Solo quiero informar a todos los inquilinos presentes y futuros que la propiedad al lado de mi casa acaba de ser comprada y que actualmente se está construyendo.
Esta construcción debería finalizar en febrero de 2020.

217 WEST BOARDWALK, ATLANTIC BEACH, N.C. * EL ALQUILER ES DE DOMINGO A DOMINGO * (Con algunas excepciones en temporada baja) Nuestra recién renovada cabaña frente al mar, "Mermaids", le ofrece una experiencia costera única en un alquiler de vacaciones. Esta casa frente al mar se encuentra justo en la costa con impresionantes vistas de la playa, las dunas y el océano Atlántico desde el porche delantero y la cubierta superior. A pocos minutos de las compras y las experiencias gastronómicas, "Mermaids" se encuentra a una cuadra del Atlantic Beach Circle, donde jóvenes y adultos pueden encontrar actividades que ofrece el gobierno de la ciudad. Debido a la geografía este-oeste de la isla, la capacidad única de observar el amanecer y el atardecer desde la comodidad de ambas cubiertas está disponible.

"Mermaids" es una casa de tres pisos con suficiente espacio para extenderse. La vista al mar en el nivel inferior y superior es espectacular. Hay una bañera de hidromasaje y una parrilla nueva en el nivel inferior. En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de juegos con televisión y futbolín. Además, el almacenamiento de sus tablas de surf, skim y surf, así como la sala de lavadora y secadora están en este nivel. El nivel principal de la casa tiene la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar y tres dormitorios, uno con una cama King y los otros dos con una cama queen cada uno. El nivel superior tiene dos habitaciones: la primera habitación tiene un rey con sofá cama doble y un nuevo bar con estación de café. La habitación de los niños tiene tres camas gemelas y una reina. La sala de estar, el dormitorio del segundo piso con cama king y las habitaciones del nivel superior tienen vistas espectaculares del océano. Hay 5 televisores con cable en tres de las habitaciones y sala de estar y sala de juegos de nivel inferior.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a blend of classic beach vibes mixed with modern amenities. The hot tub and pool were well kept and the floor layout was perfect for gathering to enjoy meals and watch ball games in the evenings. The spacious deck was also very accommodating for those who wanted to sit in the sun as well as those who preferred the shade. We would visit again and again!

Lovely beach front property! We stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time. The home is the perfect beach cottage with tons of space to spread out and enjoy vacation. Our family enjoyed to hot tub, pool and fun game room. Winter sunsets are amazing-we spotted dolphins sitting on the back deck and enjoyed the walkability to the circle. Thank you to the fantastic host Stefan for being super responsive. We will be back to enjoy this sea side gem for again in the future!

The house had just been cleaned very well when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by every one of all ages. The views were spectacular and beach access couldn’t have been better! We did have an issue with the basement area, but the host immediately responded and had a maintenance person come in. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. Definitely enjoyed the outdoor grill!

This is an older, partially updated home in a great location. Extremely easy access to the beach. Great backyard patio/pool area with plenty of seating. Two decks with awesome ocean views. Beautiful home that is only steps away from the water, whether you are a pool or ocean person. The space in the house is utilized well to accommodate both small and large parties. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again

My wife Diana and I renovated this ocean front home with a pool and hot tub. We both work in education and run a small business. Along with our sons Stefan and Ryan we vacationed at this home prior to our purchase. During our stay we fell in love with the home and agreed that there is no place we would rather be.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home with a pool and hot tub in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. The home's exquisite and nostalgic cottage décor along with the convenience and beauty of being on the beach is an incredible vacation experience. From the porch you see dolphins as well as the sunrise and sunset . You can walk only a few minutes from the home to fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now only steps away from the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the porch and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we bought this property.
