Everything we needed was provided for us. We were able to start our day with a cup of coffee without the hassle of going out to look for a cafe. The apartment was very clean. Martina was extremely helpful and I thought we had excellent communication with her.

Adorable studio within walking distance of everything. The studio boasts a comfortably large sitting room, dining area, and well stocked kitchen with large refrigerator. The highlight for me was the abundant storage. There is a large closet with plenty of hanging space and full size drawers. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towel racks (which is very rare).Martina was a wonderful host. Very clear communication and helpful advice.I would definitely return to this property.

The host was wonderful. Leading up to our stay she was super helpful and responded quickly. During our stay, she answered any questions. The place was beautiful. Like the listing and other reviews state, you have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to unit, which was fine for us, but maybe not for others. There is a washer/dryer combo but it doesn’t dry fully like we are used to and had to hang dry our clothes. We do understand that is how laundry is done mostly in Europe. The only negative thing I would say is the bathroom was quite small. The shower you could hardly move in. But again, we understand that is common in Europe. Just so others looking to book here would know what to expect. Location was wonderful, close to everything, lots of restaurants nearby. We felt extremely safe in the apartment as you need a key to get into main door then once you go up stairs need a key to get into another door and then the apartment is last one down a hall which you need another key for. Florence in general we also felt safe. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Fantastic Florence Location

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Wonderful food and sites all walkable. Host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

The apartment is very well located and close to everything. There is a grocery store just next door. Easy communication with the host that even provided tips on what to do and where to eat. Really helpful! Comfortable and clean apartment. You have to go up two set of stairs with your luggage, but nothing that bothered my family. I recommend this place

Beautiful, clean, modern, central

Martina was such a great host. The apt. is clean and.modern. The only thing that made me uneasy was that it was tucked away pretty far down a hallway. I was happy to see surveliance cameras in the hallways. Grocery store nearby and so very close to incredible places to eat and all the main sites. I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent apartment in Firenze

Lovely apartment, new kitchen and bathroom. Super clean. Excellent location. Grocery/supermarket next door. Dozens of restaurants nearby. Wide stairways to apartment. Very secure. Very quite. Martina was perfect host, even left us an excellent Chianti. Answered any questions immediately! STAY HERE in Florence!

Perfect location and quality

We enjoyed our stay in the clean, comfortable and stylish Santa Croce Studio! It was close to everything and we loved the convenience of Conad City if we needed to pick up groceries. The beds were very cozy and the towels were plush and new as well. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful Getaway

A wonderful space to spend your time while exploring Florence! Very close to lots of restaurants, cafes, and great shopping nearby. Located in a very walkable part of town, we travelled everywhere by foot. Martina is wonderful and provided great recommendations for things to do/see. The apartment was very clean and is a great size. Florence was our favourite spot in all of Italy and we would love to come back one day!

Wonderful host

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was so surprised when Martina met us upon our arrival and offered to help bring our luggage to the room. The apartment is perfect and the location is great. Just be aware you need to bring up your luggage 4 sets if stairs. Once you are settled it's great. Thanks Martina

Florence Vacation

Excellent studio with all needed amenities. Close to all major attractions and a great owner who was easily contacted. The only downside to this property is that it is on second floor that required you to climb 2 large sets of stairs. If you have mobility issues this may not be for you.

Suberb location in a vibrant neighbourhood. So many shops/bars/restaurants and all within a 10 minute walk to city centre. Martina was a wonderful host with great communication.

Amazing location!

We had the best time at Martina’s property in Florence. The check in process was a breeze and the location was incredible. We could easily access everything we wanted and visit the other side of the river. It was a short walk to great restaurants and bars, but just enough away that it was quiet at night. The apartment was safe, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Martina was also extremely attentive and was kind enough to let us store our bags at the apartment on our last day after check out so we could get a few more hours of exploring in. If we are back in Florence we will definitely stay here again!!

So amazing! Whether you’re staying in Florence for 2 or 80 days I would HIGHLY recommend!

My friend and I stayed in Martina’s studio for 3 months while we studied in Florence. It’s super cute and clean! The location is PERFECT, and is in the center of everything you could want to do. Martina was also super helpful and responded to my messages instantly! I would recommend this spot to anyone, it was so amazing! Martina even gave us a nice organized packet with food spots, tourist spots, and overall how to work everything in the apartment. I would love to stay again if I am back in Florence!
