Stunning Ocean View 3-Bedroom + Den Home in Ventura Beach

This beautiful property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the serene beauty of Ventura Beach. With breathtaking ocean views from almost every room, this beach house offers a perfect escape. The den, featuring privacy pocket doors and a queen sleeper sofa, offers an especially stunning vantage point of the coastline.

Located less than a mile from the beach, it’s a quick walk or drive to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, our home is close to all the activities Ventura has to offer. Or, if you prefer, you can simply unwind on the large patio, soaking in the unobstructed ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The home front door entry has a ramp which allows easy access for a wheelchair, stroller, wheeled luggage & wagon full of toys from the beach. You can also access the den bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa which is off the dining room that allows for wide access for a wheelchair/stroller. Permit 2524

Perfect location with a commanding ocean view. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to downtown Ventura and the beach.The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was perfect. They were very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The deck and ocean view is amazing, plenty of parking and the kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils we could have needed. Lots of towels too! We will definitely be back!

The ocean view from the common areas was breathtaking and then you get to go outside and experience it with the ocean breeze. Very nice outdoor furniture with ample seating on the wraparound deck. Comfortable dining indoors and out. Nicely furnished with good layout for entertaining. Easy check-in and communication with host.

We were so impressed with this beautiful home. We had everything we needed. The deck is gorgeous. We had a great view of Anacapa. There was plenty of room for all of us and a very comfortable couch in the living area. We will definitely rent again.

The ocean view was excellent, and the house was pristine and extremely comfortable for our family. The beds were great, the furniture comfortable, towels were plentiful and fluffy, the house was well-stocked....everything was perfect. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating and we could not have asked for more. It was a perfect house which created an awesome trip. Thank you!

Beautiful view, very comfortable for our extended family, large open concept floor plan with plenty of seating. The freeway noise was noticeable while on the deck, but we couldn’t hear the freeway inside the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very nice. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. The location is great. It’s close to just about everything. The view of the ocean and park from the patio is so pretty. Our only complaint was the noise from the freeway. We had to leave our windows open at night because there is no air conditioning and it was really loud. We had a five month old and three year old with us but it didn’t seem to bother them a bit! The host was so easy to deal with. She responded to all messages quickly and was very accommodating of all my requests and questions. Overall we had a great experience!

Good option for large groups with good location

Beautiful views! Patio was a little noisy but great views and huge! A lot of seating options.House has plenty of space to spread out for our 9 people family. Neighborhood cat Leo entertained my nieces and nephews! Convenient location, close to the beach (walkable) and shopping (grocery). Front door had locket issues but we used the back door lock and it worked perfectly! Host was very responsive! We had few cleaning issues but overall very nice option! Two minute from hwy 101.

Lovely Beach Themed Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house with panoramic views of the ocean. Very clean and well stocked with any needed household items. The beds are comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze. Be aware that the 101 freeway is located between the house and the beach. It doesn’t block the beautiful ocean views or access to walking to beach, but the traffic noise can be heard when sitting on the patio. Any traffic noise isn’t a problem inside however as the house is well insulated. It’s an easy short drive to anything you want to do in Ventura.

Amazing stay with two families of 3, easy access to home, great views, lots of towels, games, kitchen supplies. Noise from highway and train became white noise after a while. Parking on street has some limitations, can be tricky but not impossible just a little more of a walk sometimes to open spot. Great host communication.Great easy access to Ventura Harbor by car and source of great restaurants, ferry to channel islands and national park visitor center.
