Plazamar Oceanfront Condo Unit 605 - Justo en la playa en el corazón del casco antiguo

Plazamar es un complejo de condominios de 33 unidades de propiedad y operación privada ubicado en el corazón de la Zona Romántica en el casco antiguo de Puerto Vallarta. Se encuentra a solo un par de pasos de la playa, a unos minutos a pie de docenas de fantásticos restaurantes y galerías, y se encuentra justo en una hermosa plaza del parque. El edificio está cerrado y privado para su seguridad y para alejarlo del ajetreo del mundo exterior. Hay una recepcionista en el lugar las 24 horas del día, así como un administrador del edificio a tiempo completo y personal de mantenimiento para atender cualquier necesidad que pueda tener durante su estadía. El edificio ha sido recientemente renovado e incluye un área de vestíbulo relajante y un jardín en el atrio, una piscina en la azotea, área de parrillas, así como una sala de juegos y lavandería. ¡Las vistas desde arriba te dejarán sin aliento!

Esta unidad está ubicada en el sexto piso (hay un ascensor) y es una unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños, perfecta para dos parejas o una familia que busca estar en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama king size con un colchón posturepédico con capa de almohada con puertas dobles que se abren a la terraza, extendiendo la habitación y permitiendo que el sonido del oleaje te adormezca si lo deseas. Una cómoda y un gran armario brindan un amplio espacio de almacenamiento para sus artículos. Tiene aire acondicionado, aunque el ventilador superior suele ser todo lo que necesita. El baño principal tiene una gran ducha abierta, espejos de esquina y lujosas toallas. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cómoda cama king size con colchón posturepédico con cubierta tipo almohada, tocador y espacio de almacenamiento en el armario, así como un ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado.

La unidad viene totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para su estadía, incluidos artículos para preparar comidas en casa, así como toallas y ropa de cama, agua purificada embotellada, TV y DVR en la sala de estar, así como una radio y un reproductor de CD. Hay una pequeña colección de libros y juegos. Tenemos una estufa, refrigerador, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, tostadora y horno tostador, así como muchos platos, cubiertos, vasos, ollas y sartenes, etc. El comedor es perfecto para su grupo de cuatro. También tiene acceso a la cocina de la azotea y a la barbacoa.

El servicio de limpieza es tres veces por semana para barrer y trapear, cambiar toallas, plantas de agua, etc. Las sábanas se limpian una vez a la semana. Hay instalaciones de lavandería en el techo si las necesita. Te encantará esta ubicación y pasarás horas en el patio disfrutando no solo de la vista del área del parque de la plaza debajo, que alberga un hermoso mercado de los sábados, sino también de la playa y el océano a la derecha. ¡Simplemente no hay nada mejor que esto!

Have been to PV every year for 25 yrs. Always wanted to stay in this condo building. It did not disappoint. The condo was gorgeous and very practical as well. Staff was outstanding. Rooftop pool better than photos indicate. Balcony was lovely, esp. early morning & early evening. Views were exceptional. Highly recommend.

This property is in a fabulous location!!! Our balcony looked over Cardenas park. So fun to walk from here. Entire staf friendly and accommodating. Pool and laundry area wonderful. Honestly highly recommend. Property manager helpful and kind. We hope to return.

GREAT LOCATION!!!

This is a GREAT location to do walking to almost anywhere! The condo is lovely, especially in the morning with the windows open listening to the waves hit the beach. Jordan was very quick to respond to any message. Check-in and check-out was very simple. This was a terrific place to stay while in Puerto Vallarta. LOVED IT!!!

In the Heart of Things

Great property for my husband, son and I. Loved being by the park with a view of the ocean, Saturday morning markets, Burros Bar across the street, Cafe D'Olla on Basilio Badillo, one of our favourites. Also love The Swedes on Olas Altos and Cafe Co-Exist in the Hotel Rio, just across the bridge and being on the Malencon - great long walk.

This location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything

Everything is located just outside the door, beach, Saturday market, restaurants, lots of shopping. The only main issue we had was that the main shower didn’t drain (very slow) properly, contacted property manager but never got resolved. Rooftop pool was closed for the majority of the time we were there.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Plazamar 605 .Being on such a high floor just below the penthouse gave us an extraordinary view of the bay ,the sail ,the mountains and the plaza below from where we could watch the Friday night show .I especially loved waking up to the Zumba music at 8 AM in the morning ,beginning the day on a high note .Everything is at your doorstep . Restaurants, shopping ,music , and beach .Jordan was a pleasure to deal with and I really appreciated the homey feel with all of all the decorative items in the suite .air conditioning was not necessary for the eight days I stay there which I appreciate very much . Jimmy and The front desk staff made me feel safe and at home and well taken care of .all in all a wonderful visit Thank you Jordan

Perfect location for us!

Beautiful ocean views from the patio. 6th floor with one elevator but stairs were easy to navigate as well. Rooftop pool warmed up nicely and there were ample seating options. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for our needs. Traditional Mexican decor and furnishings. We are no fuss kind of people so we were fine with the furniture. The balcony overlooks a vibrant square with yoga, Zumba, weekend markets and lots of music sometimes early and late into the evening People who are sensitive to noise might not appreciate this but we loved the vibrancy of the sounds and kept our doors open. The sounds of the crashing waves throughout the day bliss!

