I would come again. Beautiful scenery and the place was amazing with ocean view. We all enjoyed our time here. My granddaughters from Alaska were here with grandma and it was a great time and treasured memory!!

Clean room with easy access to downtown Lincoln City & the beach. Friendly & helpful management. Would stay again.

Too difficult to prove identity credentials. Can’t really figure out why more than a credit card is needed. This was a huge hassle. There was a kitchen but only 3 forks! Two bowls and one wine glass. That’s just crazy.

Good but very dated

Everything worked except for the shower pressure. Very dated. No new furnishing since circa 1990. Good basic lodging but not worth the rate.

Snowy Weekend

this was the first time we saw it snow on the coast and watch the beach turn white. it was beautiful! the property was clean, well maintained, and was comfortable. We had no need to contact management about anything! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

The only difficulty was the wifi, which never did work and I understand from another guest that this is an ongoing issue. For me it was not any big issue. I would gladly stay again or recommend this place to another!

Best Location Ever!

Beds were comfortable and condo had a stunning a view. Check in was difficult because I was sent the wrong code. Thankfully, someone answered the phone after 4:00 P.M and gave me the correct #. I didn’t realize it's on the 3rd floor- no elevator.

Totally okay place to stay

The room was fine and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. Way better pillows than you usually get at a hotel. The room is old and kinda gross. Really needs a cheap version of a remodel. The cable didn’t work but I brought my PS5 so I just used that for entertainment so the cable didn’t really matter. All in all, not horrible for one person for a getaway weekend. Wouldn’t be great for a couple or family.

I was disappointed with the wifi connection, we never were able to connect. The single bedroom where my girls slept only had a shear curtain with no blinds. We had to hang a blanket to get privacy. I was surprised there was no oven, never thought to ask when we rented.

No ironing board. Kitchen sink faucet did not work very well. Was highly disappointed in the quality of the condo. Window latches did not work properly also.

One window screen was torn. All around the unit could really use an upgrade, but if that doesn't bother you it's wonderful and the view is amazing. The WIFI was also not working and when calling the customer service number, they blamed it on the hotel. I think adding a sleeper sofa would be better than the dining table.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was the keys left for the pool did not work. This was very disappointing since it was the reason we choose this property over others. Otherwise the view and beach access was excellent, which was important to me since I was vacationing with small children and needed the convenience in order to enjoy our stay. Just as a side note, the condo is listed as having an oven. We arrived with a full size pizza and discovered the only oven was a toaster oven. We made do, but this would be information you might want to consider making note on the listing for future guests.

Ok

There were defiantly some issues. Heat did not work and the heaters that were brought to us continued to kick the breakers. There is a tile between the kitchen and living room that is loose and cracked and needs to be addressed. The family next to us was like a herd of elephants and left the hallway a mess and were very disruptive. Also we just had your next tenant walk in while we were getting ready !!!! Besides this the place was ok for the price.

Had a very upset 9 year old. When we got back called the number and she said that she would pass this information along to her boss and he will get back to me. Well he never did. We will never use this place again. You say pool use and nope not for this room. False advertising.
