Wonderful property! Beautiful, well-decorated home and patio in an excellent location. Walkable to everything in and around the historic district but still so quiet, peaceful, and secluded. Awesome, easily reachable host. Will definitely stay here again if back in St. Augustine.

Perfect location allowed us to easily walk everywhere!! Parking for two vehicles was excellent for the area. The space was great for two couples and we loved the porch. David was an amazing host who answered every question and did everything he could to make us comfortable.

Beautiful, private property! Well maintained, comfortable and convenient location. The balcony and outdoor spaces are ideal for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! We enjoyed both! I can’t say enough nice things about both my experience here and the property itself. If you are staying in St. Augustine, staying here will enrich your time enormously. Meeting the property owner, David, is just as lovely as the property. Our experience here was one I’ll never forget. As soon as I shut the door, I was making plans to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here! This place has all the character and charm of historic St. Augustine, with the sounds and the smells. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony, enjoying the sounds of the horse-drawn carriages, taking in all the delicious fragrances of nearby food and watching the tour trolleys go by. As everyone else has said, the location couldn’t be better. It’s a peaceful haven in the middle of a charming, bustling festive city! The host, David was very nice and accommodating. Definitely a fantastic experience all around!

This is our fifth Vrbo and this is absolutely the best one. Not only did it meet, but it exceeded our expectations. Fabulous location! Roomy and beautifully decorated. Our own private tropical courtyard. Host David and Libby were amazing. Will definitely return!

Our host David was totally great--he was tenacious in getting my older computer to communicate with the house's Wifi, and he got it! He came back just a bit later with an even better scheme for reliability. He has known this building intimately for many years. Fascinating place! Former owner traveled a great deal and collected lovely furniture, beautiful folk art and fabrics that David wisely--and appreciatively--kept. It felt like we were staying in a lovely estate's guest rooms. Heating, cooling, water, appliances, bathrooms are all up to scratch.Thank you, David, for generously giving us your time and attention while in the midst of your own life's changing and heavy demands.
