This space is perfect for anything from a couples retreat, to a family vacation. Come enjoy the quaint community feel of our building and find out why so many people fall in love with Carolina Beach!

Our beach condo just went through a major renovation and we can’t wait for our guests to enjoy the updates we’ve made. Brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring throughout the entire condo, and new glass doors to take in those amazing water views, are just a few of the updates you will enjoy.

There is plenty of space inside the condo and lots to do outside. With the canal just steps from the building, beach access less than a 5 minute walk, and downtown Carolina beach just a mile down the road, you can’t go wrong with this location!

Great vacation place

Great location, we very much enjoyed the view from the terrace. The apartment was awesome, spacious, clean, well equipped. Recommend this place, in particular to families.

Wonderful location and property!

We throughly enjoyed our stay, place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed and then some! We enjoyed the pool and being such a short walk to the beach. Bonus was having beach chairs, wagons, towels, and toys available for use. The condo was very spacious for our family of 3 and it’s evident there was a lot of thought put into making this a great rental and experience. Everything was vey easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing condo, location, and amenities!

Had a great week long stay! Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Thorough and quick communication with the owners. Access to an outdoor storage closet with anything you need to enjoy the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys) which definitely cuts down on packing! Very kid friendly which was a huge perk with a 3 and 1 year old. We plan to return again next summer and would not hesitate to recommend this place!!

Our 1st but not our last trip to Carolina Beach

If I was going to buy a Carolina Beach property, decorate it, and supply it, this unit would be it. The VRBO photos do not lie. The bedrooms are huge. Two full bathrooms. The beds are so comfortable. The owners have thought of everything. Plus, they were great to communicate with, and were very prompt with responses. We had a great time...just not long enough!!!

Carolina Beach paradise

The pictures on VRBO ARE VERY ACCURATE for this property. We enjoyed our mornings on the back porch while taking in the amazing view. We saw Dolphins swimming, kids on paddle boards & Dogs enjoying their owners boats. Sunsets were beautiful. Had everything we needed to head to the beach to enjoy the ocean. Alex was very prompt in responding when we had questions about the internet. Would highly recommend. This was our great way to have a vacation & visit with Family & Friends❤️

Bird watchers parsidise

This condo is in a ideal location. 10 walk to beach 15 min. Drive to Wilmington .many restaurants an actives close by... Oak island an Southport are lovely seaside towns to visit..We had a few glitchs upon our arrival..but Alex & Jennifer were quick to respond an correct them. The space is nicely decorated and the porch was the best part for us, .wonderful views of intercoastal ..home to white ergets blue herons an sea hawks everyday 💙 coffee or wine couldn't taste better..! Thankyou for a most memorable trip hope to be back again soon! 😉

Beautiful view with exceptionally clean rental with everything we needed.

We loved the rental, everything was spotless. The walk to the beach was maybe 3 minutes. It was a great location. the rental had everything we needed in it. One thing that I was really happy about was the sound machines! I was really impressed that something like that was in our room. Communcation with the host was great. One thing we had a little issue with was the wifi, 2 of our phones were having difficulty staying connected. It was a minor issue. overall, everything was fantastic with the rental. We were very happy.

Family Vacay 8/2022

This property was wonderful and we would definitely stay again. The view off the back deck was amazing. The owners had everything you can imagine(beach chairs, towels, beach cart, umbrella, fishing poles, etc.) This made it very nice to have and not have to pack. Communication was spot on with no delays. We had a nice fun & relaxing family vacay!! Thank you.

Relaxing

My brother’s family stayed here when visiting from overseas. With 3 kid, the youngest 10mo this ended up being the perfect spot. Jen has amazing at details and had all the essential kid friendly toys. With water views, a pool and a short walk from the beach, we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Just as expected!

The unit was spotless when we arrived and has been beautifully remodeled. Jennifer is awesome to deal with IF you have any issues. The views of the inlet are stunning. Would highly recommend and we are already looking at dates for next year!!
