Caminar o andar en bicicleta al punto de Rincón está disponible. . Disfruta del plano de planta abierto con hermosas vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, la cocina gourmet, el dormitorio principal y la terraza. La terraza al aire libre con vista al área de surf del punto Rincón y las hermosas puestas de sol es un gran lugar para entretenerse o simplemente relajarse. Arriba, la casa cuenta con un dormitorio principal con vista al mar con su propio baño y balcón. Dos habitaciones con TV de pantalla plana y baño de visitas. Bajando las escaleras dormitorio principal con cama queen, sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana y baño. Internet inalámbrico y cable con 3 televisores de pantalla plana. Capacidad para 10 personas. Perfect place!

Can’t say enough good things; our stay was perfect, the place was incredibly clean, and the views of the ocean was terrific. Can’t wait to stay at this location again!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, immaculate. Well appointed with beautiful dishes, etc. Nice outdoor spaces for eating, talking, etc. Great views from deck, LR, master. It is, however, important to note that beach is on the other side of the 101, and requires a walk under the freeway. The beach is nice when you get there, the house is kind of perfect, the neighborhood is only fair. It's not that close to Carpenteria and it's location is solidly Conchita.

Fun La Conchita beach getaway

Great property in a quaint location near the beach. Was fun for our larger group celebrating a UCSB graduation.Communications were great even with a small problem that was resolved well!Would stay again!

House is clean and spacious. Kitchen is great equipped with great plates, cups, pans, appliances. Our host, Vardui is very helpful and quick to respond. The location is approx. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The ocean view is great from the living room, master bedroom and deck.

Family/Friends trip

Great property for family/friend getaway. Essentially private beach with easy access to Santa Barbara and nearby communities Second trip staying at this property and we had a great time once again. Highly recommend it.

Great property

Updated interior with almost everything you need from hair dryers to coffee filters. Everything was in good repair and the owner was a good communicator. Would definitely stay again.

Beach access can’t be beat

The property was clean, nice and well appointed, and access to the beach was awesome. My kids enjoyed the shed full of boogie boards, scooters and beach chairs. The host was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed our time here.

What a great trip

Rented this lovely VRBO to have a vacation with friends and check out Ventura. The furnishings appear to be updated and the house was clean. The view from the living room and deck was gorgeous. Many of our guests remarked on how nice the beach access was and the beach itself was far from crowded. The only difficultly we had was the highway exit to the property for some reason our Google maps had a different name for the turn off and if you miss the exit you have to go all the way around but we figured it all out rather quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Such an enjoyable time!

We take an annual family vacation every year with our adult children and their families. This property was really a nice, wonderful invitation to relax, and take a breath! It’s close to both Carpinteria and Santa Barbara; and the walk from the house to the beach was awesome! There is even a tunnel that goes under the 101 and the train tracks and empties onto a private beach. We used it every day! We highly recommend staying here. The house is, again, lovely and so well cared for.

Great house near the beach

We stayed 4 nights here for New Year’s family vacay. The house was very nicely decorated and spacious for our family of 6 including a 3 year old toddler. It was very clean, and had comfy beds and bedding. Really enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunset over the ocean. Also the beach access thru the tunnel under the highway was very convenient. Really enjoyed the long stretch of beach, with very few people. I want to thank Val for being a great host, and always promptly answering my messages! Check-in and check out was super easy.

Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend getaway! The location is unique - a quaint, eclectic community within walking distance to the beach. We were able to spend a couple hours at the beach, walk home for lunch, and then head back out again with a tween and two pre-school age kids. The beach is easily accessible from the property but not crazy crowded which was one of the reasons we chose this location. We were not able to take advantage of the yard, but the view was amazing, and we spent most of our time, unplugged, in the kitchen area. The home had great amenities and everything we needed for our time there. Val was super responsive and we would definitely stay there again!

Great house and location; furnishings need updating

We love this house, the view and location and we had a great time. But, given the price, you expect the house to have decent furnishings. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.

Weekend stay

Property was very clean and fit our needs. It would be helpful if there were small lamps next to the beds. The overhead light is just to bright and the ceiling light is way to dim. More than one key would also be helpful. We did not always go out together as a group. The real negative is the freeway noise and the trains that pass frequently. Closing all the doors and windows at night helped and really did block out the sounds. The home is well equipped. The kitchen is very updated as are the bathrooms. You might check the bath soap in the shower as they were almost empty in on one the bathrooms All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed the house. We would recommend it as it is very close to Carpenteria and Santa Barbara.

Christmas weekend in La Conchita

Home was very nicely renovated decorated furnished and appointed with lovely view of ocean and sunsets. Highway visibility and sound took some getting used to since we live in a very rural setting back home on the east coast. Communication with the owners was excellent. We are thankful they shared their home with us.

Santa Barbara Getaway

Great property which was perfect for a beach getaway for 2 families with kids. House was beautiful and well maintained. Easily accommodated all our needs. Short, easy stroll to what was essentially our own private beach. Huge, sandy beach with very little traffic. Very friendly locals. Easy access to Santa Barbara where we went for multiple activities. Nearby Carpenteria a charming little town. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely go back when visiting the area.

Beautiful home, stunning views, perfect beach

This is our second trip to La Conchita for a family summer vacation. We love the area and the home we stayed in this trip was stunning! Newly remodeled, spacious, comfortable beds. The whole house was well stocked.... kitchen, linens, beach towels and accessories. Beautiful décor throughout. It is a short walk to an incredible, basically private beach full of seals, dolphins and pelicans. Great bike path for miles. Given the opportunity, we would stay at this house again in a minute.... Book early though. It is not easy to find availability in La Conchita! Thank you Val and Lou!

Lovely Modern Beach House

House fit our party of 8 very comfortably. Nicely upgraded and situated within easy walking distance of the beach. Owners were very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. As many have mentioned, the traffic noise is noticeable, but easy to tune out. The Amtrak train that runs adjacent to the freeway, however, may be an issue for some light sleepers as it blows its horn every time it approaches. Otherwise, it’s a nice beach retreat fairly close to the downtown Santa Barbara area.

The Golden Girls and one Drifter!

Fabulous weekend! We celebrated Our 60th birthdays and had a blast. The place was very comfortable and up to date. The kitchen was stocked with great kitchenware. Our only complaint is there really wasn’t a place to hang our towels in the bathroom on the main floor. We would definitely return for another fun filled weekend!
