Ven a disfrutar de nuestra magníficamente restaurado, 2 dormitorios / 2 baño Marco Island Piso situado en el complejo de South Seas Club. Estamos ubicados en la playa. El South Seas Club ofrece muchos servicios como estar directamente en la playa, tenis, bola de la salmuera, muelles del barco, piscina y sala de ejercicios. Estamos convenientemente ubicados en la isla y un corto paseo de las atracciones más.

Nuestra unidad de "ala" está en el quinto piso y es más grande que una unidad estándar. Experimentar todas las hermosas vistas del Golfo de México, la playa y la bahía de las muchas ventanas de piso a techo y puertas corredizas de vidrio que tenemos en 3 lados de esta unidad. Hay un 40 pies de largo envoltura alrededor de balcón y terraza privacidad de la cocina. La cocina y barra de desayuno son nuevos y totalmente equipados. Esta unidad hermosa Florida tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa en el paraíso!

Beautiful Marco

The property was as advertised/clean with plenty of amenities. The wrap around porch was great for sitting and enjoying the early mornings. Would definitely stay again.

Great Sunsets!

Very clean with great views of the Gulf as the unit was at the end of the long row of condo's on MI. Also close to PB courts if that is of interest.

Beautiful Condo, Fabulous Views

This is a beautiful condo. It is a corner unit with gorgeous views of the gulf and the sunset. The kitchen is really well stocked and the unit is very clean. I love this condo and the South Seas complex.

Condo was clean and had wonderful views, especially sunsets. Wrap around balcony is spacious and nice to sit on for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

Great condo, very well stocked. Quiet and very clean. 3/4 of a mile walk on sandy beach to get to the ocean edge. We would go again!

Stunning views of both Sunrise and Sunset

We shared the condo with friends for three weeks and found it most accommodating. It was the most appointed kitchen we have ever rented. We spent much time on the balcony enjoying the view but it was an easy walk to the beach at Tigertail. It was very peaceful and quiet at night. Our host, Linda made herself available when we needed her, which was very little. I highly recommend this place.

Relaxing getaway with plenty of room

Overall we had a very nice stay. Some of the furniture could use an uplift and the shower curtains could use a changing but all in all, it provided our family of six lots of room and space to relax and chill on our vacay. The balcony was beautiful. And watching the sunset was spectacular! The kitchen was useable. Might need to change some of the pots and pans out but we ate out most of the time and didnt need them much. Location was great. Decent walk to the beach and the pool was easy to get to.

Phenomenal location and family space

We enjoyed the stunning views of the sunset and tigertail beach from the wrap around patio. The beach was right outside and perfect for long walks and hanging out with an umbrella and chairs. The community is gated and secured. We also used the pool, which is right outside the building. The location was also very close to great shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and has a beautiful open space with windows covering two sides of the living area. Nice kitchen and amenities. Perfect for families or friends for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Linda was great to work with for the booking process and arrangements. Thank you!

Wonderful stay at Southseas Tower 4

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Linda’s lovely, well furnished condo. You could cook up “a storm” in her well equipped kitchen. Our view from the end unit of her wrap-around balcony was perfect for morning breakfasts and evening dinners; the sunsets were captivating. We enjoyed Tiger Beach, the walk over the sand dune and the Gulf on the other side with its white beaches and warm water. Linda thoughtfully provided ground coffee/filters, spices, etc, great supplies to get us started for the day. She also provided beach chairs, towels, a cooler, etc. Her communication with us was timely and well received. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay, or a better host. We would love to return to this lovely “home away from home”. Kathy and Tom H

Amazing sunsets!

This beautiful condo, overlooking the beach, Tigertail coastal lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico is the perfect getaway. The balcony is large and the perfect place for coffee or cocktails watching the sunset! We loved the well stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance you could want--really fun to cook there. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Linda!

San Marco Island Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath. Beautiful sunset views from the decks! It was quite a walk from the property down to the shore over the expansive beach, but worth it. The shells were abundant. A few places were closed or not open to the public (like the Marriott beachside bar we walked a mile to get a pina colada), but this was due to the pandemic and nothing the property owner did wrong. There also was some construction going on at the condo, but only woke us on the last morning. Marco Island is beautiful and this was a pleasant and comfortable stay! Thank you to Linda!

Great place to stay with kids for tropical getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda’s 5th floor condo. We have 3 kids (ages 7, 5, 3) and it was a fantastic area for them and us. We walked to the beach and also enjoyed the very warm pool every day. The separate bedrooms helped us tired parents get our rest; and also provided a sanctuary for kids’ naptime (necessary when on a beach vacation). We explored the amentities South Seas Club offers, including doing Zumba one evening as a family! We also found it easy to explore Marco Island from the location of South Seas. In addition, having the dishwasher and laundry facilities were needed (especially with young kids)! I would recommend staying here as a family.

Beautiful sunsets

Every thing we needed in a condo, lots of windows and great views! We loved having the windows open, the screen door was a great bonus! The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the pool was clean and warm. We would stay here again :)

The condo was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The many windows enabled us to enjoy the views from many areas within the condo. Linda was quick to respond to our questions and resolve an issue that arose during our stay.

Beautiful Sunsets and Easy Gulf Access

We enjoyed our stay very much in a well equipped condo which enabled us to enjoy the beautiful sun sets each day. Great location for those who enjoy easy access to the Gulf Beach as we do and for shelling on Tiger Tale beach.

WE enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 2 bathrrom condo on the 4th floor. Great access to the beach. Great view of the water from living room, dining room, kitchen. Loved the open concept main living space. access to water view from the master bedroom. Loved the balcony where we had lunch and our own happy hour. The kitchen worked great for some meal preparation and to reheat leftovers from our restaurant meals. Thanks to LInda for her quick response to our questions.

MAKE YOUR MARCO MEMORIES HERE

This spacious end unit provides a fabulous view of the sunset over the Gulf. It has everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay (full, well equipped kitchen, beach and pool accessories, washer/dryer on same floor). There are several good restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All around good place to put your feet up and chill.
