Villa Smeralda is located in the fisherman's village of Porto Venere (just listed by New York Times as one of the top) romantic villages of the Italian Riviera! Porto Venere is the perfect hub for visiting the Cinque Terre yet less crowded and less touristy. The villa is very conveniently located just a few steps away from the historical center and local restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, and the ferry dock. From April-October ferries regularly depart for the Cinque Terre villages.
Villa Smeralda is five bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a fantastic view and a nice garden overlooking Portvenere's channel and Palmaria island. Equipped with all the comforts and outdoor patio.
Upon entering, on the floor the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the living room dining area and essentials) fully equipped with furniture and barbecue.
On first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 single room with 2 aingle beds.
All rooms overlook a terrace with a romantic sea view.
The property is the perfect set for a family or large group. Parking for 3 cars is at disposal of the guests. For those wishing to visit the area without a car, a driver is available at extra cost