WOW, This is the PERFECT location. Walk to everything

We LOVED our stay in this condo. The condo is small but was comfortable and the building was secure, well maintained and clean. The staff and everyone in PV was very friendly. The Location is the real Star. It's central to everything. Overlooking beach, walk to all the best restaurants, walk on the Malicon boardwalk, shopping, everything is so convenient. Took a taxi from/to airport and just walked to almost everything else. We would absolutely stay here again visiting PV.

Wow! I usually get a condo with a full ocean view, but you get the best of both worlds with this condo!. You get the view of the ocean and the sunsets which were amazing. Plus, you get to watch the activity of the park below. You are in the center of all the activity, beach, restaurants an d shopping. The condo was immaculate...Jordan was great to work with...Jimmy at the front desk was always helpful..condo was even better than the pictures..loved the rooftop pool on a lazy day...our new favorite place!

One word sums up staying at Plaza Mar.... FABULOUS

This is my fourth time staying at Plaza Mar, but my first time in this Unit. The Property is incredibly well maintained, and equally importantly, well managed. Upon arrival I noted that the shower in the Master Bath Ensuite was broken, I brought it up to the Front Desk staff on our way out to Dinner. I (wrongfully) assumed it would be taken care of eventually, but the very next morning a repairman was there to assess the issue, and later that day returned to fix it. Small things we (I) take for granted, but still, ya' know what they say about 'assuming'. Also I could not get our (Gas) Stove to work, as I have Electric Appliances I am unfamiliar and somewhat reticent to "fiddle with" Gas so I told the Front Desk, and again, it was IMMEDIATELY addressed. Simple Pilot Light, attentive attentive attentive. The Housekeeping Staff are soooooooo thorough (Please tip them well). We were blessed with Lupita, a gem of a lady, always with a smile, we are not messy people, but Lupita surely made us feel like we were, every single item arranged and organized, nothing out of place, not a speck or crumb left. Thank you Lupita, you ROCK. Now that I have remarked on the Building and staff, let me comment on the location, also summed up in one word, EPIC. Walking distance to everything. Downstairs is one of the Best Steaks and Burgers that I have ever had, "Serrano's Meat House", a short block walk through the Square brings you to "The Margarita Grill" for drinks and fun atmosphere. Three Block walk to Los Mercados for an amazing Bahn Mi Sandwich, wonderful bakery, wine shop, and fresh fruit. Walk back and stop at "A Page in the Sun" Coffee Shop, read a Book, (HUGE selection) and great Iced Coffee. It's all about location location location, and Plaza Mar has it all. Now in closing, booking with Jordan is always always always a pleasure, she is a joy to deal with and easily accessible to address ANY issue that you may have. A truly attentive and professional businesswoman. She came highly recommended and I can unequivocally recommend you to book through her for you Plaza Mar Vacation needs. So there you have it, Plaza Mar, from the moment you book, to the moment you leave, you are cared for, and cared about, like Familia. We WILL return, for the fifth time, and counting.

Great location

The location is the best for exploring PV! You’ll find everything right outside your door. The condo is spacious for two couples. The balcony has lots of room for hanging out and watching the sunsets. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful-Thank you, Jimmy! Pool and rooftop area were clean and inviting. Had an absolute blast with this little get away!

Great unit with excellent views out to the ocean and hillside overlooking the park below that has an amazing farmer's market on Saturdays. Dozens of restaurants are just a couple of minutes walk away and the beach is right out the door. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we chose to eat in. Beds are very comfortable, unit was nice and clean, great breeze when the doors and windows are left open. Building has been recently updated and rooftop pool has all new furniture as well. We enjoyed our trip and will be back.

Comfortable, Excellent Location, Gorgeous Views

The location of this condo is perfect! Right on the beach and in the Zona Romantico area - near museums, restaurants, shopping, swimming, parasailing - you name it. We did it all! One of our favorite things to do was to sit on the balcony in the evenings after a long day of ziplining or wandering around and watch the sunset and the entertainment below on the outdoor stage. Or we would walk downstairs and stroll around the square, have some dessert and watch the local artists create something beautiful right in front of us. The condo itself was nicely decorated and spacious while at the same time cozy and filled with home-y touches including books to read. The air conditioning was great but we found that we could open the doors and windows and have a lovely breeze throughout the condo that felt fresh and made us feel like we were still enjoying the beach - even while cooking a meal in the well-appointed kitchen. The condo and the building itself are beautifully maintained. The maids slipped in and out without our knowing, quietly making everything beautiful for our stay. Front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful, assisting us in finding places to eat or directing us to local fruit markets nearby. The rooftop pool was lovely, providing exquisite views of the mountains and the ocean while we lounged in the sparkling pool. This trip was perfect - and thank goodness as my husband was nervous and skeptical about going to Mexico. We felt safe and at home the entire time. I would recommend this condo to anyone - and I have!

Great home base for PV vacation!

We love visiting Puerto Vallarta and this condo is a great place to do it. The location is fabulous—beach is right across the street and just a two-minute walk. There’s also a park and a main street below, so you can grab a bite to eat easily, and there’s lots to look at when you’re relaxing on the balcony. Inside, the accommodations are just what you want on vacation—it’s big enough for a couple, plus a kid or two in the second bedroom if needed. Kitchen is stocked with enough equipment you can whip up a quick meal if you want. Living room is cozy with good seating. The owners are obviously taking care of business, trying to make sure you’ll have what you need. Would definitely use this as a home base again for return trips. Love PV!!!!
