Excelente relación calidad-precio en el centro Grand Haven. Este anuncio es para toda la cabaña. Encantadora casa recién remodelada está a poca distancia de todas las cosas hermosas que Grand Haven tiene para ofrecer, restaurantes, puerto deportivo, acontecimientos estadio frente al mar, biblioteca, paseo marítimo a faro y playa y tiendas en abundancia.
Atractivo tres dormitorios, uno y un medio baño de casa, recién remodelado, deliciosamente decorado con mobiliario muy agradable y nuevo cómodo. Tiene aire acondicionado central, cocina totalmente equipada, (no, no lavavajillas) lavadora y secadora, carta de alta velocidad de Internet, Netflix, Charter TV por cable, DVD / VCR, patio privado cerrado con mesas de picnic, paraguas, tumbonas y gran parrilla de gas de acero inoxidable. Escapada perfecta para unas vacaciones.

Muy cerca se encuentran Michigan Adventure Park, campos de golf, restaurantes y 2 centros comerciales. Verdaderamente una escapada de vacaciones asequible y agradable para relajarse, descansar y divertirse!
Nuestra casa está registrada en la Ciudad de Grand Haven y tenemos nuestros permisos e inspecciones actualizados y disponibles para su revisión.
Sólo una nota, te darás cuenta sólo tenemos unas pocas críticas, no te preocupes.
Esta cabaña se enumeraba anteriormente con otra gran cabaña que solíamos tener y desde entonces han vendido y las críticas se combinaron con eso. Tenemos diez años más de grandes críticas en nuestros libros de huéspedes, y están dispuestos a dar a conocer las referencias, sólo tiene que pedir.

A Great Place to Stay Near Downtown Grand Haven

The updated house was clean and well stocked with a terrific super responsive host if you have any questions or concerns. We loved walking to town to experience the waterfront, the pier, and especially the musical fountain on the hill across the water. Great weather, great time, great place to stay. Looking to return to this gem of a place!!!!

This was a perfect location to all the fun in Grand Haven. Everything we needed was provided including some much-appreciated sun umbrellas for the beach!! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Loved the big table in the living area so we could all play cards at night. Having 3 separate bedrooms was really nice. The backyard was such a great feature too with plenty of places to hang out.

The property is exactly as pictured & described. Check-in was very easy and the home and yard were very clean & well maintained. The owner(s) are helpful and have thought of everything you might need for a getaway in Grand Haven. It’s a short & convenient walk to both the river and downtown, so the location is great.

It was a great cottage with everything imaginable available to use if needed. The outdoor spaces were comfortable and complete for relaxation and meals.

This house had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, and great place for our adult kids to stay, having their own comfortable bedroom with attached bath, downstairs. Highly recommend!

Great cottage in downtown Grand Haven!

We loved our stay here! Charming little house just a short walk from the main street in downtown Grand Haven and to the channel. Very clean, smelled great when we walked in. Beds were comfy and clean, bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Beautiful backyard with shade was perfect after a long day in the sun at the beach. Would recommend this cottage!

Pictures do not even do it justice. Cute, cozy and truthfully the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was very easy.

Grand Haven charm

Wonderful rental with all amenities. Great location to it all..Beach , shopping, restaurants, marinas, and the musical fountain. House is wonderfully updated with a gorgeous firepit table and gazebo.

Lovely cottage in a great location!

Jerald’s cottage was just lovely for our small group in town for a wedding. He was such an accommodating host. The property was clean and in an amazing location walking distance to downtown, which had much to offer! The backyard was asortable and its amenities such as lounge chairs and a fire helped us relax in the evening.

Summertime Fun for All

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was great for a wide variety of activities. We especially liked North Beach Park for swimming. We would definitely return.

Cozy Cottage lives up to its name

Easy check in. Cottage was very clean and charming, plenty of room for our family. Love how close it is to so many attractions! The house is full of amenities, almost everything you could think of. The backyard is amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and host!

The stay from start to finish was flawless - cute and ornate cottage filled with character around every corner. It's a prime location near the waterfront with a phenomenal backyard. The host is supper communicative and there to help with anything that may pop up during booking through checkout. 10/10 recommend!

A Grand Haven

Nice classic old-style home with updated features. Great location for a short walk to harbor or stroll downtown. Was perfect for our family with two teenage sons. I would definitely stay here in the future whenever we are back visiting Grand Haven. Just a quick update- photos show a coffee pot however they have added a Keurig Machine- just in case you want to bring along your favorite K-Cups.

Grand Haven

The house was smaller than could be appreciated in the pictures and the floor plan was a bit odd. Basement bedrooms are cold but there is an electric fireplace. All in all well worth it given the location near the waterfront. The backyard was quite interesting but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it to its fullest.

Wonderful Time

Cottage Charm is a delightful place to stay. Each of the rooms was well decorated with updated finishings. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. WiFi was great and easy to connect to. Backyard and grill were used a lot. Just blocks from everything. Neighbors were very friendly too. Definitely would stay again. Only suggestion might be a dehumidifier for basement. Not a significant issue by any means but would improve lower rooms for allergy suffers.

GH Cottage

What a wonderful little cottage in the middle of Grand Haven. It might appear tiny, but it held 6 of us. The only downside is that there is only one tub/shower. But, if you plan, you will not have any problems. They have a small half bath off of one of the bedrooms downstairs. As an architect, I love that they didn't destroy the interior of the house at the Living Room, Dining Room, Entry and Bedroom. I loved the plaster ceiling detail and how the walls curve into the ceiling. Thanks for letting the beautiful history of the building shine through. I also loved the tiny little "hobbit" diamond window. The backyard was very lovely. The cottage is located only 2 blocks from Washington Street which is one of the main streets in town. I grew up in GH, so I loved the fact I could get anywhere by walking. I didn't meet the owner, but he responded quickly and answered the few questions I had. Coming back to town next year and will see if I can get this house for Coast Guard Week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The location was amazing and just a short walk to downtown with great local shops and restaurants. The cabin was clean and a great fit for our group. Jerad was a great communicator and host. I would stay again!

Having been part of Grand Haven's Wonderful Summers for years and years, (just can't seem to get enough of it.) and Long before we purchased our cottage ,we would walk from the Marina to downtown shopping and restaurants and pass by "Cottage Charm" on the way secretly wishing to stay in such a Charming Cottage (hence the name) We haven't been able to retire quite yet in this beautiful town of Grand Haven but until then , you can rent Cottage Charm and see for yourself how special it is.

When this property became available it was a dream come true. It is literally close to most everything for the Summer Vacationer, and just far away enough to escape the Noise of the Traffic and the Sand in your britches. You can hear musical fountain from the property most nights and even people watch on the front porch as they stroll past coming to and fro the downtown events.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are only two blocks away from most things. The trollies at chinook pier run several times a day and can take you to the State Park or to the Beach. Or how about less than a three minute walk to Central Park where they have Live music on Tuesday nights or an occasional wedding on the weekend ,or four minutes to the Library , or Lucy's Deli . Or walk across the street and get your hair done. We are close folks, and we supply most things ,paper products,linens, towels, ( but not beach towels) even baggies.
