Our charming cottage is nestled in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood in Downtown St Augustine. This quiet neighborhood is a few short blocks south of King Street, Plaza de la Constitución & lively St George street. Enjoy your morning coffee like a local on the front porch, in the romantic, shady backyard, or on your charming bedroom balcony. After a day visiting beaches, historic sites or shops, unwind with a glass of wine around the firepit or at the BBQ. You can also just relax and unwind in the hot tub!

You will stay in a well appointed cottage in downtown St Augustine, with beautiful mature oak trees in the front and backyard. Downstairs are the living room and dining area as well as a full kitchen, large half bathroom and laundry room. The kitchen is well stocked and the perfect place for making a great meal. Otherwise, enjoy local take out in the dining room with seating for six or walk to a great restaurant. Three bedrooms upstairs and two full bathrooms: one en-suite in the master bedroom, the other one a shared bathroom for the queen and twins bedrooms). In the backyard you will find an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, a bbq, a firepit and a large Jacuzzi.

Lincolnville is a quaint and quiet historic neighborhood in downtown St Augustine with a fascinating history. It is located just south of King St. It is an easy ten minute walk to the Plaza de la Constituciòn, Old Flagler College, St George street, etc. and you will discover many historic houses and a beautiful little lake just blocks away (Maria Sanchez Lake). There are good restaurants very close by (Ice Plant, Fish Camp, Blue Hen, Southern Grounds (coming soon) etc…). And several gorgeous beaches (St Augustine Beach or the more local Vilano Beach) are 10-12 minutes by car.

Lincolville is a great walking neighborhood and you can easily walk to many attractions.
Restaurants: Blue Hen (4 min); St Augustine Fish Camp (10 min); Ice Plant (12 min)
Flagler College: 15 minutes
St George Street and Old Town: under 20 minute stroll

- Only registered guests are allowed in the house.
- The City is very strict about parking. To avoid being fined or towed do not park on the street, please only use driveway in front of the house (space for 2 to 3 cars) and on the left side of the house behind the gate.

We had a wonderful family stay at this vacation home. It’s an excellent place — beautiful, well decorated, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight of our stay and made the experience even more special. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our time there. We truly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Perfect Stay in a Prime Location!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at in St. Augustine. The house was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you'd hope for in a vacation rental. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the trolley and only a 5-minute drive to downtown, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.The check-in and checkout process was the easiest I've ever experienced, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommended!

Tranquility for sure

From the very start we loved this place. Easy to get to. Close to all of the sights. The neighborhood is quiet. The back yard is a private oasis. Everything we needed was available. The house is very clean, comfortable and charming. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub. Highly recommend this place.

Wedding weekend!

We were in town for my brothers wedding at the Cathedral Bastille and Lightner museum. We had the best time! This house was perfect for my family of 4 plus my mom. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We could have walked to the venues, but because we were dressed up we decided to drive. It was close to a lot of attractions and you could easily get in and out of town. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Everything worked just as it should. We are so pleased with our time in St. Augustine!

Spring break with grandkids

Casa Tranquila was a very enjoyable stay for us during springtime in St. Augustine. The house was comfortable, quiet, and located in easy walking distance to the major historic sites . Beautiful beaches were a quick drive away. Grandkids loved it!

THE Coziest, Cleanest, Kindest VRBO Ever!!!

Wow, wow, wow. I just cannot say enough good things about Heather and this lovely property. Everything was so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The furniture was comfortable. We loved the walkability of the location. The hot tub is fabulous! This was perfect for our girls weekend getaway.

Great house

Great house, very clean, nice hot tub in the back, and beautiful mature trees. Within walking distance (~20 min) to downtown St Augustine. The street is really narrow, so be cautious if you drive a really large car.

This place was perfect

We enjoyed are stay at this property so much. It was perfect and we all would rent it again. What a gem !! It had everything you need for a perfect weekend in Saint Augustine. The best time ever!

We wanted a nice spot to vacay to celebrate a birthday. Casa Tranquila was perfect! The spacious house.was perfect.for.5 guests. The hosts thought of everything for a nice stay. I only wished the back patio slab and furniture were pressure washed, other than that, perfect stay!.

Perfect Blend of Beach + Old Town

This efficient home sits in its own historic district and is just minutes away from several beaches, amazing restaurants, and the old city. We even walked to the city a couple of times. 5 of us stayed comfortably (could have easily been 6), cooked, and used the hot tub. It was a perfect place for what we wanted in a vacation. We would go back.

We had a great time at this location with all the amenities as described. The home was clean and we did take advantage of the hot tub in the back. We picked up the trolley a few blocks away one day, walked into town a couple days and used the parking deck after 5pm for $5. Overall a really good experience.
