Hermoso alquiler de vacaciones disponible en Sun Lakes Country Club. Plan abierto de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas a espacios verdes desde la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar a través de dos juegos de puertas francesas que conducen al patio con sillas y una hoguera para mantenerlo cálido y acogedor por la noche. Sun Lakes, AZ Chic Farmhouse Style Home

Loved every minute! We rented for a month. Pet friendly allowed us to bring our furry friends and completely relax. Great location on greenbelt with awesome amenities nearby.

A Gem in Sun Lakes

Tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom, with granite countertop with stools, and south facing outdoor area with attached green space and screen porch adding up to a pleasant place to spend the winter in Arizona.

Comfort, location and ease.

Stayed for two weeks mid December and was very impressed. This remodeled home has lovely decor, comfortable furniture and a great kitchen with all the bells and whistles. It is situated on a green belt with multiple lakes providing lots of walking and biking opportunities. Close to restaurants, groceries, shopping….ideal location to enjoy conveniences then return to your quiet home. Thanks Shannon…hope to enjoy Sun Lakes again next year.

A lovely winter stay!

My husband and I had a lovely 3 1/2 month stay at this property. This is a newly renovated modular home with some nice amenities. The home is very spacious with a wonderful kitchen, master bath and comfortable beds. The home is located on a beautiful Green Belt and we enjoyed our walks every morning. Shannon and Mick were very responsive to questions and inquiries. We have no reservations recommending this property and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay in Chandler

Had a wonderful stay in Chandler. Property was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or even bake if you want to while you're on vacation. Screened in porch was a nice bonus as not all properties in Sun Lakes have one. We also appreciated that there was a carport where we could plug in our electric vehicle. Owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Thanks for everything Shannon!

Beautiful Property

I stayed at this home for 5 weeks while helping my daughter with a newborn. It’s in an adult community close to food and shopping .. The home was the perfect size and had all the amenities.. it’s decorated absolutely beautifully and I especially enjoyed the large master tub. The kitchen was large and had a huge island. I was able to host Thanksgiving for 10 after the baby was late and we had to switch locations. D had plenty of space.. There’s a walking path and a pond behind the house.. I Wouk’s definitely recommend. Shannon was prompt to respond to all inquiries before and during my stay.

Gorgeous home!

Shannon has been so great! I love that the property is dog friendly, and she was very flexible with my needs/dates. The neighborhood and home are beautiful and it has been an absolute treat staying here.

Good place to stay

This is a nice manufactured home that has been updated. Nice kitchen area with a huge island. Beds are not comfortable, owner needs to consider buying new beds. The patio faces the greenbelt, and we enjoyed watching pigeons, doves and quails every day.

Hi Fanny:) I am sorry that you felt the beds were uncomfortable. This is the first time someone has said that. I wish you would have mentioned that in our earlier conversations and I would have tried to do something to make it more comfortable for you. We have only had people tell us how very comfortable the beds are! I also asked the people staying there right now if they thought that either bed needs replacing or are uncomfortable and they said the beds are very comfortable. Again, if something was said earlier in your stay we would have tried to figure something out. Thanks for staying with us:)

Nicely remodeled vacation home

Home was nicely remodeled and equipped. Located on green walkway. The home had great open space and very spacious master and bath. The two outside spaces were lovely so you could choose sun or shade. We thoroughly enjoyed the owls nesting in the trees behind the home! The pickleball club was easy to join and most welcoming. The owner was very pleasant to work with and responded quickly to our inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay.

The home was completely renovated with modern decor and was located on a greenway. It was very spacious and comfortable and with no hesitation would recommend this home.

Country Chic Get Away

A charming place with great amenities! This was a great place for dear friends to gather and reconnect. Whether using the grill or the great indoor appliances, we enjoyed breaking bread with friends around the table and the massive center island. The open concept of this two bedroom/two bath home is well designed. The Clubhouse offers great pool, hot tub, pickleball, and workout spaces. Having a golf course on grounds is a convenience. Great accomodation.

We rented for a month and it was wonderful! Everyone in the area were very friendly. Facilities, golf, clubhouse,etc were all good. Being a new rental it did lack some small items that you would expect but nothing major. Had a few small issues with internet ,etc. but they were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would recommend and would go back .
