Frente a la playa, condominio nivel Penthouse con vistas panorámicas al mar!

Nuestro condominio es un diseño de planta abierta para socializar fácilmente entre las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y la banqueta de la cocina tiene capacidad para 3 personas. Desde el salón se domina la Bahía de Banderas. Para obtener las mejores vistas panorámicas, acceda al balcón desde la sala de estar o el dormitorio principal. La suite principal tiene una cama king size, TV con Blue Ray, un escritorio y un baño completo con doble lavabo y una gran ducha a ras de suelo. La habitación de invitados, que tiene vistas a las estribaciones de la Sierra Madre, tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden juntar para hacer otra cama king size y también tiene un Smart TV. Se puede acceder al baño de visitas desde esta habitación o desde la sala de estar principal.

We stayed here over the holidays and the condo exceeded our expectations. The unit as well as the common areas in the building were kept meticulously clean. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the spectacular view. The only change I would make next time is to bring my own towels or buy cheap ones to use there. Our family of 4 often takes multiple showers a day so we went through the stockpile in the unit quite quickly.

Janet was great! Helped us change our reservation due to shutdown. The condo is beautiful. The view from balcony couldn’t be better. Wonderful entertainment with the pelicans diving for fish! We loved our time there!

I can't say enough about the view and location of this lovely, well-appointed condo. From the check-in process to the check-out everything was next to perfect. Great communication with the owner. One side of the mattress in the primary bedroom felt a bit worn, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.” Our overall experience was wonderful and we’d happily return.”

This was our second stay here. It was perfect for our family of four. The updated TV enabled us to catch some NFL games and the new kitchen is lovely. VDS is a great building with a fabulous front desk and cleaning staff. You just can't beat the location and view either. We had a great time making family memories. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Amazing view, lovely unit nicely decorated and fully equipped (fyi they dont supply Kleenex or paper towel). Staff very helpful and friendly. Short walk to Malecon. Will definitely be back!

Best Place Ever!!!

This is such a wonderful condo! Situated on the beach, overlooking the Bay of Bandaras in the Romantic Zone, you're in the perfect place. From the 9th floor balcony you can watch the activities below on the Malecon, to the 10th floor pool area this location is the best! The condo itself has very nice accommodations and beautiful artwork. My daughters came for the last week I was there and they now understand why I make this my home every January!

Our best PV stay yet!

Our travel party consisted of myself, husband and two kids, 9 & 11. We all had a great trip. The view off the balcony was beautiful. There was always something to look at like beautiful sunsets, fishermen, and the malecon. The kitchen was well-stocked and the condo was comfortable and updated. We really could not ask for any thing more. We loved the location although we preferred to swim down by the pier at La Palapa. We would absolutely return to this condo. Tip: Buy pastries from the man that stands on the malecon in front of the building, they're delicious and so fresh.

Fabulous condo, great location ocean view with rooftop pool.

Great condo, very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you will need. Fabulous views from a spacious deck looking out to the ocean with the best sunsets and views of the city. Perfect location, step outside and you can walk along the malecon and search out all the great restaurants Puerta Vallarta Romantica zone has to offer. We very much enjoyed the rooftop pool for cooling off.

Awesome Condo - Great Location

We had a great stay here. Loved the condo - very stylish, clean and updated. The location was perfect for us: so many wonderful restaurants nearby and a great coffee shop literally footsteps from the building entrance. The best part was the roof-top pool just one flight up. Highly recommend!!!

Great place!

Excellent stay overall. We would stay again. Would give the experience a 5 star review but we had some issues getting into the condo. Really hadn’t been fully set up for the season (water turned off, some AC issues, etc) but owner was very responsive and remedied as quickly as possible, it just meant we had workers coming in the first couple days of our stay. Location, kitchen, patio, housekeeping- all great!

Fantastic Condo

This condo has been beautifully updated and maintained. It is very comfortable and perfect for two couples in our case. The views of the bay are amazing. The location is perfect, close to all that Zona Romantica has to offer as well as close enough to El Centro to walk to many things there. The host is responsive and easy to work with. All in all a great experience.

Where do I begin. Location is spectacular. Right on the beach. The condo faces the ocean and on the top floor so has the perfect view. The unit is well maintained as is the building. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, dishes, cutlery so no concerns having guests for a meal. Beds are comfy. Air conditioning works well. Check-in seamless and secure. Staff polite and supportive. Neighbouring unit owners friendly and knowledgeable about the area The owner of this property provides everything you need and more. Good communication, instructions etc. This propery is stellar in every way. We are still pinching ourselves as to how our vacation was so enjoyable due in a large part to the accommodations. Best view in paradise!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo overlooking the Malecon and the beach in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta! Equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved sleeping to the sound of the tide. Fabulous balcony with amazing views of the Bay of Banderas. Short walk to so many restaurants and activities. I love staying here!

Best location to sleep to crashing waves

Janet's apartment at the Vista del Sol is one of the best spots in PVR to root yourself while you discover Zona Romantica. We loved that it was so close to the ocean, the sound of the waves was always in our ears. The house is on the top floor of the building and was very airy and well-decorated. The air conditioning in the rooms helped us cope with the hot evenings, and the balcony over the malecon was the perfect place to see the almost nightly fireworks. Janet was very responsive from the first point of contact before the trip all through to the last day, and was quick to provide a solution whenever we had a question. It is a beautiful property and we hope to stay there again someday.

My late husband and I traveled annually to Mexico, always visiting Puerto Vallarta. He was a physician with the Permanente Medical Group, also known as Kaiser Permanente, for 44 years before retiring in 1999. In addition to practicing internal medicine, his specialty was Travel Medicine for which he provided advice on precautions to take while traveling; immunizations that were required and other pertinent information about the travel destination. I was associated with Wells Fargo Bank beginning in 1977 working in a variety of positions, mostly in the institutional trust area and risk management on behalf of the bank. I retired in January 2014, I have 4 adult children (2 sons and 2 daughters) and 6 wonderful grandchildren (one grandson and 5 granddaughters) and now 2 great grandsons.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were thrilled when we heard about a condominium complex to be built where the River Quale meets the Bay of Banderas. It had a beautiful white sand beach and lots of open space and, at that time, was a more quiet end of the beach. Having stayed in many different locations over the years, my late husband and I knew this is where we wanted to be. The resulting Vista del Sol is a beautifully maintained complex located in the Romantic Zone, close to dining, art galleries, beaches and shopping.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Aside from the great central location where you can walk to anything you want to do, there is nothing so special as sitting on your balcony watching the sun set every day. The sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep and the sound of the vendors and birds wake you each morning. What could be better?!
