Podrá disfrutar de un patio privado con paisajes desérticos. Un fogón de gas y madera están disponibles para su uso. Hoyos de herradura están en el patio trasero. Se proporcionará una parrilla. Comfortable home

My parents and my husband and I stayed here to be close to our son who just bought a house on a couple streets over. Inside of the home was very clean and had everything you needed. The backyard needed some cleaning, but our son said that had been extra windy that week so that could’ve been the reason for so much dust on the outside furniture. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit. Unfortunately couldn’t use the barbecue but we let Jerrod know and he ordered the part. We were not using it anyway because we went to our sons to barbecue at his place Jerrod was very quick with communication and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient Location!

We stayed here two months while our home was being renovated. I needed a home that accommodated our whole family and Jerrod’s place fit the bill. The home is conveniently located and had everything we needed to make it a pleasant stay. Jerrod is very responsive and helpful and we appreciated him accommodating us.

Great home and host

Excellent location for having my family stay close by while visiting AZ. Great communication with host/homeowner throughout the stay, with easy check in/out too!

Quiet street close to everything you need/want!

The house had all you needed for a short term rental (4 weeks) and was nicely located near the 202 loop and was in an extremely quiet neighbourhood close to stores and restaurants. It was nice to be able to park the car in the garage and the house was very spacious. Jarrod responded quickly to the few questions we had and basically had no issues whatsoever once we settled in. Our small dog enjoyed the enclosed back yard and it was extremely convenient to have the greenway adjacent to the property to take him for walks. The master bedroom could benefit from a King bed and the smaller bedrooms are in need of better quality mattresses (according to our daughter who spent a week with us). All in all a great house and neighbourhood and a very responsive host. Would rent again if available next time we are in the area.

We have stayed there for many years. It's just like our home away from home in the winter months.

Looking forward to next year and a longer stay. There needs to have some gravel added to the area by the garbage containers. It gets pretty muddy there when it rains. It is kind of a mess there when it's wet.

Perfect for our needs

My wife & I booked this property while our home is being renovated. It was perfect for our needs. Jarrod is very responsive to needs with excellent communication and follow up. Home is clean, well maintained and fully stocked. I would have no problem recommending this property to others.

5 weeks in Phoenix

We are retired. I initially looked for a 3 month stay beginning in January. I was unable to find that situation. I liked this listing and spoke with the owner. He has had a tenant during this same timeframe for 5 years. The first available was lateMarch. So I took it. The property was just as advertised. The only issue was with TV reception. We weren’t able to get the local major stations. We went to sports bars to watch NCAAgames. We do have a Netflix subscription and binged on various offerings.

HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Other than going to the zoo and the botanical gardens, we mostly just hung out at the house. We watched tv, did puzzles, cooked and even baked cookies! Our family and friend get together was perfect in this house. Four of us were staying there and another two came to visit one night. Plenty of room around the table for us all to have a wonderful time in this fantastic Chandler house.

Nice sized home in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The house was spacious with large, comfortable furniture and a big garage. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, the neighbors were nice and we had great access to the freeway. There's a large, backyard that is gated which was perfect for our dog. Jarrod was very responsive and helpful.

A very good location.

We spend most of the winter here coming down from Iowa. Our family lives just 4 miles from this property in Gilbert so location is important to us. We have stayed here for several winters and really like the house. The TV set up is not very good so we have to make other arrangements to get all the sports channels we enjoy. Jarrod is easy to get ahold of and reponds quickly.

Stayed here while we were closing on our house. Jarrod was great-very helpful and flexible. Very clean, and close to downtown Chandler and Gilbert. We would stay again!

Nice House

Chandler AZ VRBO Rental Home

Overall this house is very nice and, under different circumstances I would give it 5 stars across the board. The house was clean nd was exactly as shown in the pictures (new chairs at the breakfast island though) and communication with the landlord was great. A small issue with no toilet paper in the house - likely forgotten by the cleaning staff but a huge issue with the current COVID-19 situation. There was none in the store but the owner brought some over. Other than that, things were fine. I would recommend this place to others.

A very good location.

It does need some updates inside the house such as a nicer dining set rather than outdoor patio furniture to dine on. The back yard needs some sprucing up and the patio furniture is starting to get worn. Some better beds in the guest bedrooms would really be nice. But Jarrod is easy to get along with and alays returns my calls or texts.

It is close and handy to many things.

We really like the property, we have rented it for three years in a row and have rented it again for the same time period in 2020. Some newer beds would be nice and and the dining furniture needs an update. But most everything else is fine and the house is very comfortable.Most of the old outdated bedroom furniture could be moved out to make room for bigger beds.Jarrod is a great guy to deal with. :)

Great house, great location, and well cared for!

Great location and very well maintained home with everything you need for your stay. The owner is very helpful if you need anything fixed or maintained at the house. I ended up staying 6 months and was very happy with my experience.

Roomy and comfortable
