Off the 2 kings bedrooms located upstairs your guests will appreciate having their morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the peaceful views of the Bay, and at night watching the fishing boats come in after their long day out at sea. They each have spa like bathrooms to complete their relaxing stay, and plenty of storage to unpack and feel like staying awhile. Two other bedrooms located on the first floor are equally well decorated, again with their own themes. The front bedroom has 2 sets of bunks perfect for kids to share and tell stories long into the night, the 2nd bedroom on this floor is tucked lovely into the back of the house overlooking the canal. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently right outside their door. This bathroom also opens up from the deck side too for your guests so they don't have to travel through the house. Perfect for kids showering after a day at the beach. All bedrooms have black out blinds or shades so you wake refreshed and ready for a new day.
The huge deck is amazing for chilling and having a couple of cold drinks after your day of fun, either at the small private beach at the end of the street, the kids playground at the top of the street or after basking in the sun at any of the beautiful near by Southampton beaches. There are lots of amazing restaurants a short drive away too. East Quogue is only 5-7 mins drive away, Westhampton is 10-12 mins away, Hampton Bays 15 mins away, and Southampton is about 20 mins drive away. If you decide to stay home and cook, there is an 8 seater outdoor dining set for you to enjoy your meal and after just lounge on the massive sectional with the impressive sunsets, bay view and gentle breeze. Shopping and people watching are equally amazing in the Hamptons, and this property is bang in the middle of it all, but if you prefer something more refined you will be spoilt for choice with local wineries, museums, art galleries, all just a short distance away, there really is something for everyone.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement for your use. Deck chairs can be used for your trips to the beach (stored under the deck), extra linens and towels are in each bedroom closet, and a desk for those wanting to catch up on any work emails that may come up.
