Casa adosada a pocos pasos de la playa. ¡1400 pies cuadrados, perfecto para una familia de hasta 7! Gran escapada de parejas. Los 3 dormitorios y el sofá cama en la sala de estar junto con 3 baños completos lo hacen muy conveniente. El garage cerrado raro y un patio trasero cercado para la aislamiento son características únicas para esta casa urbana. Está en la sala de estar y 3 dormitorios TV. Conexión inalámbrica a internet. Nueva lavadora y secadora. mesa de comedor para 4, pero 4 sillas adicionales en el mostrador de granito. cocina totalmente equipada con cafetera y microondas. Se guardan dos sombrillas y 6 sillas en el garaje (por favor, regrese allí después de usarlas). Hay cuatro bicicletas disponibles, utilícelas bajo su propio riesgo. Ducha exterior. The house was beautiful and very clean. Lots of extras in the kitchen including paper products, seasonings, etc. Our contact was super responsive and sent info on local events. Check in was simple and smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Carolina beach vacay

We had the best relaxing trip! House was just as described with chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to borrow to get to the beach daily- a quick walk! Kitchen well-equipped, plenty of seating, and a nice gas grill. 3 outdoor living spaces. Great communication and suggestions of activities and restaurants from the management. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic place, great location

Property: very clean. Everything you need was there. Amenities: in the garage, was everything you need for your beach visit as well as bikes for the whole family. Location: perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful neighborhood, took a four mile walk every morning in the very nice surroundings. Just a wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

Close to the beach

Pros: The house was in a great location just a short walk from the beach and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. There was plenty of beach equipment in the garage for guests to use and the kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials. We appreciated that our host was flexible with early check-in and allowed us to leave the car in the garage and use the outdoor shower after coming back from the beach on our last day before heading out. Cons: The listing originally said there was a hot tub on the property (has since been deleted) which we were looking forward to using since we were there during Tropical Storm Debby and had limited windows where we could go to the beach, so were disappointed to find out that was incorrect. The mattress in the bedroom on the main floor had a giant sag in the middle, so the person in that room ended up sleeping on the couch instead. This was very frustrating since we intentionally booked a place with enough beds for everyone to have their own space. On our last day we were asked to strip the sheets from the beds. We didn't mind doing this, but when we did so we saw the mattress pads and pillows were stained and one of the mattress pads in the upstairs bedroom had what looked to be a giant urine stain in the middle of it. Pretty gross to see that after sleeping on those beds the past several days.

Very Nice Place

This house is one half of a duplex. We never heard the people in the other unit. Location is quiet and 2.5 blocks from beach access. It is modern and comfortable inside. There were 3 bedrooms and each had its own full bathroom (downstairs bathroom was accessible to all). Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, propane grill, & bicycles were available for use. Coffee K-cups and household items like paper towels, soap, etc. were there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were not there for vacation, but rather a family emergency. Check-in was seemless. We took a little time out to enjoy a bike ride. The neighbors were home and wonderful. Neighborhood was quite and close to the beach. Thank you for being a wonderful host. Would highly recommend.

Sun, Sea and Saving the Turtles

The house named “The Feel good Flamingo” is decorated with bright colors, and beach decor. Absolutely lovely for a beach lover’s getaway. The house enters into the living room and kitchen area that are open concept, allowing those cooking to participate with the rest of the group. There are 3 rooms, each with an adjoining or nearby bathroom. The house is located on Carolina beach between Willmington & Kure. Willmington has historical beauty &Carolina &Kure have strips of restaurants, souvenir shops & grocery stores etc. We recommend ice cream at Squiggly’s (A cash only business- but 10/10 worth it.) Fun Time ice cream had great soft serve ice cream and the largest snow cones I’ve ever seen. The property manager Barbara, gave us some wonderful recommendations for activities for the kids.Every Wednesday during the summer months, they have a Princess story/craft time. Our girls LOVED this. The costumes of the princesses were even more believable than those at Disney. The actresses also clearly did their research and their personalities of the princesses shined through in their performances and interactions with the kids. We also watched fireworks on the beach, a Thursday night regular summer event. But our favorite experience was watching a sea turtle hatching followed by the nest excavation. Our kids are now obsessed with all things turtles after watching the baby sea turtles make their way to the sea- AND all of those activities were FREE! We had an amazing time!

Great week at Carolina Beach

Enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Loved the quick, easy walk to the beach. Spent funday exploring local areas too.

Retirement bliss

The residence is beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach, bicycle and walking path and within walking distance to restaurants. The backyard is perfect for a bbq and entertaining. Most household and beach items are provided by owner. A wonderful experience.

Awesome time!

We’ve stayed at this house for 4 yrs now. The owners continue to upgrade and update everything, as needed. We always cook-in for a few meals and find the kitchen fully stocked with everything we need. We love the house and its location. Will definitely continue to stay in the future ❤️

Amazing stay for my family!

This is my 2nd time staying at the property. Very comfortable, clean, close to the beach, easy parking, stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach and bike gear for your use. Best part is the communication with the property manager Barbara and Pennie who were always extremely responsive and quick to resolve. Shout out to the handyman Jeff. The washer stopped working, the owner said to replace it right away and Jeff had a new one magically installed within 24 hours while we were at the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Natives of Cleveland Ohio ,Kathy and I split our time between there and Carolina Beach . Having vacationed in North Carolina for many years we were looking for an area to spend retirement years and fell in love with Carolina Beach .With small town charm, easy access to the uncrowded beach, coupled with very friendly people and located only a half hour to all the amenities of Wilmington , CB was an easy choice. We were very fortunate to meet our local property manager Barbara during one of our trips . She can provide rental assistance from just a couple of blocks away while we are enjoying our grandchildren in Cleveland.

Going across the bridge to Pleasure Island takes you to a different very relaxing world .We enjoy waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and a bit of a view of the blue waters . The location just 2 blocks back from the main street is close enough for an easy walk to the beach yet far enough away from any traffic . The enclosed backyard is nice for privacy and just big enough to provide a little play area. The enclosed large garage is great for storage , with plenty of room for both a car and whatever else we might want to store inside. We enjoy the restaurants in both Carolina and Kure beach and we are located halfway between the CB Boardwalk and Kure Beach Pier . We enjoy bike riding and the location allows us to ride all the way to the Kure Beach Pier strictly on lightly traveled side streets . There is a great walking/bike path at the end of South Carolina Ave that goes all the way to Mike Chappell Park .
