Beach Vacation

Older home with plenty of space for a large family. Games, beach chairs & umbrella, corn-hole, everything needed for a fun beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood. A few blocks from beach and boardwalk. Had a fun time!

Easter at the Beach

Great house for a family vacation

I love this house - it’s solid, roomy, comfortable, clean; has so many bedrooms, and great outdoor space too. The location is convenient to the beach, viewing the bay, and shopping, and is only a few blocks away from the start of the boardwalk. Kathleen responds to messages quickly and is easy to communicate with. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

Great Memories were made!

What a beautiful house! Lots of room, great kitchen (had everything we needed), amazing outside space with comfortable furniture. Outside shower was a hit! Easy walk to the beach, plenty of places close by to eat. Loved our stay!

Beautiful historic beach home. Good for a group!

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clear that the owners take a lot of pride in the home. The property was very cute and had a lot of character. The kitchen was smaller than I had anticipated based on the photos (and very little counter space for cooking) but functional and with some nice touches, like the drink fridge and double oven. Only having 2 parking spaces in the driveway was a little tricky on a holiday week but it was manageable (just a tad inconvenient). I know this is typical for the town so I get it. All in all, this is a great home and accurate to the listing.

Great family Thanksgiving!

14 Ocean was a great landing spot for half of our extended family as we gathered for a Thanksgiving celebration in the Gardens. Clean, convenient and spacious. The younger among us liked the short walk to the boardwalk and the short drive to downtown shopping on Black Friday. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and helped insure that our holiday was drama-free. Thank you Kathy!!

Great beach rental

The whole family rented this house for a week at the beach. There were 12 of us, including 4 under 6, one being an infant. This house hand everything that we needed! Was spacious, clean , and had plenty of room! Off street parking was great and even those who had to park on the street had no Problem finding a spot. We loved having some outside space for the kids to play and ride bikes, plus the walk to the beach and boardwalk was short. Great rental, we would definitely come back again!

Perfect Beach getaway in the North End

We loved our stay at this classic beach home located just off the North Street beach. The home is beautifully updated and loved and we just couldn't have been happier with our time with our family and our two Labrador Retrievers.

Quiet home base perfect for family visits to the beach

Located on a quiet street a short walk from a great playground the beach and a delicious ice cream parlor. Indoor and outdoor space extremely kid and pet friendly.

4 day mini vacation

My family and I were here for the Atlantic City Ironman. Friday to Monday. This house was a perfect locations to allow my teens to walk to beach and boardwalk on their own. The house was spacious with plenty of a variety of rooms to suit everyone’s needs. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our week at 14 Ocean Rd could not have been better. Kathy Waite, the owner is probably the most responsive owner we have ever worked with in all our years renting homes at the Jersey shore. The house was immaculately clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of space for a family of 10, great air conditioning for those very hot days & nights, beautiful bathrooms and brand new outdoor shower. The location with a 10-15 walk to the beach made it easy to access the ocean . There were so many little extras, like a large outdoor gas grill, beautiful sun porch, big dining table and shaded outdoor seating in the yard. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this property should we make a return trip to Ocean City,

Comfortable beach home for family

We did 3 quick nights to gather 3 generations & celebrate Birthdays. The home worked well for our 6 adults and 3 children. Kathy was easily available, but we had no issues that needed immediate attention. The area was quiet and we enjoyed walking/running through the neighborhood. We ate dinner at outside restaurants or enjoyed delivery. Choices, even off season were plentiful. The back outside seating area was perfect for us to gather and chat. We would rent again.

Awesome family get away

The home was exactly as was advertised. Close enough to the beach and very convenient for walking the dog. Each family had a large enough room for them and terrific room size for the children. Water pressure is awesome for many showers being done at the same time. Dining area was large enough to accomodate large family dinner times. Would definitely go back again.

Summer 2019

The house was perfect for our family-spacious and well appointed. It was close enough to walk to the beach and bike to the boardwalk. The owners were very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

My husband and I bought this 1900 year old single family home in 2017. We fell in love with the charm of the house and the space that it had to offer. After renting for 16 years, we decided to buy a property at the shore. Hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!

We love this single family property built in 1900 because of the and size of the house and the gardens location. This part of the island has less traffic and the street is quiet.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The enclosed front porch is great place for morning coffee and watch the world go by. The back of the property has a large private entertaining area and space for 2 cars. The shed has a separate rental area space for bikes and beach gear. We love the 3rd floor open room where our kids love to claim as their own space.
