La mejor ubicación en Government Camp: una vez que llegue, ¡no hay necesidad de conducir! Puede caminar o tomar un pequeño servicio de transporte a Ski Bowl, o tomar el autobús hasta Timberline. Hay 3 habitaciones king (2 arriba, una abajo) y una habitación con literas dobles con un futón adicional en el nivel principal. Tres baños completos cuentan con champú, acondicionador y jabón. Dos grandes televisores de pantalla plana encima de cada chimenea con Direct TV. ¡Nuestro armario de juegos tiene numerosos juegos de mesa, juegos de cartas y suministros para colorear para entretener a toda la familia! La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida gourmet, o simplemente caminar una cuadra hacia la ciudad y aprovechar las numerosas opciones gastronómicas. Hay una gran bañera de hidromasaje en la cubierta trasera para relajarse después de un día de esquí o senderismo. Convenient location, great beds!

Well appointed kitchen, clean, walkable to town. All the beds and bedding were very comfortable...we slept great! Easy check in and check out.

Great location and wonderful house

We had a great time in Government Camp and truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was well maintained, super clean, and in a central location. We would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect experience

This was the perfect house for my family over a long Labor Day weekend. The location was walking distance to grocery and restaurant options, as well as some great hiking trails. The owners, especially Anna, were amazing to work with. They were available and responsive through the holiday weekend, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Overall, a perfect experience.

Great place but hot tub murky

The location and chalet were great. Comfy beds plenty of room and well stocked. Just bummed that hot tub was murky due to chemical imbalance. Place was chosen due to hot tub so that was disappointing. Would recommend staying at Collins Resort as just as close and they have onsite maintenance and outdoor heated pool and hot tub OR getting confirmation that hot tub in working order and if not credit should be given. Decor was great and even had a decorated Christmas tree. Nice flat screen tvs and plenty of games. Deck was a great enclosed snow play area for small children. We called it the "playpen".

Perfect for a family vacation, can't get a better location in Govy

We loved our stay in Government Camp, and the house was perfect for our extended family (seven adults and two children). The house is in great shape, had everything we needed, and was in absolutely the best possible location -- it is just steps to town and a short drive to all the amazing outdoor activities available in the Mt. Hood area, including the SkiBowl adventure park, the Timberline Lodge and amazing hikes and lakes. We cooked several meals on the gas grill, and the hot tub on the back deck was a huge hit, especially with the kids. There's a large smart TV in the living room and the wifi was great (there's also a TV downstairs on the ground level in a small sitting area/entryway, but we didn't use that at all). There was a closet full of games, which was nice to have. It was also nice to just sit out on the deck among the pines, especially at sunset. Worth noting that the house doesn't have AC, and we happened to be there during a very hot spell (it was 95 almost every day), but with windows open during the cool nights we were able to keep it nice inside (and we weren't there much during the day anyway). The ground-level bedroom suite was much cooler than the rest of the house, if you have someone who needs it to be on the colder side for sleeping. A tip on food: We stopped at Costco near PDX upon arrival, as the nearest full grocery is about 15 minutes from the house, and while the grocery in Govy has most of what you might need, it has a small selection and it's on the expensive side. Lots of restaurant/bar options in Govy and nearby. Lastly, the owner is fantastic. Very responsive, very nice, very flexible. We'd love to come back in the winter for some skiing! Thank you!

Great place to stay for family fun times

Lots of space for a big family and very close to everything! Timberline and Skibowl within 10 minutes and govt camp just a short stroll away. Chalet is very nice and well taken care of.

Beautiful, well-appointed and convenient

This is a beautiful home that is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the bus up to Timberline. It is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The hot tub was an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin in a great location in Government Camp

I booked this cabin for a winter trip with the whole family and it turned out to be perfect. The location could not be better, right off of Government Camp where all the shops and restaurants are. Everything is walking distance. The best thing about the cabin was how clean it was - which made it very comfortable. It was fully stocked with games for the kids, towels, linens, kitchen equipment, and anything else you would need. They even had a few sleds in the garage. After a cold day of playing out in the snow we soaked in the hot tub and then drank tea and hot chocolate by the fire. There was plenty of space for everyone. The owner was very kind, communicated very well, and made sure everything was just right. If you like a clean, comfortable, modern home with beautiful views of the outdoors, then you will love this one. We are so grateful to the owner for sharing their home with us. We made so many good memories. It's definitely on the list of places to come back to.

Great house. Beautiful area.

Ideal for our gathering of friends and family. Many spaces for group encounters or quiet, private conversations. Linens, furnishings, kitchen all nice quality in good condition. Very clean. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Gorgeous chalet in Government Camp

This home was everything we could have asked for. Gorgeous living/dining area with huge porch. Large spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Hot tub, laundry, key pad access...everything was excellent. The home is in impeccable condition and the owner was very easy to get in touch with and prompt with check in instructions. This was the perfect house for our large group trip to Oregon. Highly recommend!!!!

Great location + perfect group basecamp

Well appointed for a quick walk to town for dinner or supplies. Easy drive to mountain and hiking trails. Clean, spacious and great for groups. Would stay there again!

Amazing! Exactly as promised. Perfect for families

We spent three days in the Chalet and had a wonderful time. Everything about the property was as promised and it's a gorgeous space. We loved the attention to detail throughout the home. Proximity to Govy Camp and Sky Bowl was a huge plus for us. Would definitely book this gem again!

great cabin even better location

This house was a great choice for my group. It was so easy to just walk into town. A short drive to lakes and hiking trails made this home even more desirable . The house was clean and believe it or not everything in this home worked very well. Owner also responded quickly to any concern or question we had.

Great family vacation.

We stayed at the house with 2 other families and had a great time. House is very comfortable and one of the newer constructions in Government camp. There was plenty of sleeping space, and spaces for kids and adults to hang out. Kitchen is very well stocked. Location is perfect, with a very easy walk to all of the main Government camp restaurants, shops or a shuttle that will take you to the Timberline ski resort. Perfect for a skiing/hiking vacation, can't wait to come back.

Luxury Government Camp

Wow! This house is gorgeous and perfect for a family getaway on Mount Hood. All the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable! There are so many cozy touches perfect for a snowy mountain house - plush bean bags, blankets, a warm fireplace, and a hot tub! The home is perfect for families or large groups. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

All the amenities, and it's neat and clean. We have sleds for winter and paddle boards in the garage for summer! Enjoy your morning lattes with our Nespresso maker and milk frother. Peloton, yoga mats, and weights are set up downstairs. The hot tub in the back is beautiful with trees all around you.
