La maravillosa terraza ofrece vistas panorámicas de Mónaco y la entrada al puerto, así como el castillo medieval.

La casa está ubicada en el centro del pueblo, en una calle pintoresca cerca de la encantadora plaza. En la plaza hay varios buenos restaurantes, cafeterías y el hotel Les Deux Frères. La pequeña tienda de comestibles Le Masaguen está a 100 m de la casa y tiene lo más importante para el desayuno: baguette y croissants recién hechos, cena, así como una buena selección de vinos. Le Masaguen ofrece cata de vinos.

La casa tiene 4 plantas, perfecta para la privacidad, unos 100 metros cuadrados. Planta baja: recibidor, baño, aseo. 1er piso: cocina. 2do piso: dormitorio. 3ª planta: dormitorio, baño con aseo. 4to piso: sala de estar con sofá cama y colchón adicional y terraza panorámica.

La cocina está completa con utensilios de cocina. Para su comodidad, hay secadores de pelo, planchas y tablas de planchar, ropa de cama y toallas.

La casa tiene dos habitaciones con camas dobles (habitación del segundo piso con 2 camas móviles de 90 cm de ancho que se pueden mover a una cama doble y un colchón adicional para el piso, habitación doble del tercer piso con un ancho de 140 cm). Se puede usar una colchoneta adicional en la sala de estar si es necesario. Hay buenos armarios en las habitaciones.

Todos los textiles de la casa están hechos de materiales naturales genuinos, como algodón y lino.

Por supuesto, se hace cuando llegas.

Ofrecemos todo para que su estancia sea lo más agradable posible: ropa de cama, toallas,
Champú y crema de ducha, básicos para el desayuno (máquina de café con cápsulas Nespresso y té gratis) y cocina completa para cocinar.

Toallas de baño, colchonetas y sombrillas están a su disposición para la visita a la playa.

La conexión Wi-Fi es gratuita, sin restricciones.

Esta es la escapada perfecta para parejas y familias con niños de 4 a 5 años en adelante (para los niños más pequeños puede ser incómodo y peligroso con las escaleras). La casa también es el lugar perfecto para alojarse durante sus viajes de negocios, ya que cada socio tendrá su propio espacio privado y su propio baño.

El pueblo está libre de coches. El aparcamiento y la parada de autobús están cerca de la casa, a unos 200 metros. Los autobuses te llevan a Mónaco y Menton. La estación de tren está a 15 minutos a pie.

Nuestra anfitriona te recibe y está disponible para preguntas y problemas prácticos. Ella habla francés e inglés. Nosotros, Lars y Anita, hablamos sueco, danés e inglés.

Otro a tener en cuenta
Lleve zapatos cómodos ya que hay muchas escaleras en el pueblo y sus alrededores.
Traiga su cámara. Hay muchas vistas y lugares que te hacen perder el aliento.
Evite bolsas demasiado grandes y demasiado equipaje debido al espacio limitado y las escaleras en la casa.

lovely village home.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming village home. The home was complete with everything you could want and need: clean and bright decor, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. The view from the top floor did not disappoint; the church bells that chimed every hour added to the memorable experience.

Great place

Could not be more happy with this property and location. I was tempted to rate it at 1 star to discourage others from booking so it would be more available for me to book in the future, but that would be deceptive. The town was the prettiest I’ve ever seen, and the views from the balcony were stunning to say the least. Very very pleased with our stay!

This apartment is 5 narrow stories and the top floor has a gorgeous view (over the rooftops) of the church tower and the sea with Monaco off in the distance.Another review mentioned being careful with large luggage, and this is true. Keep your bags to carry-on size so that you can more easily navigate the spiral stairs that connect each level.Of course, these spiral stairs between each floor are part of the charm of this location, just like the stairs and winding streets are part of the charm of Roquebrune.It's located conveniently in the middle of the medieval town and when we visited the town's medieval chateau, we were able to look out from the ramparts and see the upper balcony of the apartment. We got some great pictures at that time since a few of our group stayed behind rather than visit the chateau.Wonderful location. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Family visit

