Great place for a weekend away

This place was great. The pool was better than it looked in the picture. The house is great - clean, if sparse, and a great layout for 7 people on a girls weekend. Short drive to adorable Westhampton.

Immaculately clean home - will be back

We stayed at the property with some friends for a weekend. We were thrilled with the cleanliness of the home. The rooms are well appointed. The back deck and pool was really nice - not a single leaf on the deck or in the pool. Impressive! Location was 10 mins from downtown Westhampton. We will be back!

Excellent Stay!

We were very happy with Ron's house. It's a beautiful home with a large and very comfortable pool and deck area. There are plenty of deck lounges, umbrellas and seating for meals. Everything is very clean, looks modern, and in excellent condition. The outdoor shower was also lovely and a great way to keep beach sand out of the house. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a great deal of pantry space, and set up well for cooking for a family - which we did most nights of our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and everything was pristinely clean. Ron was very responsive and answered all of our questions right away. We had a great experience.

The perfect getaway!

Ron's house is STUNNING!! The home is exactly what you're looking for in a home Out East. It's spacious, clean, well-stocked and decorated beautifully! The updated kitchen has everything you need for cooking a full meal, there were enough towels for everyone and the mattresses in the bedrooms were SO comfortable. The layout of the home is also great. The kitchen and living room are right off the spacious outdoor decks while the bedrooms are located away from the open living spaces. We had a mix of early sleepers and early risers in the group, so the layout helped with that a lot! The location of the home, although it feels secluded and quiet, you're just minutes away from the beach, the main towns and can easily get to the North Fork of Long Island. I've been recommending this home to all my family and friends! Don’t hesitate booking!

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The house allowed for everyone to have their own quiet space.

This is a place we would love to return to. Enough space for all to have their alone time. Secluded and away from the roadway noise. Thank you Ron for allowing us to use your home for our relaxing getaway. It was just what we needed to help us unwind and get our minds together. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

Great Hamptons Get away!

The house was everything we expected. Roomy, well appointed, huge pool. Everything was well taken care of. Ron, the owner, was easily accessible if we had questions. Would stay her again without question.

Perfect vacation house!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in East Quague. Very quiet neighborhood and a quick 10 min ride to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the house was very clean and well-kept. Comfy beds, nice towels and bedding. Great pool and deck - a pleasure to just kick back and relax. The owner was easy to work with and responded immediately to any question/request we had. All-in-all, a wonderful experience and we would definitely rent this home again!!

Very clean and relaxing property

The house was VERY clean!!! Owner was extremely responsive to all emails and texts. The closest public beach ($25) is Tiana Beach on Dune Road. Would definitely come back!

Superb getaway home in the Hamptons!

My friends and I rented Ron's home in East Quogue and had a very relaxing stay. The house is very well maintained and fit our group of 8 very comfortably. As mentioned by other reviewers, linens and towels are well stocked and most utensils can be found in the kitchen. The upgraded appliances were also a nice touch. Its location puts it within a quick drive to the North Fork Wine Trail and other parts of the Hamptons. We'll certainly be back to check out the pool! Thank you, Ron, for being a top-notch and very welcoming host!

Paradise in East Quogue..

What a great house to stay in. My brother's family and my family stayed for a week. The house was clean, fully stocked with linens and towels, just waiting for us to make it ours for the week. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, (including cork screws), pots, pans, coffee maker( Mr.Coffee machine) as well as cleaning materials. Bring our own food, beverages and condiments and you are ready for a good time. The kitchen, dining area and over-sized living room made it very easy for us to hang together while inside.The two decks and pool allowed for family gatherings outside. Everything was very well maintained. The pictures reflect the true charm of the house. Additionally, the location is very convenient. It is nestled in between some of the more popular areas, ten minutes to Westhampton, ten minutes in the other direction to Hampton Bays. The public beaches at Westhampton are beautiful. The owner of the house is very easy to work with. If our schedule permits, we hope to be back next year. I have been recommending to friends and family. I would recommend to you too.

Terrific vacation house!

My family and I rented this spacious, immaculate house for two weeks in early July. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and in the written description. Did not disappoint in any way. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the tri level was interesting and allowed for privacy. Linens, towels and plenty of beach towels were provided. The pool is magnificent with a lovely deck, chaise lounges, table, umbrella and chairs all surrounded by woods. Very private, quiet and relaxing. Upper deck allows for wonderful outdoor dining. Overall, a great experience and would rent again.

well priced hampton rental

my family and friends shared this house for memorial day weekend. Unfortunately for us the weather was cold and rainy but the house was great and clean and spacious enough for us to all be there without going nuts. The barbeque worked great and we had terrific meals. Everything was easy to use although there were no instructions left for us. Nice private dirt road. I must admit althought we truly enjoyed this house and the owner was as nice as could be, the beds were abit uncomfortable for all of us. We did love the split level layout for sleeping. We too used the pool heater and exceeded our usage but he was kind enough to split the difference with us. We would definately rent this cozy house again!!

Nice house: Cold swimming pool

My family spent 10 nights in Sept. in this rental. One feature we wanted was a heated swimming pool. When we arrived the pool was in the sixties. When we questioned the owner about the cold pool, he said there had been weather conditions to make it lower. We had at least expected it would be warm when we arrived, since it was advertised as "heated swimming pool". The owner also deducted money from our deposit for using extra propane to try to heat the pool. I never even took the tags off my new swimsuit. Very disappointing. The house itself was quite nice and we enjoyed staying although we all stood around and just looked at the cold pool.

I advised the renter (who are from California) prior to them vacationing at my house, that it is very costly to heat the pool at the end of the summer season when the nights could drop into the 50"s & 60"s degrees, and gave them an allotment of propane for their ten days stay. It has been my experience in the past where it was my expense to heat the pool all day & night it ended up costing me close to one thousand dollars, it would get to the point that it was not worth while to rent my house for this added expense. So I decided that it is the responsibility of the renter to use the heater as they see fit. I will say that I have now changed the wording of my web site to read pool heater available not heated pool.

A comfortable place by the water...

This is a great house in a great setting. It is on Hog Creek, an inlet of the bay. It combines beautiful woods with waterfront fun (e.g., kayaks, etc.). The owners are thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with. They helped to make our experience a very pleasant vacation.

I finally realized it was time to but my money into something of my own. I found through a realtor, who I worked with for many years, a beautiful dense wooded area of land, that I built my dream home.

What is special for me after living in Manhattan for many years, I finally found a place that there is place of total quiet except hearing birds chirping, and feeling very safe. And I rarely can see or hear my neighbors.
