The house is in the perfect location to get to the beach and the boardwalk! It is a great place for bigger groups or families to stay in. The host is easy to communicate with and answers in a timely manner.

Big Family Vacation

Great place to stay with a large family!

We stayed here for New Years Eve weekend with 4 families and it had the perfect amount of space with a fully equipped kitchen! Highly recommend as it is in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops!

Perfect size and location for family getaway!

We had 12 people for a family celebration and will definitely rent this property again. Plenty of room, close to shopping and beach and the property manager was quick to respond if we had questions. The private elevator was a huge plus!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had staying in Ocean City, and how comfortable and happy we were with this property! Beautiful house in great location

House was even better than we expected. The private elevator came in handy for loading and unloading heavy luggage and baby gear. Clean property with lots of space. Great for big groups!

Girls and kids trip

Location to beach and boardwalk was a short walk. Clean property and house. Everything we needed. Property manager was excellent to deal with. Def recommend staying at this property. Third floor, quiet and spacious. Great for kids too.

Great rental property

Great location, clean accommodations, nice kitchen, check in process easy, owner very nice to communicate with. It would be nice to have kleenex tissues supplied. The master bath needs another towel bar and the master bedroom could use a usable mirror.

Excellent location, property

Great vacation in a great spot in OCNJ! We had the top floor, plenty of space and comfortable. 3 Baths made it convenient when the rooms were full. Had an issue with the wifi and electrical but the property manager took care of it. Super easy to get to the boards and the beach from this location. No problem walking to the shopping area or restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property!

The layout was very good and the noise level was excellent. Outdoor spaces were very good. On the negative side-the plug in tub would not hold for a bath. My biggest complaint was cleanliness-cheese-its under sofa, vacuum not emptied. The trash area was a disgrace, it appeared not to have enough cans for three units and area needed to be cleaned out completely. At first the garage could not be used to park a car, area had to be rearranged to be used. After mentioning all of this, the negatives did not interfere with my stay. This is my 3rd time using VRBO and I will continue to do so.

Claustrophobia

Elevator was needed due to the older family members and the unit being on the third floor It was not working right and finally on the last day we were stuck between floors. Fire company came Of course the two people stuck were my husband and me. And…. He is claustrophobic. Not good The ad on VRBO isn’t obvious that the unit for rent is only one third of the house. At least it was not clear to me. Other than that the ice maker was an issue

HI Angie, so sorry you had issues with the elevator. The technician came out and there was nothing wrong with it. Tech stated it was user error, you most likely opened a door or hit the stop button while it was in route. Sorry you didn't realize it was the top floor,. however, it is clearly stated as unit c, top floor in the description and rental agreement.
