Villa Ciondolo is a bright and elegant independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Ciondolo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of Praiano. Villa Ciondolo is 230 square meters (2475 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, two private patios with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles).
You will reach Villa Ciondolo from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 25 steps).
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ciondolo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a private parking lot. If necessary, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Patio 1
The first patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon tree. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with a table, chairs, two large sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

Middle Level (Entrance Level)Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the living room climbing 13 steps. In the wellness room you will find a Turkish bath. The furnishings include a desk. From the wellness room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a double-glazed French door.
Living Room 1
The ceiling of the first living room is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the first patio. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room going down five steps.
Top LevelTerrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Praiano.
Bedroom 2 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the third bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the second bedroom. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bottom LevelPatio 2
The second patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first patio along an external stairway, going down 20 steps. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon tree. It is equipped with sun loungers and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the second patio through an external access. The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
