Casa Rouxinol is a traditional-style, single-storey villa is located in the highly regarded residential area of Carvoeiro Club in Carvoeiro, Algarve, offering a comfortable and well-appointed base for a relaxing holiday in Portugal.
The villa features three bedrooms, including two twin bedrooms that share a spacious family bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bath. The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a television.
The kitchen is fully equipped and generously sized, ideal for preparing meals at home. Both filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine are provided for coffee lovers.
Patio doors from the hallway open onto a charming inner courtyard furnished with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, creating a private space for outdoor dining. The spacious lounge and dining area is filled with natural light, thanks to three patio doors that lead directly out to the garden and pool area. The surrounding gardens are mature and well maintained, with a grassed area that is perfect for children to play. The pool area is a highlight, with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for long summer days. There is plenty of shade or sun depending on your preference and the area is very private, not overlooked by neighbours.
Stairs lead up to a roof terrace where distant sea views can be enjoyed, providing a peaceful spot to relax. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee, making the villa suitable for year-round stays. The property is fully air conditioned and includes a private driveway with parking for several vehicles.
Within walking distance, guests will find a traditional local restaurant as well as a tennis club with padel courts and a gym. There are several supermarkets within 5-10 drive of the villa as well as smaller mini marts within 1km. The centre of Carvoeiro is just a ten-minute drive away, making this villa an excellent base from which to explore the wider Algarve region.
