Esta propiedad del primer piso consta de un dormitorio Kingsize con baño privado, baño, sala de estar, cocina, habitación con dos camas individuales y sofá cama disponible en la sala de estar, si es necesario. Totalmente renovado y decorado a un alto nivel y cuenta con los galardonados colchones "Loaf" en las camas individuales y con el colchón "Emma" Kingsize del año 2018. Todas las comodidades para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible, todo lo que necesita traer es su cepillo de dientes. Smart TV, WIFI, Lavadora, Plancha, Cafetera, Secador de pelo, etc. Se encuentra en la vibrante área de Broughton / Canonmills, que se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del tranvía York Place Tram / St Andrews Square o de la belleza de los jardines botánicos, los senderos para bicicletas y el área de Stockbridge, todo a poca distancia a pie. Nicola came across as really helpful and immediately responsive. The location was great, but with considerable traffic and other tenant noise. Loved the free parking space and easy access to buses. The apartment was fine, probably better for a summer stay. The bedrooms were nice and cosy, but sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge, which we had to pay extra for, was really cold and drafty. You could see the curtains moving, so needs better window seals. The heating was restricted and never had chance to fully warm the place. We also had to purchase a scrubber to clean a pan put away dirty by a previous visitor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Very clean and spacious. Located near grocery store, public transportation, shops and restaurants/pubs. Host Nicola was prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again

The neighborhood was excellent. The parking area was perfect. O’Connor’s pub right below. The apartment was the best. It was the most perfect introduction to Scotland we could ever have.

Great location- easy to get to Royal Mile etc by bus or walk if you had energy left. Restaurants in surrounding area were great & handy grocery store across the street. Nicola is great to deal with. Thanks for the stay!

The flat was very well-equipped and also perfectly situated: Tesco, cafés, a Chippie, and a pub just around the corner. Just a few metres to the bus stop, where you can get to Princes Street etc. in just a few minutes. We loved our stay and would come again.

Lovely spacious, clean apartment, better than the photos suggest. Communication was helpful and friendly. Use of a parking permit was really useful, as was the Tesco over the road.I spent 5 wonderful days here with my family, we all thought it was great. I woujd definitely recommend

Comfortable apartment

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was perfect, Tesco just over the road and an easy walk to town. Nicola was extremely helpful with all my many questions, a parking permit was provided to park the car. The apartment was clean and inviting, we would definitely stay here again - thank you so much!

Heat property and Nicola was fantastic. Really made the experience wonderful. We would highly recommend this host and property. Bus pick up across the street, groceries within a block and a local pub right downstairs. Don’t worry though, it’s not loud. Thanks Nicola

Wir hatten eine hübsche, saubere FeWo mit einer super Ausstattung vorgefunden. Vielleicht könnte bei der Ausstattung in den Badezimmern ein-zwei Haken für Handtücher angebracht werden?!Busverbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe aber auch mit einem Walk waren wir schnell im Zentrum, um die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bestaunen und das Flair dieser schönen Stadt zu genießen. Ein wirklich lohnendes Reiseziel und eine super Vermittlung der Unterkunft. Vielen Danj!

Great apartment above a nice pub with good food!

For 4 adults, it worked well for us especially having 2 bathrooms. Descent location, Uber to train station under 10 minutes. Supermarket only a couple minute walk. No shortage of pubs or restaurants for a quick drink/ meal. I would stay here again.

Superb apartment

The apartment is light and airy with high ceilings. It is decorated in sunny colours and has everything you need.Location is superb for buses, walking into town with local shops, pubs and restaurants. Perfect home base

The apartment was very clean and met our needs for a home base to explore both Edinburgh and to venture out of the city on various day trips to get a better feel for Scotland. The area is very safe and has a lot of great options for breakfast and a grocery store. The pub downstairs can get quite busy, but the noise really wasn’t too bad. Nicola, our host, was so wonderful and helpful and super responsive. I just can’t recommend this apartment highly enough and would definitely stay again. We just loved it!

Great stay in Edinburgh

My sister and I traveled to Edinburgh with our young adult sons to celebrate their college graduations. This property was the perfect place to stay while we enjoyed exploring the city. It was very comfortable and large enough for four adults. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and pubs. The host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect all around

Perfectly equipped apartment for a comfortable stay. The rooms were of high quality and lovingly furnished. The location of the apartment was ideal with a 20-minute walk to the old town. TL;DR we loved it

we had a lovely time staying here. The flat was just like the photos and very clean and well stocked with the necessary day to day items. The location is in a quiet part of the city and we were a 20-30 minute walk from most tourist destinations. We recommend eating at The Orchard, it was our favourite restaurant and a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. Communication with Nicolah was excellent and it was a stress free stay. We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Fantastic property! Very comfortable!

- awesome little apartment in a great location. Hop on the bus and get right to the royal Mile in under 20 minutes. Right across the street from Tesco which is so great! - had everything we needed - left us milk and orange juice which was so nice - clean and comfortable - beds were great - host was very responsive We would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks so much for having us!

A perfect Edinburgh home

We had a wonderful week here. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and beautifully located. It’s away from the chaos of the city center, but you can easily get there with a 20 minute walk, or bus ride. The pub downstairs, O’Connor’s, is terrific. A supermarket is across the street, and there’s a good Thai restaurant down the block, a few good bakeries, and coffee houses, And my favorite, the Water of Leith walking route, is accessible across the street. We would absolutely stay here again!

I have lived in this beautiful city for 30 years. I am married with two young girls age 10 and 12 live locally to the flat.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I live in the area and it is fantastic place to be with lots to do and see and is walkable to everywhere so central so wanted to purchase somewhere locally so visitors could relax and enjoy it too. Also regular bus service from a few minutes from the flat into town or it is a 15 minute walk.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You have the tram close by, main bus routes and cycle paths all on your doorstep along with the supermarket, local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. New St James's shopping centre only opened 2021 10 minute walk, Playhouse Theatre, Botanical gardens all walking distance.
