Simply Perfect

This little place was perfect! The accommodations had everything we needed. The communication was speedy and so helpful. The welcome goodies and waters were an added bonus. The bed was the most comfortable of any I’ve ever stayed in away from home. This place is a must stay for any small party visiting San Clemente!

Beautifully decorated, clean and updated . The host has thought about every detail !

Would highly recommend ! Great location to both beach and Main street for restaurants and cute shoppes and cafes. There is a master king bedroom and a full sized bed second bedroom - great bathrooms and even a Convenient washer and dryer ( if needed). They even have every item you need to have a great beach experience !

The unit is in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Ocean view with balcony seating area. The furnishings are comfortable and the design is modern and very cool. We had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Beach Wedding

A very well appointed property, very clean and easy to use all amenities. Nice views and balconies. Only difficulty was the one way street and street parking, only space for one car in driveway.

Wonderful San Clemente Getaway

We loved staying at this property! The property was very clean and well decorated....we loved the calming beach vibe. The location was amazing and was walking distance to the beach and a beautiful walking/jogging trail. Kim was an excellent host and responded via text with any questions that came up. I highly recommend this amazing San Clemente rental.

Our favorite vrbo stay! We just left and we already miss it!!

Everything about this vrbo is fantastic! It is on the ground level of a home and there is a unit above it but everything is very well insulated so didn’t hear anything. Wonderful view off the balcony of a nature park and a bit of the ocean. You can hear the ocean too! Location was very convenient to walk to beach or downtown. The unit is furnished and decorated very nicely. It was a great place to spend some time as a family- our 16yo and 20yo sons loves it too. Hope to be back soon! Thanks Kim for the great stay.

Girls Getaway

Perfect location and cutest beach house!

Loved everything about it, location was great, 5 minute walk to beach and seaside trail! 10 minute walk to pier. Kim's place is awesome, so cute, clean and so thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of room for a family of 4, my teenagers loved it! Must stay longer next time!

Excellent stay!

This a terrific place to stay for a getaway in San Clemente. The unit gets wonderful light and you can see and hear the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony in the morning is a real pleasure! The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a quick walk to the beach. The unit is tastefully appointed, very comfortable, and very clean. I would say it surpasses the pictures shared on vrbo. The owner is very responsive and helpful and makes sure you have everything you need. The unit has two large bedrooms and was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again--and are looking forward to it!

Beautiful summer breezes

We so enjoyed our time at this location and property. It was beautiful weather the whole time and the unit is ideally located within walking distance to the beach. The unit itself is beautifully maintained and provided everything we could need to enjoy our stay. The entire interior has been updated and is both lovely and functional. We are definitely hoping to come back again.

Second time around

This was our second stay at this sweet place in San Clemente and we hope to come again and again. Kim is easy to reach, very accommodating, and thoughtful. She has a closet filled with beach paraphernalia including a wagon, toys, and towels. She set out yummy snacks and stocked the fridge with some bottled waters. The house is really nice. It has two bedrooms and two baths. All of which are nice size, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The beds were super comfy. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a gas BBQ too. The kitchen is well thought out. Everything is easy to use and it too is well stocked. Just bring food! FYI, although I may have missed it, I didn't find any spices (salt, pepper, etc) or olive oil and such. I was fine because I brought what I needed for my recipes from home, but you may want to double check with Kim or just bring your own. We enjoyed this place so much, we mostly stayed in for the weekend. It was nice to just enjoy each other's company and not fret about where to go to fill up the time. That's not to say they're isn't much to do in San Clemente. It's a wonderful seaside town with a nice main street/downtown area with shops, restaurants, etc. and the beach is so nice! Very very family friendly town. The days we spent on the beach, we saw a multitude of families with kiddos of all ages. And everyone is so friendly! This place is perfect. Try it for yourself. You'll be glad you did and I'm certain you'll agree with our five star rating,

Beautiful and updated beach condo

This first floor unit in an updated, beautiful house is close to the beach and everything else you would need for an awesome beach weekend. The beach is a short walking distance away and chairs, towels, and a cart were provided by the host. There are two spacious bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. The kitchen and living room has an ocean view and opens to a small outdoor patio thats perfect for reading and relaxing. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family!!

Great place to stay! Close to the beach and restaurants in San Clemente.We didn’t want to leave!

The condo comes well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and cooking. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We will be staying here again next time we come to SoCal!

Destination wedding

We absolutely loved this rental! It was perfect for two couples. We were only 2 blocks from the ocean and beach. We also loved walking the trail along the ocean. The owner was very accommodating. We loved the look of the place instantly. It was very refreshing to open the two doors to the balcony and enjoy our cups of coffee. Thanks for such a great experience!

Great place to stay in San Clemente

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in San Clemente. The rental was very clean and nicely remodeled/decorated. The place is a short 5-10 minute walk to the main areas in town. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood with some beautiful views. We especially appreciated the goodie basket for our arrival. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Adorable house with amazing views and a perfect location.

We had a such an amazing weekend. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and was close to the beach and downtown San Clemente.
