Beautiful Property

We loved our stay here - beautiful property indoor and out and a good location, close to the front gates and a short drive to the clubhouse. As avid golfers, we especially appreciated the use of the golf cart. Peggy was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. Fun in the sun experience

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very helpful with providing pertinent information about the home. We love the Sun Lakes area. Great pool at Oakwood and the food in the four clubs was excellent.

Very nice!

The home was more than we exected. Lovely furniture and yard very private. Peggy was outstanding. The location was excellent, close to the gate and close to golf. We did think the home could have been dusted better, but that did not keep us from enjoying our time in this home.

Fall in Oakwood Sun Lakes

This is one on the best properties we have stayed with. The house was extremely well stocked and we liked the open floor plan. The backyard was private and beautiful and we enjoyed many wonderful evenings around the fireplace. Since the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house it allowed us privacy from our other joining couple. Also Oakwood offered us many amenities which we often took advantage of. The host was very attentive and available when we had an issue with the golf cart which was promptly resolved. Would definitely stay there again

Wonderful Property

I can't say enough about this house- It was such a great experience. We were in the middle of a move and spent a month here. The house is much bigger than it looks online. It was very clean, and the beds were amazing. We spent a lot of night grilling out and enjoying the beautiful backyard. The best thing about this house is that they have thought of everything you might need during your stay - dishes, spices, klenex, laundry detergent, extra towels. It is the perfect place to stay- especially if you are going to be here for a longer vacation.

Excellent for family!

We needed a rental for about two weeks while we were remodeling our home. Location perfect, the kids LOVED the covered huge backyard, riding on the golf cart and the pool was basically ours the times we went! The owner Peggy let us know a couple times of certain changes happening At the community due to covid. The house was updated and had everything we needed for a long stay. She was also very considerate if needed to stay longer than anticipated. Fortunately our remodel was on time, so we did not need to satay longer. Friendly community, kid friendly! If we need to use again we will defiantly book here! Thanks for having us, we enjoyed it!

Charming bungalow in a safe, gated community!

This home was exactly what we were expecting... and more! We felt comfortable, safe and relaxed during our stay. Peggy was an incredibly attentive host and went out of her way to ensure that our questions were addressed promptly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Spot in Sun Lakes

This is a great property ... great location, beautifully decorated, wonderful art, very spacious and a very well stocked kitchen. Two small suggestions: 1) We are sports fans and would have appreciated sports channels on your TV ... we missed ESPN!! 2) An explanation of the Health Club and the pools and how to access them would have been nice. Also the Concierge has a great map of Oakwood with walking trails ... this might be nice to have in the folder at the property as well. Overall we loved it here and would book again (maybe not during the NCAA Basketball Tournament!!)

We enjoyed staying in this community. The house was very nice,. We had a little hiccup after getting into the house, but the property manager took care of this right away. If we are back in the area, we would stay here again .

Amazing house with back yard and patio that is like a paradise

We loved this charming, well kept house in a quiet gated community. Everything we needed was in the house and then some. The back yard/padio is charming, relaxing and quiet. Peggy, the owner, was very responsive if we had any questions. It even came with a golf cart! I highly recommend this premier VRBO property.

Super home with paradise in the back yard

This property is totally amazing. Loved the house and the floor plan. It was very clean and in great shape. Very well stocked. Everything you will need is there. Peggy, the owner, is very responsive to whatever you may need. Her responses are immediate. The golf cart was a real plus. That saved us $300 that we would have spent on a rental. It is in a very quiet gated community of Sun Lakes, Oakwood. The club house, restaurant and pools are top notch.The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

My husband & I stayed at this property from Dec 1 - 31, 2018. We were very pleased from the moment we walked in the door. The property is very clean and well maintained. The furniture and beds are really comfortable. Almost everything we needed was readily available. Peggy was quickly responsive to a couple of minor issues and had solutions in place immediately. The only real area requiring improvement is the quality of the backyard grill - could be newer and bigger. Thanks for making this a great experience!