The property was perfect, an amazing experience. Natalie is super helpful and gave a wonderful welcoming tour. The village is full of friendly, happy people. The ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend this amazing experience to families with older kids. The rental is so lovely and the views were breathtaking. Watching the fireworks over Monte Carlo from top terrace is exceptional

52 steps, 5 stories up to the living room

While this property has its charm the photos are a bit misleading. We did not understand we would be climbing so many narrow steep stairs up and down just to live in the space. One couple stayed on floor 4 with the en-suite bath, we stayed on floor 3 using the bath 2 floors down. Which was challenging at night. We are all around 70 years old and the climbing up and down, not to mention getting luggage up and then down was not easy. We also had very little hot water at night in the first floor bath. Hot water was no problem in the en-suite. The town is charming with good restaurants and a lovely small market. The people there were also very friendly and kind. Just be forewarned about the layout of this special place.

This is not just a house, it's also a nifty experience for certain travelers. It's in a storied village with an ancient tree, good restaurants and very friendly people. I would say that the listing doesn't fully describe some of the challenges of the house. It is a great space, but bookers should be aware that there is a bit more to consider.The house is located in what I would describe more as 'remote' as it is up winding and (at night) dark roads. I would not advise arriving after dark. There are great restaurants in the area and the parking lot filled up on Friday and Saturday night. There is also charging available. The view is on the top floor and to get to it, visitors must walk through one of the bedrooms. It's a very nice view.There are A LOT of stairs and older or very young people may have challenges climbing up and down. Our family does quite a bit of walking and exploring while on holiday. My son plays basketball and I am fit and we found ourselves sore and tired from the constant climbing to get into the village from the car park, up to the house through the village and up to our rooms. Heed the caution to bring light baggage and keep in mind that this is a very old home. My 6'8 son bashed his head in and found the small stairs quite a challenge.None of this is discouarge travelers!!! This is just more details on the house. It wasn't our preference and had we had more description, we would have booked a different place.

Beautiful View w/ Some Quirks

I want to start by saying we had a great time here and the view is as advertised, and there are many great amenities, such as the table you can attach to the balcony rail. However, I do feel it is my duty to let any prospective renter know of the idiosyncrasies of the apartment. Firstly, there are four flights of very steep, spiral stairs separating each room in the apartment, and you will be going up and down them constantly. Also there is no AC- only 2 fans- in the apartment. This made being in the apartment during the day quite brutal at times, as it was over 100 degrees some days and even warmer inside. They do provide good ventilation instructions which helps at night, but it will be hot during the day in the home. We found ourselves moving the 2 fans between rooms depending on where we were at the moment. In addition, you do have to be careful of using too much hot water, as it does run out relatively quickly and does not replenish for several hours. One more note, the bedrooms are quite small and the non-master bedroom is more suitable for children than fully grown adults. So, all that being said, hanging out on the balcony in the evening enjoying dinner or playing cards were a huge highlight and highly recommended. As long as you don’t have an issue with the above mentioned things, it is a great place to stay in Roquebrune!

Très beau logement ! propreté et raffinement… tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. Ici, on respecte les locataires, et ça se sent ! Seul hic pour les plus âgés, les escaliers… RDC 3 étages pour arriver, certes dans un superbe salon et une jolie terrasse avec une vue saisissante de beauté mais, c'est très sportif ! Personnes âgées ou fragiles des genoux, s'abstenir ! A noter que quasiment toutes les maisons du village sont "à escaliers" ! étroites et hautes… A part ça, environnement charmant : restaurants, balades et visites des environs très agréables !

A Unique shaped apartment with a stunning view over the sea, Cap Martin and and Monaco Harbour

Great location for a short independent holiday with very good local restaurants steps away from the apartment but far enough not to be bothered by any noise. The view from the balcony is outstanding (we saw fireworks over Monaco harbour) A car is preferred if you want to travel anywhere (which we had) it's quite a climb down and up the hill to the train, although the local bus does go to surrounding villages, we wanted to go directly to Monaco for the Historique Grand Prix.

Wonderful stay - Beau séjour

Spectacular views from the balcony and the village center. Well equipped and comfortable. Located in a charming medieval village with many great restaurants. Convenient bus to Monaco or Menton. The small store around the corner is supplemented by the village market on Thursdays. Highly recommended.
