Secluded 1 Bedroom Cottage nestled within a butterfly garden in the lovely Oaks Estates area of North Naples which can sleep 4. The cottage is within close proximity to shopping ( about 1.5 miles away), beaches ( about 5 miles away), restaurants and just about everything! Close to I-75. Recently updated - The private driveway leads you thru the butterfly garden directly to the Cottage - where you will enjoy the atmosphere of a light bright oasis. The Cottage has a fully stocked kitchen, dining and open living space with a laundry room. The outdoor fenced in patio area with a table, a table umbrella and Weber gas grill provides guests with the perfect opportunity for outdoor dining or a wonderful space to relax and enjoy nature. Use of the adjoining pool area is complimentary via the homeowner of the large home on the premises. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and 2 kayaks available with life vest for use by guest. In addition, there are 2 bikes and helmets available

It's your time to come to Naples and savor everything that Southwest Florida has to offer. There is an abundance of nature to enjoy, fine dinning, shopping, sports, including tennis, pickleball, kayaking, golf, hiking trails, and of course beaches to enjoy. Please read all reviews as the first guest did not want to be in the Naples area and when something became available in their desired area, unfortunately a Disparaging review was written. You will love this cottage

Wonderful Place!

The small apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was quiet and easy to get to many of our usual go to places. The outside grill was a blessing and used a lot.

Cute and clean cottage

We enjoyed our stay here at the cottage. Very cute and clean and has all you really need. It is also very nice the cottage is dog friendly. Convenient location with plenty of shops around and close to 75. The host was very nice and accommodating. We will be back again for sure.

Owners were very accommodating, checking to see if we needed anything during our stay.

We loved it and will definitely keep this on our radar for future visits to Naples. A couple of bicycles for renters use would make this even better. We brought our own bikes this time but would have really missed them as we loved biking all over, even to the beach. Otherwise, this was a very nice space and location. Close to so many restaurants, stores and other businesses and the beach.

Home Away From Home

I booked this private cottage in my neighborhood for my parents who are in their late seventies and have 2 little dogs. It was the perfect spot for them to relax during the holidays. It’s very close to shopping and dining and only a 10 min drive to the beach. The cottage felt very private and Deb does an amazing job of landscaping making it feel like a tropical oasis! Fully gated area for their dogs to hang out was a plus! We will be using this spot again when we have family in town. Thanks again Deb for accommodating us on such short notice!

Quiet relaxation

Our stay with Deb and Lew was fantastic! They were warm and inviting when they greeted us upon our late arrival. They personally escorted us to the cottage and made us feel very at home right away. The pictures of the property were very accurate showing privacy and quiet seclusion. The cottage was very comfortable. The hosts were attentive and responsive to our needs without being intrusive. The cottage was a perfect homebase for our Naples adventure. Would love to go back!

Great place to stay for a Naples vacation

My wife and I needed a place to stay in Naples for a few days as we wanted to explore the city as a possible retirement destination. We found Deb's listing and booked it about two months before our planned trip. As our plans changed we needed to modify our departure date. Deb was extremely accommodating and quickly credited me with a refund now that our stay would be two days shorter. The cottage is very private in the back of their expansive property. On arrival Deb and Lew greeted us and walked us through the cottage making sure we knew where everything was and how to use the televisions and streaming services. When Deb found out I was a coffee lover, she went home and brought me some of her private stock of Starbucks pods. They just couldn't be more accommodating The location of the property was great for us. As we really traveled to every corner of Naples, we were never more than 20 minutes away from anything. It is very close to Seed to Table which we visited many times during our stay. If you have never been there, you have to experience it. Very clean, nice people, and great location. I call that a win!

3-week stay

Deb and Lew are great hosts and very accommodating. The apartment is outfitted nicely. A very nice touch was toothpaste and toothbrushes provided. The space is an apartment attached to a shop building on the property with an adjoining studio apartment and nice neighbor, who you share the washer with, and not a stand alone dwelling. Be sure to go all the way around to the back entrance so you don’t end up in the wrong apartment like we did when we arrived. Because there was no comfortable outdoor furniture at our unit they agreed to let us move a couple chairs from the pool area to “our” yard so we could enjoy the sunshine. The location is very convenient to most everything in Naples. Naples is a bustling, beautiful city, but the neighborhood is very quiet and there is a nice small park a couple blocks away. We have a Golden Retriever and were happy to find such a great place to stay with him. The little fenced in area with astroturf just outside the door is very convenient, but when the owner’s German Shepherds are out in their yard (on the other side of the fence) they seemed quite aggressive and there was a lot of barking. There was never any physical interaction between the dogs but we were thankful for the fence. A smaller dog might have been intimidated. However, all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Deceptive advertising on website

The photos posyed for this property showed a nice guesthouse with an open field off of the patio for dog walking. When I arrived the host was not there as she had to be in Ocala for the weekend and was not going to return until Sunday. The unit was on the backside of a maintenance barn with an adjoining apartment with a tenant who had an old dachsund who was in a crate while she was gone and was wimpering and howling. The field had training mannikins and ramps for training police dogs. There was pvc piping and bags of topsoil spread around and was not clean very cluttered. I was forced to find another place and asked for a refund which the host agreed to “no worries” but initially only offered three days refund at the rental rate notincluding the ancillary fees like cleaning, service charge etc. she finally agreed to refund an acceptable amt which should post to my acct soon. I am watching to make sure that happens so that I do not hasve to take legal action. I could not find a place in Naples so came back to Anna Marie to rent a place for the remainder of my stay. I would suggest that you review this property and monitor it closely as the ad on your website is very decpetive.

The photos posted show a nice open field as you walk out of the cottage There was no clutter and when you found a place in your desired located you wanted out at all cost, I refunded you total stay without question! Fortunately you are just one review and other will provide a true review

Highly recommend

Gorgeously decorated cottage with the world's most comfortable mattress (seriously, I don't slepp that well at home). Deb, our host, was very attentive and even gave us a list of wonderful seafood restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
