La casa fue construida originalmente en 1904! Está recién remodelado y está situado en una calle tranquila, pero está a sólo cuadras de grandes tiendas de pizza y hamburguesas.

El centro de GH está a solo 6 minutos a pie de la puerta principal. Los restaurantes locales, lecherías de hielo, y un alquiler de bicicletas tiendas son todos parte del escenario inmediatamente accesible.

Caminar por el paseo marítimo a lo largo del canal para llegar a la famosa playa de Grand Haven State Park. ¡15 minutos!

Their house is quite old, but the location is so worth it and the people are so nice. Definitely would stay there again.

Downtown Grand Haven

The house was more spacious and beautiful than expected!! Stayed here for a family wedding and it was perfect for a group of us. Walking distance to downtown and a minute drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Great stay

Great for 6 to 7 people. Beds slept great, the whole bottom floor with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, game room, and 2 full baths, suited our family well. Would stay again if ever in Michigan again.

Family get away

Great location, easy to walk downtown and lake front. Beaches are a easy drive. The house was clean, well stocked and I loved the open concept so we all could be together.

Family trip

This was a great place for my brother, his family and I to stay in Grand Haven. Lots of places to sleep, close to Morning Star for breakfast, short walk to downtown. Quiet, had everything we needed. The onsite managers were very helpful! Plan to come back.

Wonderful stay

This house was so perfect. The charm of the older home, with its high ceilings and big windows was so cool. I loved it and so did my (adult) kids. Lots of room, the kitchen was very well equipped with sharp knives and a wooden cutting board! What a surprise that was. It was Perfect for us.

Just what we needed!

This was a last minute vacation and I was happily surprised to find this place available. The main living room and kitchen was super cozy and spacious, perfect backdrop for a late night spaghetti dinner and Olympic watching before hitting the dancing fountains. Bedrooms were just slightly different from. The pictures but that did t stop us from getting a great night sleep. Two full bathrooms was also a great bonus! No waiting for dad to get out of the bathroom to brush our teeth!!

Lovely old home (1890) with high ceilings and tall windows. In need of some love but clean and comfortable. The living room/dining room/open kitchen area is very large with adequate pots, pans, appliances,, etc. Small stackable washer and dryer. Bedroom with queen beds quite small, but air conditioning was good. One had enough extra space for two pack-and-plays. Most windows do not open. The third bedroom in the back does not have air conditioning and it’s actually a built-in double bunkbed instead of a double and a twin as advertised. Plenty of room in an adjacent open area for at least two blowup beds. Two fans were provided for the back room and there was one window that could open.Nice porch on the back of the house with available grill. Lots of parking. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for the price and we will stay there again!

Big property. Lots of seating in family room and table. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning kept the place comfortable as the temperatures were in mid 80’s with high humidity. One bathroom had a good sized shower with a good sized vanity. The other bathroom had a bathtub with a shower curtain covering the window and drywall on the other 2 sides. It had a shower wand in the bath tub. You would have to lather up and then pick up the wand to rinse off. Needless to say, we all showered in the bathroom with the real shower. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Coffee maker and Keurig maker. I like to cook so I could have used a few more kitchen things but we got by with what was included. Washer snd dryer was nice addition. Overall, I feel the place was comparably priced for what was included. The location was perfect and just a sort walk to downtown and a little longer walk to beach and pier.

The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with and allowed an early check in! The kitchen, dining area and kitchen were very nice one bathroom needs a lot of work, window that is at bathtub level was broken, couldn’t close it had a screen only, a security concern. Needs new wall/ window A/C’s existing ones are musty and noisy. Bedrooms are small, 3rd bedroom is very odd and top bunk was not user friendly. 2 smoke dectors were missing, safety issue. Looked at the filter in the mini split, filled with an inch of dust. Outside was not welcoming. Sitting area needs an umbrella and your view is trash. TV was good, dining room table beautiful, quiet neighborhood ample supply of TP, towels etc. with a little TLC could be much better.

Great place to stay, home with a lot of character

Really thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here recently. Close to all areas in Grand Haven with easy access. Home was wonderfully maintained, quite clean, and well furnished during the trip. The owners clearly spent some time setting up the home to be easy and welcoming for guests. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Summer 2021 Michigan Trip

This was a very relaxing trip. The home that we stayed in totally met my expectations and provided a quite, comfortable location that was close to activities and the Lake. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

July 4th

Property had excellent location to down town about 8-10min walk and good parking. The property is a older home that is split the main level is the unit and upstairs is split in two units one with owner in. The home needs some work and furniture needs upgrade. There are two showers but one had such little water pressure it was unusable. Also the house has window units for AC but not in back bedroom!!! that room has double bunk beds and got HOT! we were there in July and it was 90 almost every day. So very basic unit but clean and cheap. I would not stay here again but I like a little more when I vacation. Also there is no dishwasher.

We liked the location as it was close to most everything we needed. We had a few issues but the owners responded very timely and the on site manager was attentive as well. Would stay again.

Downtown Grand Haven, our rental is just a few blocks from Grand Haven's Main Street. Enjoy walking the boardwalk to the Lighthouse and watch the sun set over Lake Michigan. Included along the boardwalk: Chinook Pier, Marinas, ice cream shops, Waterfront Stadium, Restaurants, and Downtown shopping. Charter boat fishing is also nearby, Whitney Charters offers morning or evening charters.
