This little architectural jewel is a "Silent Building" were you will enjoy calm and tranquility. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party (for them we have other options)
Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona.

Two bedrooms two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. In common areas additional sofa bed can be arranged. Large living room area and terrace.

Note that this is a "silent" building and it is not allowed to make any noise after dark (specifically in the terrace).

CHECK IN HOURS: 3pm to 8pm
CHECK OUT TIME: 11am

This condo was absolutely AMAZING!!! From the stunning exterior architecture to the stylish interior décor, everything was beautiful and truly breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was spotless. The outdoor patio was private, relaxing, and offered great views of Barcelona. Our host, Carles, was quick to respond, extremely kind, and very helpful. If you’re considering booking a stay here, DO IT—you won’t regret it!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was amazing—super responsive and incredibly accommodating throughout our entire 30-day visit. They truly couldn’t have been more helpful.We absolutely loved the apartment, the building, and especially Emilio, the doorman—he was a delight!The views were spectacular. We were out during the final placement of the cross (the monumental top) on the Sagrada Família’s central Tower, but we saw the dramatic before-and-after upon our return—and caught glimpses of the ongoing work from the unit earlier in our stay. What an incredible milestone to witness unfolding in real time!The location is perfect: we could walk everywhere—to shopping, great restaurants, the beach, major attractions, you name it.We’ll definitely be back!Thank you so much for taking care of all our needs.

Great stay

We cannot thank Carles enough for his generous hospitality. The place is beautiful. We unfortunately got ill during out visit and he was there to provide supplies and daily assistance. He contacted me daily to check on our recovery. I highly recommend this place and its amazing owner.

Excellent place with a great location and very quite. 4th floor local so good view of the city. Elevator if needed but only goes to 3rd floor Didn’t use it but in case you have to just know it only goes to 3rd floor. Check in was great and Carlos was fantastic!

Perfect get away from the busy hotel streets!

This was an amazing VRBO location. It's an easy walk to all of the primary things to see and do, but the location is down a quiet street. Easy access to a great grocery store across the street (total neighborhood store, not busy traffic). There are a couple of great coffee shops and restaurants within blocks. A Farmacia , ATM/Bank, and other retail shops. We enjoyed the open space of both the apartment and the deck. Great laundry facilities in the unit as well as a well appointed kitchen. The host is amazing and attentive to anything that came up. Check-in and out was easy. We'll recommend this to our friends and say again the next time we visit BCN

Beautiful Barca Apartment

Can't say enough about this wonderful apartment! The location was easily walkable to many things, including the metro. The building itself is GORGEOUS. As others have stated, be aware that the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, so you will have to walk (and carry luggage) up one more floor. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind if you have any mobility issues. The accommodations were very nice and the outdoor patio was perfect! Loved the eclectic decor as well. :)

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

We stayed for 6 days to visit our son who was studying in Barcelona. The apartment and building are an architectural wonder and the views from the patio are lovely. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen small but nicely stocked. We even had coffee and wine waiting when we arrived. Communication with Carles was easy and helpful. All we could have hoped for and more. Highly recommend!

Short stay in Barcelona

The property is an architectural dream. From the ornate facade to the wooden elevator. Upon entering the unit all the modern amenities are available to you. It is beautiful blending of old world Europe with the modern world comforts. The patio was also a nice treat giving you glimpses of the Sagrada Familia Towers. Everything was very close and easy to walk to.
